Had a great day, villages and houses were lovely, guide Lilia was very knowledgeable and funny, Cheese and vodka tasting was nice in the traditional shepherds hut. Zakopane was lovely, managed to find the stew in the bread bowl. Cable car was fun, great views, gutted the side wasn’t open till 2pm, we had to leave at 2:45 to go to the spa. Spa was lovely, very busy and not very relaxing but great fun, make sure you go on the drop water slide. And remember if you want to go in the adults only saunas the are all naked. Driving back to Krakow, Lilia gave a s a few songs, great singer and lots of fun Would recommend

Early start from hotel in Krakow very punctual at 8 a.m as scheduled, went on to pick others up various collection points all on time took about 30 mins. Adam our guide was friendly, efficient & chatted about various points if interest throughout trip, he also give us via WhatsApp restaurants, cafes, things to do etc during our free time in Zakopane. Our mountain ride on funicular ended up being magical as 1/2 way up the rain turned to snow, which made it very special, speedy journey both going up & down, not much to see due to changing weather had a beer & glass of fizz at top in bar with open coal fire, couple of places to eat whilst up there. We also visited Chocholow whistle stop viewing the old wooden type house, very pretty, so along with this + Pitstop at fuel station gave you options to purchase drinks, snacks and to use toilets rather than the primitive shack at the Shepherds Hut when tasting your cheeses & vodka shots. All food outlets ie village store & BP garage were clean & not overpriced, so unlike UK standards. Eventually onto spa we loved our 3 hrs here girls do a fab job of keeping it clean & mopping the water away, so not to many slippy floors, great locker system colour coded bands with rfid key which enables you to hire towels £2 / e, £3 beer, they even do raspberry flavour to sweeten your pint up 😀 outdoor adults pool was our favourite, as large main outdoor pool was busy, still room to get around, lots of Jacuzzi pools both in &outdoors, we didn’t take flip flops & managed not to slip, outdoor paving was getting really cold as expected later in day in October, Loved the experience it was a long day, but really nice.

Joanna was the loveliest guide ever, would 100% recommend doing this tour with her if you get the chance to. She had such a positive energy that made this experience unforgettable! She is an absolute queen!! Was constantly reassuring us of things to come and answering questions before we even had the chance to ask them. She gave us soo many recommendations for not only this tour but for our whole trip!!

Great trip from start to finish, smooth sailing from pick up to drop off. Loved Zacopane but felt we didn’t have enough time there, cheese and vodka tasting was fun and the thermal baths is well worth a visit. Our guide Victoria was informative and friendly, very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend this trip to everyone.

Lili was a fantastic guide, very friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She gave us all the information we needed for each stop. She made sure we have a really good experience.

This was such an amazing day for me and my friends! It was definitely worth the money and it was such an easy process to book and they made sure we had all the information before hand ( times, meeting place ect ). Our tour guide Marco was amazing, he was so funny, kind, helpful and an overall nice person. He was very informative and interactive with everyone and made sure to show us some history, he also recommended places in krakow for us to go ( bars, activities etc) about the day drip, it was around 10 hours in total which I think is amazing. We spent hours in zakopane and hours at the thermal spa. I definitely recommend!!

Such an amazing day. So well organised - so many fun stops and facts along the way. Plenty of time for exploring ourselves as well. The stops were great and so much fun. We love the spa especially. Excellent day out, Zakopane is a beautiful place and the thermal baths were magical, especially outdoors omce the sun had set. Our guide Wiktoria was bubbly, friendly and very informative. Overall a fantastic tour and would reccomend.

Had a great day with Wiktoria as our guide! She was very knowledgeable about various towns and made good reccomendations. The whole trip flowed really well and it is great value for money. You spend plenty of time on each activity and nothing feels rushed. I would definitely reccommend to anyone booking this tour and it is a bonus if you have Wiktoria as your guide!

Thermal springs were awesome as well as Joanna our beautiful and very joyful guide who was very helpful and aware.

Really great day out. Good value and a great guide and driver. Spa was lovely end to the trip just remember to take your cold weather gear and wooly hat if you go in winter.

Minibus picked us up, exactly when it was specified, and through out the day, Weronika kept us informed, of everything, the minibus trip. Time spent at Zackopane, the spa, and the trip back, I would do this trip again especially if Weronika was the guide.

We had a wonderful trip to Zakopane with a few stops on the way for cheese and vodka tasting and a visit to a highlander's house. Our guide Marco, and Damien our driver were fantastic all through the day. Nothing was any trouble. Even when the unexpected happenned on the way back with the minibus having some issues, our safety and comfort was paramount. Would definitly recomend without hesitation.

Joanna is fantastic, she is very enthusiastic and passionate about the local area and is extremely informative. She gives you the best places to visit and to eat and allows plenty of time for people at each stop. The van for transport is also of very high quality and is comfortable.

We had an absolutely amazing trip! Matthew, our driver, was excellent. The journey was smooth, comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. Joanne was incredibly informative and made the whole experience even more interesting. You could genuinely tell that both Matthew and Joanne loved what they do, and that enthusiasm really shines through and makes such a difference to the experience. This was our first trip to Poland, and what a fantastic introduction it was! It's certainly going to be a hard experience to beat. A massive thank you to Matthew and Joanne for making it so memorable. Highly recommended!

Overall, the trip was very enjoyable. The villages we visited were beautiful, and we particularly enjoyed the vodka and cheese tasting. The mountain visit in Zakopane was somewhat disappointing, as almost everything was closed, with no activities available and no snow. Perhaps it is more worthwhile during the winter season. Fortunately, Zakopane itself was wonderful! We loved exploring its beautiful streets, shops and local market, and trying the traditional cheese. The thermal baths were definitely a highlight of the trip! An excellent experience, with very good food at the restaurant too. One area that could be improved was the transportation. Unfortunately, the driving sometimes felt unsafe. There were two overtaking manoeuvres on a country road where overtaking was prohibited, as well as instances of driving at around 100 km/h in motorway sections with a 70 km/h speed limit. This also happened in rainy weather and occasional hail. I understand that the driver may have completed this journey thousands of times and is very familiar with the roads. However, familiarity should never come at the expense of caution. Passenger safety should always be the priority, especially when transporting a group of around 20 people. A more careful driving approach would have made the experience much better.
