It is a solemn experience to visit Auschwitz. For the sake of doing a review, I’ll simply say that the logistics of the tour were handled smoothly and everyone involved was excellent.

The car could have been a little cleaner. It was difficult to hear the guide sometimes while walking.
Perfect from start to finish we booked via Viator the company in krakow was discover Cracow we went to Auschwitz and Auschwitz-Birkenau our guide Dawid, superb he recommended some lovely restaurants and roof top views I would highly recommend this trip, the company stay in touch via WhatsApp and insure you receive all information required for the trip.
I wholeheartedly recommend this company! Wiktoria, who works in the office, organized literally everything for us. She handled the airport transfer, the trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau, and the salt mines very professionally. Our driver Adam picked us up for the tours and told us about Krakow's history along the way. He was very friendly and polite. They both made our stay in Krakow truly special.
I booked this tour, it would have bern almost £80. I cancelled it and decided to get tickets directly from the Auschwitz museum and make my own way - snd for half the price. After cancelling my trip I received 3 emails from Tripadvisor quoting this company - in addition to a WhatsApp message. I'd advise anyone to buy directly from Auschwitz and make your own way.
Well organised tour. Good driver, comfortable and clean van. Would recommend for sure!
Wonderful experience from start to finish. They really took care of everything from the beginning of trip to the end . They took care of our transfer from the airport, our lunch, and everything in between. I would highly recommend!
The actual Auschwitz tour and driver were excellent and we ended up having a very meaningful experience. The visit itself was really well organised on the day and we're grateful it went ahead. However, the communication beforehand caused a lot of stress, including requests to change dates and uncertainty about whether the trip would happen at all. As we travelled from the UK for only 3 days specifically for this tour, that was very worrying. Thankfully everything worked out in the end with excellent communication.
Plain sailing the whole way ! Just one teeny niggle. No time for a break to eat. So it was food on the go !
Ada was our taxi driver today, and she was absolutely fantastic. She drove us safely and comfortably, and she went above and beyond in helping us with the tickets/maps for Auschwitz. Her kindness, professionalism, and helpful attitude made our day much easier and more enjoyable. We highly recommend Ada to anyone looking for a reliable and caring driver
The man arrived on time to take us explained to us what we needed to do and took us direct to the salt mines afterwards he was there waiting for us to bring us back to our hotel was very pleased with service will definitely use again
My family (me, spouse, two young adult children) were transported from Kraków to Auschwitz-Birkenau in a clean and comfortable van. Our driver, Inga, was exceptional. She provided clear instructions for meeting points, and explained exactly how the tour at the camps would work and where to connect with her at the end. Additionally, Inga was a delight to talk with during the trip. She answered our many questions about Poland in the present and in the past. She set a perfect tone for the day.
Pickup was prompt and journey
fantastic day out .. really intresting .. 6 seater mercedes vito picked us up and driver was nice and friendly
Brilliant tour, brilliant. Driver was the best part of journey, informative, polite. Dawid is a credit to the company. If you get him you are lucky. Wictoria made sure everything run smoothly. The tour itself is very emotional. Be prepared for lots of walking , not suitable for disabled.
5/5 - so easy to book, great value for money, and our driver Adam was so helpful! He got us there with plenty of time and drove us past Birkenau so we could see it before we went. We arranged airport transfer through the same company and Adam gave our bags to Inga, our airport driver, so we didn’t have to carry them around all day. Adam was also very helpful telling us the history of things as we drove past them, helped me to check into our tour and pointed me where to go, and also recommended a lovely restaurant we went to when we got back. Would certainly book again
We booked a tour to Auschwitz and to the salt mine. It went very smoothly. Special thanks to Inga who was very helpfull !
Wonderful experience and a must see. Harrowing but essential to see. To be honest our trip was cancelled the day before we were meant to attend (which now we know is very common across all tour operators). Wonderway were extremely professional, kept us informed and came up trumps by revising our trip to the following day. They organised an English speaking tour guide, Eugene, who was outstanding. He picked us up and drop us back to our hotel but most impressively he was so knowledgeable and forthcoming with his knowledge. But best of all he was the nicest person who was an absolute pleasure to be with. He added so much depth to the experience with his compassion and heartfelt guidance. Eugene and Wonderway are an absolute must for your Auschwitz Birkenau trip.
Everything was really good organised and Adam is not just a great driver, but also a really good person. He is very funny and professional. Very recommended!
We had a great trip to Auschwitz and Birkenau. Wiktoria worked hard to find us a guide as we had a short time in Krakow and it was a public holiday but she delivered for us, keeping us informed of progress in the preceding days. The transport was comfortable and well driven by Lukasz. Our guide at the museum was excellent. He informed us about the history of the camp and did not hold back on the horrors that took place there. I’d fully recommend anyone visiting Krakow to take a day out to do this tour.
