Private Transfer From/to Krakow Airport

We arrived at Krakow airport without booking a taxi. Bart's car was at the head of the queue. What a stroke of luck. 😃 He got us to our hotel quickly and safely. As we were so impressed we used him to return to the airport at the end of our holiday. A great service.

We were lucky to get Bart from the airport to Krakow and then we used Bart (and his colleague Marcin) to do trips to the Saltmines and Auschwitz-Birkenau before the airport return. They were always on time, had very clean cars, drove safely and gave us information and advice for our trips at a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend using them and if I return to Krakow I will be calling Bart! Thank you!

Good experience and reasonable price for this airport transfer. They communicated by WhatsApp a couple days before and confirmed the exact pickup location. Driver was waiting when we came out, took five minutes to pull the car around, and got us to our destination smoothly.

Bartek provided excellent service. He was very professional and very personable. The only glitch was that he was 15 minutes late due to an unforeseen traffic issue so I had to wait for him in the arrivals hall. Nevertheless, I would use this company again in the future.

We got a taxi from krakow aiport and our driver was Bart, he was very friendly and polite and gave us a card if we needed any transport during our stay. We messaged to see if he could take us to our tour of shindlers factory, he gave us a quick response and arranged it all . We also arranged with him our transfer back to the airport . Nothing was too much trouble he was very happy to help which made it alot easier and less stressful for us meaning we could enjoy our trip . Thanks so much would definitely recommend 😊

Bart taxied us from the airport to the centre of Krakow. He was an excellent driver - polite, friendly and very helpful. He offered to answer any questions that we might have but was not pushy or intrusive. He pointed out things of interest on the way to the hotel. He gave us a card and I texted him later to ask for restaurant recommendations which came back fast and with plenty of options. We contacted him to return us to the airport and he was prompt in both communication and arrival on the morning of our departure.

It was my friend and i’s first time staying in Krakow. Our taxi man Bart (Bartek) brought us from the airport to our accommodation. He was very friendly, helpful and nice. He gave my friend and I lots of recommendations for us to do while we were staying in Krakow. I was given a business contact card from him and said if we had any questions or queries, we were able to contact him ourselves. I would recommend Bart from the reasons above 😊

Got Bart’s Taxi at the airport to our hotel in the centre of Krakow. Service was excellent and cost was reasonable. So much so I asked for a business card. Anytime we needed a Taxi during our trip we used Bart. Just send a WhatsApp message and he will reply almost immediately. No hassle, No problem and No excuses he will be there at the agreed time. He is a registered Taxi and is very knowledgeable about Krakow. No BS I can’t recommend him highly enough. 10/10

After we landed, the Krakow Direct driver was waiting for us. When booking I had indicated that 1 person is in a wheelchair and this was not a problem. We were dropped off nicely near our hotel. Because our hotel is located in a pedestrian area we could not get out in front of the door but this was absolutely no problem. Also back to the airport we were picked up by Magda right on time. Again a pleasant ride and Excellent Service!

The service was impeccable! The journey takes around 20-25 minutes, depending on the traffic, and is very pleasant through beautiful scenery! Our driver was kind, attentive and very helpful! We were transferred to and from the airport by the same driver and were completely satisfied!
