The airport pickup went very smoothly. The driver was waiting for us at the terminal with a sign with our name on it. The driver picked us up in a luxury Mercedes car, which was very clean and comfortable. The driver spoke good English and told us about Krakow. I highly recommend this company and driver Adam.
They arranged our airport pick up and later return transfer to Ojcow. Very helpful and responsive and everything went super smooth. Agreed price in advance and no issues. Very friendly driver who pointed out highlights (in English) as we went. Would definitely use again.
Great service , picked up on time . Very comfortable transport . Driver was very helpful and knowledgeable of local area
Good driver, comfortable and clean van. Would recommend for sure!
Wonderful experience, prompt pickup and easy drop off. Would recommend!
Our Airbnb put us contact with this company for airport transfer. It took us 3 hours to get through passport control upon departure and we heard a lot of people in the queue had their transfer cancelled as it wasn’t until 2am that we left the airport, however, Inga was so kind and understanding and stayed awake to pick us up despite it being a public holiday! She was so friendly too and very easy to communicate with. We then booked a return transfer. We were visit auschwitz the same day and our driver for auschwitz (same company), gave our bags to Inga so we didn’t need to carry them around all day! Very efficient service, clean transport and an extremely friendly driver who helped us out so much! There were 8 of us to accommodate too! Would highly recommend and certainly book again
Driver was unable to speak English but communicated very well using a translator on his phone. Pointed out some sights on the way from the airport to the hotel. Good experience
I booked with Auschwitz Krakow and they did a phenomenal job with my airport transfer. Very professional and kind. I will use them again in the future for sure.
Great and fast response, cars, clean , driver punctual. I can only say The Best Service.
Dealt with Wiktoria and she was brilliant. Everything had been arranged and then at the last minute I had to alter the arrangements as another person was joining our trip. Wiktoria on behalf of her company dealt with the arrangements and contacted me at every stage so I could concentrate on on the trip.
Wanted to experience the mountains while in krakow, we employed a private driver for a better experience and see other stuff out there, the std tours don’t go to ! lots of snow wonderful quirky wooden buildings, great views of snowy mountains, loved the smoked cheese visit, and two n half hours in thermal pools in dark fabulous minus 1 walking between pools, we attended a quiet set of 5 pools 26 to 40 degrees even a bar in one fabulous evening event,
Pick up was not a Mercedes van, it was a Prius. Had 4 adults with two large suitcases and 4 carryons and it was a tight fit. Car didn’t smell the best.
Superb stress free journey from airport to accommodation. Adam was very friendly and attentive, showing us some beautiful landmarks along the way. Recommending places to visit and eat
The airport transportation to and from the airport for our group of 8 was perfect. Prompt pick ups in a nice mercedes people carrier, a friendly driver and good communication throughout. Was a great way to start and finish our trip
Driver was early. Helped with luggage. Very good driver. Friendly and good conversation. Highly recommended.
Before we left for the airport in England we received a message to say that our driver would meet us at the airport in Krakow. Just as we landed in Krakow we then received a message from our driver to say he was there waiting for us. Our driver Dawid was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave us ideas of where to go and what to do during our stay. All in all an excellent start to our visit to Krakow and I would highly recommend this service!
Excellent service. At the airport on arrival and picked up for the return journey as booked. Constant contact before and during my stay.
Ordered a ride the day before. Driver was on time and service was good. I recommend. Thank you for the good service and the efficient ride.
Nice driver, clean car, Ania is a very nice girl, she showed us Krakow and recommended places worth visiting during our stay.
We were picked up from the airport by a very nice driver. Nice not having to worry about finding the apartment we had rented - The driver knew it all. Wiktoria from the tour company had made sure that it all worked out perfectly.
Excellent service as always. I have used this company as a taxi transfer from the airport many times over the past few years and they never disappoint. Always on time and friendly drivers! They provide large vehicles which is perfect for a family with lots of luggage.
Had a bit of trouble with my signal at Krakow airport but once sorted the driver turned up and got us to our hotel in super quick time
Great service. Reliable, good value and very comfortable. Highly recommend. There were four of us and plenty of space.
I would rate my experience 5 stars definitely. The transport was very lovely ,the car was exceptionally comfy and clean. It was all very well organised and they arrived when they said they would and dropped me off safely at my hotel afterwards too. They responded quickly to any inquiries that I had. My driver was really friendly kind and helpful.