Our visit was exceptionally well organised from start to finish, and it made a meaningful difference, especially as we were travelling with my parents who have mobility issues. The private transfer was a huge benefit, allowing us to travel comfortably and without any stress. A special mention must go to our driver, Ada, who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Her insights and support throughout the journey really enhanced the experience. Lunch was thoughtfully arranged, and we were well looked after at every stage. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into making sure everything ran smoothly and that we had everything we needed. The guide at Auschwitz was also outstanding—extremely informative and respectful. Overall, this was a very well organised and memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless and informative visit, especially if you require a bit of extra support along the way.
I am a wheelchair user and paid a full price entrance ticket to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum. In Auschwitz 1 I was unable to access the huts where the main exhibits are displayed so didn't see any of them, still had to pay full price but was only able to access about a quarter of the museum. Birkenau is all in the open but the roadways are difficult to use but not impossible. My advice for anyone in a wheelchair ask for a concessionary price. Hotel pick-up worked very well and the tour guide at the museum, according to my family, was excellent
I booked with Auschwitz Krakow for my tour and it was a very well organized day. The driver Adam was very communicative and got us into a great Auschwitz tour. Really enjoyed booking with Wiktoria and having Adam as my driver. They are passionate for their work.
Having read a lot of reviews about long waits, we were pleased that this wasn't the case. Driver was on time, very polite and helpful and the whole trip was very slick. The museum is something that everyone should see- not something you enjoy, but should experience. This is a long day with a lot of walking and the museum is very busy. We had a manual wheelchair and although the ground is uneven, it is possible to move around the whole site but would be very challenging for someone on their own. The buildings are also not accessible so you need to have some mobility.
I came to Poland with family . We had great time going on this trip and our chauffeur Adam was great he was very helpful . He really knows his job and he is very educated about all the museum’s architectures and great places what to eat . It was my best trip since a couple of years. If you ever wanted to go to Poland and use the service, please always book from them.
A really well organised trip and brilliantly communication throughout via WhatsApp. We were messaged straight away after booking with clear details on what to expect and to get out hotel address to arramge collection. The day before we were messaged again with the name of our driver, car reg and collwction time. We were collected at 11.30 by Ada who was fantastic. Stopped about 20 mins out of Auschwitz for us to grab a drink and use the toilet to avoid queues once there. The journey took just over an hour. Once there we were given our tickets, issued headsets and met our guide who was really fantastic. Her tone was empathetic and gentle throughout, explaining every part of the tour clearly and with compassion. Eat a good breakfast, you only get 15 minutes between each camp to grab a sandwich (take something with you and eat as you drive to Birkenau) We were back to our hotel by 18:30. A fantastic, informative tour. Couldnt recommend this company enough to visit with.
Very interesting but felt a little rushed. Birkenau part was very short. Car pick up and driver, Ada, was excellent. Vey interesting to learn more about Poland from Ada who was very very bright and helpful.
Our driver Dawid was amazing! He really knew his stuff and was exceptionally helpful. Our guide, I think her name was Margarite was superb. All communications were good and handled well. Would recommend
Adam was very helpful and helped a lot in organizing the trip.
Very interesting experience. Nice and easy pick-up at out hotel. Good english guide with many interesting facts about the place.
I dealt with Wiktoria in arranging our transport and tours. She has been absolutely brilliant. She arranged the transport and took the worry out of thinking about times and with the visits food as well. She arranged everything allowing us to enjoy their visit. I could not recommend her and her company more highly
From pick up to drop- off, the entire trip was flawlessly organized. Our itinerary was packed with unique experiences, yet never felt rushed. The transportation was top- notch allowing us to just relax. Our guide made sure everything ran smoothly, which made the trip completely stress free.
Cannot think of one thing to fault this trip , it was excellent. The communication for pick up was spot on , the coach was warm and the bus tour guide gave us clear instructions all the way. Julia who was our guide for Auschwitz 1 and Birkenau was so knowledgeable and friendly and gave us enough time to complete the tour in a timely manner. Given the nature of our trip she was sensitive and respectful throughout. I would highly recommend this tour and would not hesitate to book again
We opted for private transport picked up from hotel great driver we jumped past all queue outside walked in at 8 am, very informative guide who came to next site with us and guided us through that concentration camp
This was a very emotional trip to Auschwitz. It was very well organised and we were kept to a tight schedule. Our driver Adam picked us up at 10am as arranged and drove us for the day. Thankfully he reminded us that we needed a form of identification to enter Auschwitz as the tickets are individually named. He gave us interesting information about Krakow as he drove. Our day at Auschwitz Birkenau was both informative and horrifying and our guide was excellent. We had the opportunity to buy our lunch packs through Wiktoria and they were generous in size. The tour was also more reasonably priced than some other companies. All in all a sombre but fascinating day which gave us an awful lot to think about and be grateful for.
Very good trip and very organised. Staff were very friendly and transparent Tour matched all expectations and would definitely recommend
Everything is perfect! The driver on time and with many historical knowledge and Wiktoria the girl that organise the trip very good.
