I was disappointed with the overall experience of the cruise tour. Unfortunately, the welcome was very cold, and there was little to no explanation of how the experience worked, which made for a poor first impression. The service was particularly disappointing. The drinks in the fridge were all warm, and when we raised the issue, the crew member’s attitude was essentially that it wasn’t their problem. No apology or discount was offered. The delay in serving us was so long that we missed around 20 minutes of the trip downstairs while waiting for our drinks. When we eventually went upstairs, it was very cold. Given that it was October and the tour took place at night, I would have expected enough blankets to be available for guests. Unfortunately, there weren’t enough to keep everyone comfortable. The main issue was not just the problems themselves, but the lack of care, communication, and willingness to resolve them. The staff’s interpersonal and customer service skills need significant improvement to ensure guests feel welcomed, valued, and looked after. Thankfully, I was there with friends, which made the experience enjoyable in its own way. However, the atmosphere created by the staff and the lack of attention to customer satisfaction took away from what should have been a memorable experience. Overall, the cruise has potential, but the customer service, staff attitude, preparation, and attention to detail need serious improvement. Guests are paying for an experience, and that should include not only the tour itself but also the quality of service and care they receive throughout it.

The Kościuszko Mound in Krakow, one of the five mounds located in Krakow, was erected in honor of Tadeusz Kościuszko - a great patriot and leader of the national uprising.
Fortified like a castle, this mighty monastery, founded in the 12th century, was destroyed and rebuilt several times. The most important Krakow traditions are also associated with it: here, on Monday after Easter, the annual Emmaus festival is celebrated. Hence, the Lajkonik procession - the most important symbol of Krakow - sets off every June
The limestone hill rising above the Vistula River is the former center of power, the legendary (associated with the mythical founder of Krakow and his descendants) and historical: princely, episcopal and royal. Wawel is a complex of castle and sacred buildings - a symbol of the city, but most of all a museum presenting the most valuable monuments of Polish material culture. Take a good look and you will also notice the silhouette of the famous Wawel dragon breathing fire towards onlookers.
The original, modern form of the building housing the museum of art and technology is perfectly seen from the river level. The wavy line of its roof is to refer directly to the waves of the Vistula River
The baroque church of Saint Michael the Archangel and Saint Stanislaus on Skałka rises above the boulevards, right on the Vistula River, on a small hill made of white Jurassic limestones. The basilica is also a national pantheon (many distinguished painters, musicians and poets are buried here) and a library with priceless documents, books and incunabula.

Easy and good guys, the price Is okay for the tour
Directions are sketchy. And to be at the riverside 30 mins before. Elderly or frail not able to board the top of boat. Excellent description throughout. No music needed. Unless inbetween the narration.
Very enjoyable trip, the boat was clean and had mamy amenities and food and drink options. The audio was clear and gave lots of information. My family and I really enjoyed the trip and would recommend to others.

This is an audio tour. No one actually to point out anything. Additionally this is an enclosed boat with poor visibility out but great on a rainy day.

This was a nice little trip. The boat was clean and inviting. We booked as had lots of time to kill before our flight and this used up an hour nicely. It helped that it was a sunny day. The commentary is an audio track which was the same as the one we heard on the golf carts a few days earlier but we didn’t mind.
Lovely boat in good condition and staff very friendly. Weather was lovely. Highly recommended to see the city from a different perspective.

The meeting place was not that clear. We knew we were in the correct place but as there wasn’t anyone else waiting we were dubious. The boat did arrive through 6 minutes before the meeting time. The captain let us aboard and we could buy drinks. The boat was glass all round snd heated to a comfortable temperature. After waiting for a couple of other people we set off and the recorded audio was very informative. We went one way, came back. Swapped passengers, then went the other way. Nice relaxing morning. The captain was very friendly and allowed some people to sit in the captain’s chair for photos.

Only really the castle to see from river. Pleasant enough staff and boat, bit steep getting on. However not for sight seeing in my opinion.

Thomas our guide on the boat was very helpful and knew a lot on information about krakow history. We did this boat trip at dusk so the city was all lit up so looked beautiful.
The one hour cruise on a bitterly cold evening was really good on a very comfortable and warm boat with a great guide. There was some recorded commentary and the guide gave lots of added information. We had hot drinks on board and the prices were reasonable. The pick up point was difficult to find as we could not find a sign which stated ‘Przystanek tramwajowy Paulińska’ as we had been advised. However, google maps led us to the correct location, which didn’t look like a tram stop, and the guide actually phoned me a few minutes beforehand to check we had found it. I highly recommend this trip.
Very relaxing, wonderful way to spend an hour. Welcoming crew. Lovely calm river. Drinks on board both hot and cold or some alcoholic drinks.
I could not give this review as we received a text on the morning or may have been previous evening indicating it was cancelled. I did not claim a refund as I assumed since the operator cancelling, it would automatically go through the system. I did not even check at the time as Viator has always been very good. This was in July 2023. I do not have the option of selecting this date, they only have Nov 2023

Good trip and good to have if you have less hours in the city - fortunately they were very friendly and I got audio to help with the history.
We were met by the crew at the agreed place & time which was about 300 - 400 metres from where the cat was due to moor. The cat arrived about 10 minutes late. We sat on the upper deck in the evening sun - very pleasant views. If there was a commentary, we didn't hear it. If I had known then what I know now, I probably wouldn't have booked this tour.
Nice visit, the only downside is that we don't have the explanations in real time on the right or on the left, it's up to you to look, otherwise the staff, atmosphere, and the style of the boat, nothing to complain about.
