Krakow: Zakopane And Thermal Baths With Cable Car, Vodka, Oscypek

A great full day out, we were out 11 hours totally worth it. Our driver and guide Robert was brilliant, explained everything to us. If your considering going then go, thermal baths ended the day perfectly.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! They day was well organised and our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. I really recommend this trip to see some of the most beautiful sites!

We had a day trip to Zakopane and thermal waters,and our driver Oskar was incredible. He gave us good recommendations and explained everything very well, he was a safe driver too. We enjoyed our trip, thank you so much!!

Our tour guide Michael was just excellent from start to finish. His English was clear and his knowledge was excellent and made time to talk to everyone at the stops. He even played the best music 🤣

Our trip was great from start to finish. Our guide was called Jordan and he was informative, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. The cable car trip was brilliant, as was our visit to zacopane, we enjoyed seeing the Shepard’s hut a tasting the cheese and vodka and the wooden town was very impressive. We finished in the thermal baths and had a nice relaxing couple of hours there. The trip to and from the different areas we visited were comfortable and timely. Zakopane was absolutely beautiful...stunning mountain views and a nice atmosphere that made it such a memorable day. The thermal pools were the real highlight though. Soaking in warm water surrounded by a beatiful view was incredible, especially after a full day of exploring. Our guide Michał was fantastic, friendly, funny and informative. He suggested the best spot at the thermal pools. Couldn't recommend this experience enough!

The driver Piotr was amazing! I ran late for my pick up due to my train delayed arrival and he was kind enough to wait for me and I didn’t miss my tour which was very important to me! Also, he was very patient and serviceable! I truly appreciate it his kindness!

We took a trip to Zakopane and Terma Bania today - our driver Tomasz was first rate.. very nice guy and helpful.. trip took 2 ish hours there and about 1.75 hrs back starting with Zakopane, getting the funicular up to the resort and then coming back down to the village for food.. Tomasz made sure to sort out lift passes and was waiting patiently for us to then head to Terma Bania complex. The Spa was beautiful, clean and again Tomasz was ready with all the tickets so no queuing or not realising what we needed to purchase.. to top if off whilst we relaxed outside in the Thermal waters at 38 deg it was snowing as well.. excellent bar in the pool to grab drinks whilst you’re watching the snowflakes land highly recommend to anyone visiting the area

We went on the zakopane & Chocholoswki thermal baths day trip. We were picked up from a close by location which was easy to get to. There were only 6 of us in our group which was perfect. The traffic on route to zakopane was a little tedious but definitely worth it. The mountain views from Gubałówka were beautiful and the restaurants/cafes and atmosphere was lovely. We tried the polish dumplings which were really nice. The thermal baths were our favourite. Huge place (very busy on a saturday) but amazing we had 3 hours in there which was a great amount of time I could have spent the whole day in there though. Take your own towel if you can and some sliders. We forgot. You can rent towels though. Oskar our tour guide was brilliant. Spoke good English. Highly recommend.

This trip was beautiful. The mountains and thermal baths is something to definitely see during your time in Krakow!! Our tour guide Matthew was amazing, he was kind, funny, and very informative. This tour was fantastic! We did the one without the thermal baths as it suited us better, and we had a wonderful time exploring Zakopane and surrounds with our amazing guide Matthew! He was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional! Incidentally we ended up on a private tour as everyone else was going to thermal baths, so we stuck to his timetable and were able to beat the crowds/rush at each stop (all arriving as we were leaving). The cheese and liqueur were delicious, the wooden village was very cute and Zakopane was breathtaking, both the town and the top of the funicular! Thank you Matthew for a brilliant day!

We had a fantastic day trip to Zakopane and the Chocholow thermal baths. Jordan was an excellent driver - he made us all feel very comfortable and gave us enough time for all activities. We ended up being the only group on the trip which was amazing. Zakopane had lots of nice christmas markets to buy souvenirs and the cheese tasting was very delicious and authentic. The thermal baths were the highlight - we paid a small amount extra (40 pln per person) on arrival to access the saunas and cold pools which was good as the main thermal pools were packed and full of kids. Lovely views from the outside pools to the snowy mountains as the sun set. The tour is good value for money for a whole day of being driven around, fun activities and great driver!

Collected from our collection point and taken to Zakopane, funicular up the Tatra mountains and then time to explore beautiful Zakopane then on to the Thermal baths for 3 hours of relaxation followed by cheese and vodka tasting. Jacob made this trip very entertaining and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Made a nice change to our trip to see what is outside of Krakow. Zakopane is so beautiful

Excellent trip with Matthew who was outstanding. Zakopane was lovely and the views of the mountains beautiful. Not sure about the smoked cheese but it was interesting to try. The thermal baths were well worth a visit and we had 3 very relaxing hours there. If you’re looking to do something different I’d highly recommend this trip

Piotr was a fantastic tour guide, helping to make the travel time more interesting with plenty of local knowledge. Very punctual arrived exactly on time at each pick up location throughout the day, also valuable information on places to look out for and best places to go for food Enjoyable day all round and would happily organise another trip with Hello Craciw and Piotr.

