Krakow: Private Airport Transfer

On time both for pick up from the airport to our hotel, and then traveling back from our hotel to the airport definitely seamless.

Return airport transfer completed without a hitch. Driver was in airport on our arrival and walked us out to the car and the return transfer vehicle arrived promptly at the agreed time and in plenty time for our flight check-in. No issues at all.

What a fantastic experience! We had Andrew as our driver for the transfer from the airport and again back to the airport. He was awesome! He was waiting for us when we left baggage claim, and he was right on time when we asked him to pick us up at 4:30 in the morning the day we left Krakow. Overall, he was a super nice guy, very personable, and his English was good. I highly recommend him and this transportation company; I would use them again if we return to Krakow!

Our flight was delayed. The company was tracking our flight time and had no issues with the pickup time, despite it being 2 hours later thank my original booking. Great communication throughout!

What an amazing service very friendly when we were delayed through passport control they called me and arranged an alternative plan to call them when we were through and come back to collect us. Fantastic service

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Took us a while to get through passport control but very patient whit that happening.

Arrived on time and polite driver. Helped with luggage. Parked near destination. Kept in touch with us

Arrived early, which was great. Luxury travel and great driver. Great service all round and definitely recommend.

Our driver was polite, pleasant and very informative! Only regret I had no PLN to tip him . Have travelled with Viator previously! Would recommend A🤩

Very friendly professional driver, great communication, and he was quick to meet us at the airport and help us with our bags.

Extremely happy with the service helpful and quickly service. Got to where we needed to be with minimum fuss being our first time in Poland.

Service was reliable and wonderful. The driver was easy to locate after claiming my bag. Highly recommend!

Airport pickups went really well. Very friendly drivers. Clean, well maintained mini buses. Driver was waiting with a sign when we arrived and company kept us informed of revised pickup times for return trip which was 20 mins earlier than initially agreed due to problems at the airport and high volumes of traffic. Only issue I had was that I booked the trip both ways as one purchase but because the money was taken for both trips at the same time Viator removed it as completed after the arrival trip which meant the return information wasn't as easy to access. However, the taxi company had sent their details and were very responsive to WhatsApp communications and didn't mind me checking in. Definitely worth doing if you want an easy start / end to a holiday.

Our driver was on time, friendly, the car was clean and the company communicated well. It’s an efficient way to get to and from the airport.

Excellent service. Driver met us with a clearly marked placard with our name. He was parked right outside the arrivals area and drove us to our hotel with no issues. Pleasant conversation and very helpful with our bags.

Reasonable and private transport. The driver was on time and efficient, and pleasant, waiting right outside of Customs with a sign witb our name on it. We got to the hotel in a nice drive and there were no problems at all with the service.

We used this Transfer to go from Airport to our chosen hotel perfect service so decided to use them again going back to Airport. Bang on time to collect us (4 adults with 4 case's) reasonable price lovely clean mini van would use again when we visit Krakow again would highly recommend

Perfect service after another cancelled on us was waiting at airport with our name on a board very polite and helped with luggage very clean vehicle would use again

The driver was very helpful and talked about the country. Informed us on lots of things. Defo use again

This was a perfect experience for us both to and from the airport. Both drivers were professional, and on time. The vehicles were both fairly new and clean. We would gladly recommend this service.

Dropped us off at the wrong hotel, had to walk a quarter of a mile dragging our suitcases. I’ve recently had ankle surgery so wasn’t the most pleasant of experiences.

Great transfer , was on time and a nice chap .I would use them again as he was reliable and dropped us at the door .

Dariusz was a fabulous driver. He took the time to point out points of interest. We had wonderful conversations about Poland. He’s an A+ driver.

We had a lovely holiday and collected from airport to Our hotel in Krakow and return trip from hotel to airport excellent service Would recommend this taxi company and a hotel in Krakow lovely and clean city, lovely bars, restaurants and things to do.

Driver did not show for our return trip to the airport. Still waiting for a refund to process. Had to call an Uber instead, which ended up being cheaper in any event.

The driver was in time, helpful and got us to the airport in a timely manner. It was very nice to have a car ready for us. There were 4 of us with 6 bags and the car had plenty of seats.

The driver arrived exactly on time, was courteous, & helpful. He graciously helped with our heavy bags.

Excellent service! Highly recommended. Our driver arrived a few minutes earlier and was waited for us while we checked out.

Punctual, fast, polite, and easy. The perfect airport transfer for a low-stress travel day. Got us from hotel to airport.

The driver met us directly after customs and it was a short walk to the car. The drive was nice and comfortable and the driver shared some details about the local soccer teams along the way.

Driver was a few minutes early (even with a 3am pickup for our 6am flight!), vehicle was clean, and driver was friendly. So glad we booked this instead of trying to find a taxi in the early AM.

We wanted an easy transfer to our downtown hotel after a long international flight rather than trying to navigate public transportation. The driver was waiting for us as we came out of arrivals in Krakow. He was very polite and communicated well. The vehicle was clean and comfortable.

Top service from airport to city at Krakow Good driver on time Nice clean vehicle Waiting for is on arrival

Just perfect! Our driver Chris was waiting for us as we came out into the foyer with my name on a board and told us where to wait whilst he went for the very nice Mercedes People carrier, such a nice polite young man, he dropped us off right outside our hotel and helped us with our luggage. The same on our return trip, David our driver was bang on time and helped us all with our luggage, nice friendly driver who chatted with us and was so pleased that we had all enjoyed enjoyed our first trip to Poland. I can highly recommend this pickup service. Takes all the hastle and worry out of your transfers. Many thanks

Great service, waiting at the airport and straight to the hotel. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely recommend.

Driver was friendly and on time for pickup. Arrived at the airport safely with plenty of time to check in and get through security for my departure. Booking for both pick up and drop off from the airport ahead of my trip gave me peace of mind knowing I wouldn’t have to worry about a taxi or some other ride the day of travel. Highly recommend for solo or group travelers.

Driver was on time and very friendly! He chatted with me on the way to my accommodation and gave me some recommendations for places to see.
