Krakow: Zoo With Hotel Transfer

We had an excellent experience from start to finish! The communication and information provided before our pickup were clear, detailed, and very helpful, making the whole process stress-free and easy to understand. We knew exactly what to expect, where to go, and what to do when it was time to be picked up. The pickup itself was smooth and well organised, and the information provided afterwards was just as helpful. The entire journey was comfortable, straightforward, and enjoyable, with everything running smoothly from beginning to end. The team at Thousand Miles were genuinely kind, friendly, and so helpful from the very start. I booked the shooting range experience, and they even went the extra mile to message me on WhatsApp beforehand, sharing details of other great activities available at a special reduced price — such a nice, thoughtful touch. Hotel pick-up was seamless and stress-free. My driver, Kacper, was already waiting for me nice and early, really friendly, and kept me fully informed every step of the way — including exactly who would be collecting me later and all the details I needed. I was never left wondering what was happening next. The whole process was incredibly convenient and easy. I received regular updates throughout, and every single question I had was answered quickly and clearly. As a solo traveler, I felt completely supported and looked after the entire time. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

We booked a trip with thousand miles and olaf was our driver , he was amazing from start to finish, excellent communication and very punctual. He even plying the lion king song on the way into to the zoo. The zoo itself was absolutely unreal loads of animals and very clean . Excellent trip to Krakow Zoo. Pickup was punctual, our driver Maciek was friendly and very helpful. We took the 12.30 booking which got us there in time for the feeding of elephants and then penguins (so cute). He got us into the venue and directed us to make sure we didnt miss them, also provided a poncho which was much needed as it drizzled on and off. Would recommend the zoo and also this company and guide for any excursion!

Olaf gave interesting facts about krakow on the way and a very lovely tour guide.Offered to drop us off at the shopping mall instead of the hotel.

We had a lovely visit to krakow zoo , our driver pawel was lovely and very efficient he kept me up to date every step of the way on WhatsApp which I found really helpful and reassuring especially when you’re travelling alone with a child. Pawel even came back early to pick us up as it was way to warm for us at the zoo on the day which I really appreciate 😊 would highly recommend using him for your adventures in krakow.

Don't Book this Trip with Viator, The Itinery states 5 Hrs. 1 Hr for Travel, 30 Minutes each way 4 Hrs at the Zoo. We had Dominika Tour Guide who isn't Friendly & doesn't Talk to You about any Tips etc. Then when She drops you off at the Zoo She only allows you 2 Hrs & Tells you that's all you need as the Zoo is small. Resulting in only seeing 50% of the Animals. Instead of a Leisurely strool it was a Rush. When I asked for a Refund, She lied & said that we had 2Hrs & 30 Minutes at the Zoo before choosing to come out early due to Rain. It did not Rain at all & it wasn't our choice to only have 2 Hrs, that is all she allowed us when She dropped us off. This Tour was Missold to us as you don't get 5Hrs, you only 3 Hrs. Stay away from this Company who won't give you a Refund even though they are not Fulfilling the Advertised Trip. Also don't go with Dominika who Lies to Cover Her back. Disgusting Customer Service.

It states 4 Hrs at the Zoo but when we Arrived Dominika told us 2 Hrs is enough. Dropped off at 9am & pick us back up at 11am. Also no internet so we cannot change pick up Time. We are in our 60s & it wasn't enough Time to see everything. Lovely Zoo but needed the 4 Hrs that was Sold to us. Also it would have been Nice to stop for a Rest & A Coffee but didn't have the Time.

Our driver Pawel was amazing, extremely friendly and helpful and made the experience great. He even sent us a text filled with recommendations for food and other activities to do on our visit which we found very useful. Thankyou so much it was a pleasure :)

I got a message from my pick up driver the day before to arrange pick up time and location. My driver maciek also sent me a map of the location pick up which was very helpful. The journey to the zoo was good without any delays and maciek was on time for the pick up. Maciek my driver also provided me with a map of the zoo and an informative sheet about the zoo itself. Maciek my driver arranged a pick up time to pick me back up and also brought up the ticket for my entrance to the zoo. I enjoyed my time at the zoo very much and having the map provided helped. At the time arranged my driver maciek arrived to pick me up and returned me to the location he collected me from. My driver maciek was friendly, polite and informative by telling me about some of the buildings of interest along the way. It was a very good outing made all the better for having a good driver with a good company.

Pawel was our driver for the trip, he really went above and beyond for us. I booked for 1 adult by mistake but he got it sorted out and panic was averted. Lovely, friendly gentlemen who really went above and beyond for us. He even went as far as helping us find a good local tattoo shop.