A great day out. Our driver Kamil was punctual, courteous and well organised - everything ran to plan. The cable car trip was an interesting visit with a good view. The cheese tasting was yummy. And the highlight was 3 hours of bliss at the thermal baths. Thoroughly recommend this tour.

The trip from Krakow to Zakopane Tatras was 10/10 and smooth drive, when we arrived at the drop off point we had more than enough time to explore and the Thermal Baths were great, just abit busy!

Generally we were disappointed. The mountains were beautiful but the cable car was overcrowded and the market at the top was touristy and tacky. Zacophane was a nice town but not much to see other than general shops and restaurants. We found two museums one of a beautiful traditional polish house which we found on our own and wasn’t recommended by the tour company. The spa was good if a bit crowded but we felt the 3 hours allowed meant that all the other stops were rushed. The cheese tasting was a stop on the side of the road. The traditional village stop was a 5 minute photo opportunity, again rushed. Our driver Matthew was lovely, friendly and a good driver. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this trip for the price.

Great trip! I would love to go again with the same driver, Michał. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, pointing things out to us that we would not have noticed on our own.

Everything was organised and throughly enjoyable. Scenes from the top were breathtaking. Cable ride was great, enjoyed time looking at the gift shops.

The tour guide was lovely but it’s just not worth £60 per person to go outdoor swimming in very crowded place which took 2 hours to get there.

Michal was an excellent tour guide/driver. Very friendly and helpful. Told us how to make the most of our time in Zakopane. Highly recommend.

5* also to Tomasz the driver/guide he was fantastic very friendly and on time for pick up, he sorted out all the tickets for the cable car in zakopane and wrist bands for the lockers at the thermal baths and a gave us great advice and how to do everything he gave us plenty of time to do everything too. Our guide Piotr is knowledgeable about the place and its history. Not only that, he also took that extra mile and made us feel special, thank you for that! Zakopane is a place to enjoy for both kids and adults, no doubt about that. If you want to learn about some other Polish culture, visit the place and observe the highlanders. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends back in Oslo.

Was a very lovely experience! The views from the top of the cable car was lovely! Mateus was amazing! A quick tip for those travelling to the baths, there’s a quiet area downstairs which was a life saver! We would do again.

Jakob took us to Zakopane and the thermal baths and he was absolutely amazing. So polite and friendly, on time great communication the whole time. He wasn’t even our guide and he gave us loads of info as we drove past things, took some photos of me and my partner for us which was just so kind. He was absolutely fab I would definitely recommend booking this company if you are going to krakow and fancy some trips! 10/10 for me :)

Fantastic outing to Zakopane from start to finish. Mateusz, our tour guide got in touch the day before our outing to confirm our pick up details. I’m pleased to say that he arrived on time and immediately put us at ease by outlining the details our itinerary. The 2 hour journey to Zakopane was uneventful as Mateusz drove well) and the scenery was very pretty too. We stopped off for cheese tasting en route ( yummy) before arriving at the funicular railway to travel up the mountain. The panoramic views at the top are breathtaking, especially with the sun shining through the clouds and snow on the ground. It was beautiful. After sightseeing/photo opportunities we returned to the town and joined other travellers to do a bit of shopping as we walked down the Main Street. Later we travelled to the thermal baths and enjoyed a relaxing three hours soaking in the heated pool (indoor and outdoor) then enjoying a nice lunch. We highly recommend this trip. Hopefully Mateusz will be your guide. He’s a friendly guy and nothing was too much trouble for him.!!

Had Wiktor as tour guide was a great driver and a lovely person very friendly with great sense of humour, trip was amazing we beat all the crowds in zakopane had breakfast up the top of mountain, then walked through market to town. Next cheese tasting with shot really nice finally thermal baths was very busy but so relaxing huge place very well organised had 3 1/2 hours there plenty of time. Excellent trip would throughly recommend. Bring towel and flip flops.

A very enjoyable trip with amazing views, the thermal baths were excellent, our tour guide wiktor was very nice & made our trip very pleasant , would definitely recommend this trip it made our time in Poland very enjoyable.

Wiktor was a very informative, helpful and polite guide. First stop Zakopane where we enjoyed time walking round the town & went up the mountain on the train to the top. Incredible views. Snow capped mountain vista was stunning. A lively day. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience, dancing in thermal spa with the snow falling above us and a dj playing dance tunes. Loved the swim up bar too. Fun vibe with a romantic edge. Our tour guide Michael was very accommodating and kept the bus journey interesting.
