Private Transfer From/to The Krakow Airport

Hubert is amazing. Prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us great advice on what to do and how to avoid over-spending as tourist. My husband and I were so grateful for his assistance that we used him for all of our transportation. If you're in Krakow you MUST use him.

Indeed we, a couple, enjoyed his transfer from and to Krakow airport and even one day private trip to Zakopane (recommended especially in good sunny day). His cost is very reasonable. He speaks Polish and above basic English. He might serve more persons with luggage . Marcin is polite and smiling driver. Recommended.

Absolutely professional service . Our driver Hubert was fabulous . He went out of his way to give us advice about Krakow and suggest transportation to other parts of the city . He planned our visit to the Salt Mines including tickets , collected us from our hotel and also escorted us to the ticket office to collect our tickets . We were supposed to be picked up at the arrivals hall at the airport. No one was there when we got through customs and no one turned up. We waited 30 mins then got the train.

We had Tomas and Paul as our drivers on a visit to Krakow from Scotland. Both drivers were very fluent in English and so helpful. The transport was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Once again Viator transfers let us down. Driver was not at the airport I had to call Viator to find out what happened.. eventually he showed up. Viator is not reliable better off using uber or bolt in Europe.

From pick up to drop off absolutely 100% . Our driver was extremely polite and couldn't be more helpful, he recommended places to go, restaurants to try and was very well presented.

Would fully recommend booking with them, such an easy process, came into the welcome hall in the airport, (forgive me I can’t remember his name) but my man was there at the front holding a sign with my name, very friendly and welcoming, vito mercs were excellent transportation, organised to pick me up and had Hubert for my return journey, again he was very friendly and had a great conversation with him the whole journey, I took his number as I want to rebook with them for there brilliant service for when I come back in may, Hubert recommended great spots and locations for next time, can’t fault this service one bit! We did not use the transfer that we’d paid for because our flight was cancelled due to fog. Disappointed because we missed our trip.

We were delayed in immigration by about 2 hrs. Company called to check on us and driver met us as agreed. People carrier big and comfy. Great service

Peter picked us up from our hotel for our transfer back to the airport. He was exactly on time in a clean car with a boot big enough for 2 decent sized suitcases. On the way he was chatty and pointed out more things of interest as we drove. I can highly recommend this company.

We thorughly recommrnd this service. Our flights were delayed by 5 hours and we were met in arrivals at nearly midnight. Our driver Hubert was professiobal friendly and informative. Provided good advice and info.

Tomasz provided a brilliant service & gave lots of hints and tips on the city. He also found us a booking for Auschwich when our planned tripadvisor guide changed the trip details to something completely unreasonable (which we heard was a common scam). Also used this service for return transfer, definitely recommend and would advise using for additional trips/site seeing which can be agreed direct with Tomasz and his team.

I’m so glad I chose Hubert and his services over a taxi/uber. Very seamless! He was in the waiting area, holding a sign with my name on it, and took me to his car, which was parked right on the curb. We had pleasant conversation(in English) and he gave me several ideas on where to eat and what to do while I was in Krakow. He was able to drop me off right at my Airbnb, even though it was in Old Town. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe and very well taken care of. Communication from booking to pick up was exceptional. Tomas gave us good information on the journey from the airport. Tomas also organised a Auschwitz/Birkenau trip for us which was a great addition. For this Lukas picked us up at the agreed time from our hotel, took us to the trip and then waited to bring us back to the hotel. Price for the trip for 4 people was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend .

We booked a private transfer from the airport to Krakow Old Town. Our driver was waiting with our name displayed on a board, he was very polite and promptly escorted us to our transport. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. We will use this company again when we visit Krakow.

Nobody to greet us at airport & was expecting vehicles pictured in the ad not just normal taxi car & no water as said as advertised

We got the same driver both from the airport and back the next couple of days. He was great! Picked us up with name at the airport arrival, opened doors and handled luggage with good care. Tomas was extremely helpful. His communication both before and during our stay was superb. He was exactly as described, very clean car. He transported 6 of us with luggage plus 2 wheelchairs to and from the airport plus to Auschwitz/Birkenau. He arranged a guide for us and even lunch boxes so we could eat! I used this company for three separate journeys during my trip to krakow including one of them that was a long distance very specific job which was priced very well and carried out perfectly. We had a wonderful service from Hubert of my krakow driver, we had airport transfers both to and from the airport and Hubert arranged us trips to Auschwitz and Birkenaw including a lovely packed lunch, we also went to salt mines tour, nothing eas too much trouble and Hubert also gave us some fab recommendations for food and drinks and locas information.