The transportation and the host coordinator Wiktoria were very friendly and answered all the questions I had. The drivers came on time and there were no issues. . Didn't have to worry about transport to and from the airport especially when we went as a group. Definitely really recommend Auschwitz-Krakow Tours.
All well organised and driver arrived on time . Would use again A very pleasant journey . Lovely car and very clean and polished
We had been recommended Auschwitz-krakow from friends and reached out to them to help with planning our airport pick up. From the initial contact they were very professional and extremely helpful giving us ideas for trips and price. Cars are excellent and we were taken quickly to hotel. Any questions we had were quickly answered. If you are travelling to Krakow I would highly recommend. I would definitely use again.
My family and I would highly recommend this company, our transfer from the airport to our accommodation and return was very efficient, would definitely use this company again.
First class pick up and drop off. The drivers both to and from the airport were polite, professional and spot on time. We will be using them again on our next visit to Krakow.
We were met by our pick up at the airport. Good on time service. Nice clean spacious car. The driver was very nice and pointed out places of interest on our way to our apartment. We would recommend using this company.
We used this transport service to and from the airport and Old Town Krakow. The driver was punctual and very polite. She was well versed in the English language making it very simple to comminicate
I had an excellent experience with the airport transfer service to Krakow! From the moment I landed, everything was perfectly organized. The driver was waiting for me at arrivals with a clear sign, making it easy to locate them even in the busy airport. The vehicle was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, which made for a relaxing start to my trip. The driver was friendly, professional. The journey to the city was quick and efficient, which was appreciated given we landed late on a cold Saturday evening. This service is a stress-free, reliable, and affordable option for anyone traveling to Krakow. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to others.
Prompt reliable service with friendly driver we traveled with a disabled member of our party, driver well helpfully and patient
Driving was very inviting, spotted him as soon as we arrived from our flight. Confirmed with us on our drop off location in krakow. He was very friendly and assured us on our time it’ll take to get to our hotel. Chatted a bit on the way. Learned a little about krakow and its history, he also gave us some good tourist information on where to go and restaurants to go to.. felt very safe and happy with his service
The driver was waiting for us at arrivals and transferred us to our hotel in a clean quality vehicle. The driver Martin spoke perfect English was very friendly too. The cost of the transfer was very reasonably priced too.
We were picked up at the airport from the taxi rank and given the number of the office for a tour and the return journey by the driver. The return journey was the same driver that had taken us on a private transfer excursion, Mikael was very friendly, informative and just made our trip pleasant and enjoyable. He is a credit to the company. Both our journeys were comfortable and prompt, I will be contacting them again when I return to Krakow next year.
very helpful and informative. Clean taxi and very polite. Would strongly recommend and would use again. five star service
The team went above and beyond to accommodate our private transfer to Auschwitz and then even taking us directly to the airport afterwards. Hugely grateful and would highly recommend their service.
Faultless! Communication before arrival was very reassuring and meant we could all relax. Daniel was easy to find at he airport and the transfer to our accommodation was swift and efficient - all excellent!
The driver was waiting for us at the terminal with a card with our name and surname. Then we went to our hotel very quickly, the road was very safe and cheerful. The driver was very smiling, friendly and helpful
Great service from airport to Hotel/ apartment! Friendly drivers 🌟and you feel safe as you enjoy your journey. The country side is beautiful.
Very responsive to my questions as soon as we went through airport security we only had to wait a few minutes for the driver to arrive to take us directly to our accommodation. Nice clean big vehicle for airport transfer
Nice travelling from airport to the hotel Perfect comunication nice chauffeur Speaking englisch very well. See you net year
Definitely book a transfer again rather than use the train and trams as previously done, obviously dearer, but against a late arrival and limited travel time thought this the best option...as said, would use again even on a earlier arrival, no messing about, we've done the adventure with the trains, let's just get there...Jan, our driver was polite and informative. Thank you.
Good company, informative, prompt and good communication, But fraught on last day with the marathon in town, but they got us to the airport in time!!
Martin our driver was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend, friendly and welcoming service. Would 100% use again next visit
Great driver who was very helpful to get luggage and wheelchair in to the car. On the way from airport to the hotel he pointed out places and told us things about it. So we felt that we were with a tour guide.
Very friendly guy , perfect journey 👍🏻 Used viator several times for this purpose and never been disappointed
Really good service, very accommodating, even collected our bags when we had to check out early before our evening flight.
Adam picked us up from Antique Apartments to take us back to the airport. Lovely clean modern Mercedes van for 6 adults and luggage. Friendly reliable driver, would recommend
