Nice driving and nice driver :)

Excellent service - very helpful

Very pleasant journey from the airport to my hotel and on the journey pointed out interesting things and also what the best restaurant to go to

Adrian was great, he got in touch before our transfer, arrived early, was very friendly. He offered us some lovely insight in to living and studying in Krakow and some interesting facts. It was a lovely experience.

Great service by Peter was on time kept me updated. Car was immaculate great service by peter

Journey from airport to hotel we couldn’t fault although the driver was very quiet and didn’t make conversation at all. Complete lack of communication for our return journey which meant we had to book with another company who were great (Krakow Direct). Nobody answered the given telephone number from the day before so we could confirm pick up time. The email link provided didn’t work. We had no messages from them at all but had a phone call to say they were outside the hotel waiting for us an hour after we needed to be at the airport. Too late!

Very !! Friendly informative driver prompt and very good communication via what’s app and phone call

Excellent airport transfer service. Peter was professional, punctual, and very courteous. The one-way transfer was smooth and comfortable in a luxury vehicle. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant driver, Adriano Borowiec, who made contact and arrived in plenty of time for our journey back to the airport.

Taxi driver was on time , polite and had great knowledge of the roads so got us to the airport effectively l.

Very good service and very professional driver.

Absolutely brilliant oleh the driver was on time very informative and no hassle getting from the airport to apartment

We hade to change pickup adress and it was easy to get in contact.

The bus was spacious and comfortable. The driver drove rather roughly through the city center. Upon arrival, he was busy calling the next customer and simply dropped us off without saying a word.

First class service from the beginning to the end, Piotr (Peter) our driver kept us updated with arrival time etc which ment we could relax knowing our driver was on his way, we would recommend this pick up and drop off service. First class service Piotr (Peter) we will be back to Krakow soon. Brian & Claire

I rate this 5/5 as I was contacted when I landed to tell my driver when I was through the airport… to then be given instructions where to stand and wait… my car arrived within 3 minutes. This driver was very mannerly, helpful and knowledgeable about Krakow. It was a very pleasant journey where he interacted with us throughout.

I booked my airport transfers through Booking.com and both were delivered with great professionalism. Eugenie and Bohdan were impressive with their knowledge and friendly demeanour. The vehicles used were spotless and executive class. I recommend this company very highly.
