We had an excellent experience with Daniel and would highly recommend his service to anyone travelling to Zakopane. From the start, communication was fantastic. Daniel replied quickly to our messages, explained everything clearly, and made the booking process very easy. He also reassured us that he would monitor our flight, which gave us real peace of mind when travelling with children. When we arrived, Daniel was already tracking our flight and ready for us. The vehicle was a very comfortable Mercedes van with plenty of space for our family and luggage. He also provided booster seats for the kids which was really helpful and showed how well prepared he is for family travellers. The journey itself was smooth, safe and relaxing. Daniel is a very professional driver, especially on the winter mountain roads, and we felt completely comfortable the whole time. What made the transfer even better was that Daniel also shared some great local knowledge about the area, things to do in Zakopane, and tips for our stay, which we really appreciated. He was extremely reliable for both our arrival and return journeys, always punctual and easy to contact if needed. It felt much more personal and helpful than simply booking a standard taxi transfer. Overall this was a top-class service. Friendly, professional, reliable and very family-friendly. If you are travelling to Zakopane and need an airport transfer, I would absolutely recommend Daniel. We would definitely use him again on our next trip to Poland.

Just returned from a lovely 4 day trip with my Dad to Krakow! Dan was an absolute star from start to finish. He picked us up from the airport and took us to our apartment/ he took us to and from Auschwitz/ then returned us to the airport on our final day. He was professional, friendly and extremely informative. His local knowledge is fantastic and he could answer any questions we had! We would highly recommend him and will 100% use again!

An absolute star! I arranged with Daniel Day 1 airport to hotel transfer. Day 2 hotel to auschwitz trip. Day 3 hotel to salt mines trip. Day 4 hotel to shooting range then airport. Daniel and his team were brilliant, arrived on time, great communication the night before on pick up times. Very informative about the area, culture, history and advise on where to go in Poland. No question, I’d definitely recommend Daniel if you want a driver to get you round Krakow , to / from the airport and to places of interest. 10/10 without any hesitation. He made our recent visit so enjoyable and easy. He was a lovely person; chatty and friendly, great knowledge about his city and about the places he took us to visit, gave excellent suggestions as to where we might go to eat or places to visit whilst in the city. Always felt safe in his taxi ( he’s an excellent driver), which was clean and comfortable. He always arrived on time and nothing was too much trouble for him. Daniel provided a return transfer for us to Zakopane from Krakow airport last week. We thoroughly recommend him for any taxi/transfer service. It was a 2 hour+ drive to Zakopane and we learned so much from Daniel about the local area, Polish culture, food and other interesting topics. The Mercedes vehicles are in immaculate condition and very well looked after. We felt very safe and reassured in his driving skills too. Daniel is very polite, great English and communicates proactively about the arrangements. We had to change our pick up location in Zakopane a couple of times due to our changing itinerary but Daniel really accommodated our changes. He even offered to come earlier if we needed it. We will be using Daniel again when we return to Zakopane.

I got in touch with Daniel a couple of months before our trip and he helped plan our itinerary and even helped us secure tickets. He was waiting for us at the airport with a big smile and expertly and comfortably loaded 8 people with a ton of luggage. The following day he introduced to local attractions we would have never been able to enjoy without his expert guidance and input. His communication, promptness and followup skills are impeccable. He was so engaging we were all sorry we had not planned a longer stay in Poland to enjoy his services and adorable personality.

He is so passionate about his job and so so good at it. His pricing is extremely reasonable compared to other company’s. THE BEST PRIVATE TRANSFER IN KRAKOW. We had the absolute pleasure of having Daniel as our driver during our trip. From airport collection to Auschwitz trips and to the gun range, Daniel could not have been friendlier and more accommodating. Daniel was recommended by a friend, he helped us organise a few trips, to Austwick and the Salt mines, he was always on time and gave us a lot of info on our way to the arrractiins. Very nice tour guide and nothing too much for him . Would definitely recommend.