An excellent trip, very well organised. We had an amazing tour guide who was very knowledgeable. What more can be said both Camps have been preserved well and truly showed the horrors of the Holocaust. The whole day was very interesting and very humbling
We had an excellent experience with this Auschwitz & Auschwitz-Birkenau tour from start to finish. Wiktoria, the tour organiser, was fantastic extremely prompt in her responses on whats app and genuinely helpful. When the original date we booked wasn’t available, she offered an alternative option and ensured we were still looked after. She organised everything seamlessly and booked us with an excellent tour guide at both Auschwitz and Auschwitz-Birkenau. The tour itself was incredibly powerful, moving, and surreal. It is a confronting but essential experience, and the guide handled such a sensitive subject with respect, knowledge, and care. It’s truly a must-do to better understand history and honour those who suffered. Our driver, Grzesiek, was also wonderful. He was punctual, friendly, and happy to answer any questions along the way. On the return journey, he even offered to drop us off in the city instead of the hotel if we wanted to explore further, which was a really thoughtful touch. The hotel pick-up service was very convenient and made the entire experience stress-free. Overall, a very well-organised, respectful, and memorable experience. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.
Sad but lovely experience. Very informational. Would definitely recommend people to experience it. Tours are perfectly timed and th short break in between is just enough.
Very good trip, Arek our driver was excellent. It would have been 5 stars apart from a last minute change of date for the trip where communication for the reason for the change wasn’t brilliant.
This trip was exceptionally well organised. We were always well informed in advance and during our visit on what to expect. Our driver Tomasz was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend this tour.
Tour company was amazing. We were picked up at the exact time told in a mini bus and drove straight to the destination. Our driver Grzesiek was so punctual and took us from stop to stop. Obviously a very moving day but highly recommend this tour. I had messaged the company a couple weeks before worried it wouldn’t go ahead (as it was the 29th Dec and unsure on weather) and they were so responsive and reassuring.
dress in appropriate clothing and foot wear as surface uneven, limited access to toilets its a must experince
An unforgettable and impeccably organised experience. We recently took a trip to Auschwitz and Birkenau, and while it is understandably a deeply sad and emotional experience, everything about the day itself was handled with absolute professionalism, care, and respect. Wiktoria did a fantastic job organising everything from start to finish — communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, which really put us at ease. Erik, our driver, was punctual, friendly, and made the journey comfortable and stress-free. Our tour guide, Thomas, truly stood out. His knowledge, sensitivity, and ability to present such difficult history with clarity and compassion made the experience incredibly powerful. He answered questions thoughtfully and ensured the group fully understood the significance of what we were seeing, without ever feeling rushed. Although the story itself is heartbreaking, the way this tour was delivered made it a truly meaningful and educational experience. I couldn’t fault any part of the service and would highly recommend this tour and team to anyone wanting to visit with the respect and understanding it deserves. Thank you to everyone involved for an outstanding experience.
Well organized by the coordinator. Picked us up at hotel door and dropped us at the train station on the way back (special request by us). Guide was good! An experience that everyone should have once in their life…so that travesties like this aren’t repeated.
This was such a surreal experience that I got to experience with my sister, and I am so grateful we had the opportunity to attend. Our guide shared many personal stories of Her time with survivors and her time being a guide. And it made the importance of visiting even greater.
Our trip to Krakow was very last minute and as a result I booked this trip very late. We booked the private transfer to/from Auschwitz tour, and immediately started to receive good and clear communications regarding pick up arrangements etc. We'd read a lot about people experiencing long waits and uncertainty on whether they would actually get tour tickets once they arrived (a lady we met at airport told us her experience of queuing from 4am and being told 75% chance of tour ticket), but we thankfully didn't experience nay of that. We were picked up as per arrangements, and when we arrived we were met straight away by the tour company representative, who escorted us past the very large queue (at 7:10am!) and straight to the front of the queue. When we completed the Auschwitz tour, were met by our driver and then taken directly to Birkenau (we packed some lunch ourselves and left in the van). The tour itself is how you can imagine, very sombre, interesting and humbling. Overall would definitely recommend booking via Auschwitz-Krakow tours, we actually used them for airport transfers to, and found them very reliable.
Highly recommend booking with this company. We were sadly let down by another company the day before, we were worried we wouldn’t end up going but managed to book with this company last minute. Everything went smoothly from the moment of booking. Wiktoria contacted us straight away providing all the details we needed and kept us up to date even on the morning of the tour which we appreciated. We were lucky that we had Wiktoria on the day as our driver, she was brilliant, kept us informed of everything we needed to know again! The tour itself is amazing and worth visiting. Tour guides were great. Great experience from start to finish. You won’t be disappointed!
Booked via trip advisor, a bit sceptical as I had heard of people being picked up in the early hours of the morning for this trip but no need here, comms were clear and timely, picked up at hotel on time (10am) and very organised through the day - would definitely recommend