It was a great experience, very good price, got picked up and dropped right outside my accommodation and was also offered to be dropped off wherever was best for us. We stayed for 4 hours and got to see the penguins, elephants and tiger being fed which was a great experience. Very glad I booked the trip. Olaf was great and sent us information about when animals were being fed and a map of the zoo. Olaf was very respectful and very kind, he stopped at a coffee shop for us on the way and also helped to make sure we got into the zoo as sometimes the machines don’t scan the tickets properly. Brilliant experience, fabulous day. Our guide Kuba was lovely would highly recommend. Very polite. On time. A lot of works are being done at the zoo appears to be new enclosures being built. Would love to go back again when these works are complete

Our driver Olaf was perfect, couldn't ask for anything more. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Olaf. The zoo was really good, although some animals were not there as under construction I would take that into consideration if you are going.

We had a lovely few hours at the zoo, well worth the price! the zoo was very clean and in a beautiful location. Olaf dropped us off and was very friendly, he gave us facts about the places we drove through on the way which made the journey feel quicker. 100% recommend

The zoo was really nice and not very busy at all so that’s a plus got to see almost every animal some was hiding because of the weather was a little rainy didn’t stop us :) our drive Pawel was very helpful and gave us loads of information about the area as well as where to visit the next time we come he was very friendly and polite

Booked through get your guide for zoo tickets and hotel pick up. And can say the best decision we made. Olaf messaged the night before to inform us if different informations regarding the zoo and trip which was really helpful as we are new to Poland. From the pick up he was giving us amazing information, super chatty and friendly, stuck to time. Gave us all the information tickets and more. What a great day! Our tour guide/driver Niko was fantastic from the start, kept us updated via WhatsApp about the time he would pick us up from the hotel, we learned lots about Krakow on the journey there and were pointed out places to visit and eat. The zoo was fantastic, clean, spacious and uncrowded, and a wonderful array of animals kept in clean and spacious enclosures, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Was a very relaxed, stress free day. Niko gave us the choice to be dropped off elsewhere and we did just that.. cannot recommend this company enough and would definitely not hesitate to use them again when we return! Thank you 😊

The trip was a wonderful experience, Nico our driver was extremely helpful in suggesting places to eat and visit, and told us a lot about the history of Krakow whilst on our journey, we were offered a different drop off point so we could go eat. Our zoo experience was great, from beginning to end. Bart, our van driver was on time, attentive, and was knowledgeable about the city. The zoo was so much fun. We loved seeing all of the animals.

We (an adult couple) had a great day at the zoo! Lots of nice and cool animals to look at. Some work is going on, but it didn't bother us much anyway. Very serious and nice lady who picked us up from the hotel! Highly recommended!

The zoo trip was very good. The animals all looked well and cared for in large open areas. My driver was Pawel from the Thousand Miles tour group. He was very polite and extremely helpful. Pawel took me to and from the zoo in a lovely car from my hotel. He also gave me lots of information about Krakow.

We took this transfer from Mikolajska street to the Zoo. The driver picked us up at our apartment! He has been so nice to us during the trip, as he did a quick tour of the city, showing us some of the sightseeings. Once we arrived at the zoo, he offered us some cans of Cola, he explained us what was relevant to see inside the zoo and gave us some carrots to feed the goats. Wonderful experience!

Great service, nothing to fault, Maciek couldn't do enough for us to enjoy our trip x very knowledgeable explained where to go what to do. Olaf was not just a driver to the zoo and back, he was also a wonderful guide who gave me so much information about Krakow and its history! I not only felt safe with him, I also learned about Poland’s history.

Amazing zoo really enjoy our time there. Very clean and lots of animals. Olaf our taxi transfer and guide was amazing, sent a photo of himself and car so we knew who was picking us up. On pickup he was smiley and chatty and told us lots of information about the zoo and places we passed along the way. Would 💯 recommend Thousand miles and Olaf.

The trip to the zoo was lovely! We was the first ones at the zoo, so I would definitely go see your favourite animals first, as it was so peaceful and nice to see before all the crowds. There is a cafe to grab a coffee and snacks as you walk around. The elephants were my favourite, we got to watch them feed too. Our tour guide Maciek was amazing, to and from the zoo he gave us a little tour of krakow and showed us some really cool places. He was really kind and would help you with anything.

Our guide Tomek has an amazing personality. He recommended a local restaurant that wasn't full of other tourists. He is a humble host who takes care of his guests. The car we traveled in was very clean, nice, and a new model. After we visited the zoo and experienced all the animals, Tomek recommended several restaurants and asked about our food preferences. After our restaurant visit, Tomek also suggested bars and nightlife. We can really recommend Tomek as your host!

Krakow zoo was lovely, set in a forest so the surroundings were really pretty, it's quite a small zoo but still lots to see and definitely worth a visit. We were collected from our hotel door by Pawel and he drove us there whilst giving us advice and recommendations for things to do while we were in krakow. He got us there at the correct time and offered to collect us any time we were finished, just give him a call and he would pick us up, I thought this was above and beyond. Would definitely recommend the trip, the pick up service and Pawel personally.
