Krakow: 120 Min Old Town Segway Tour.

We booked to do the two hour Segway tour of Krakow. Arthur was our guide and he was amazing. He was so knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions. Arthur showed us all the bits you would miss if you walked around on your own. The stories were entertaining and he gave us time to explore places of interest. We definitely recommend this tour and Arthur.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. The Segway tours mean you see such a lot of the city in a short time, and the guide (in our case Arthur) was very knowledgeable about the history of the city, and gave us so much detail that when asked the question on other tours have you heard of “xx” our answer was always yes! We did this on our first day and would recommend to anyone - it’s a great way to get a feel for the city and start your holiday.

Tour was really good fun and our guide Arthur was really nice. Only issue we had was Viator never told the tour company that we were on that tour that day.

We had great fun riding the segways. The first bit is instructions and practicing which is very well done so you feel confident to go out on the road. Artur is a very interesting man with an amazing sense of humor. He knows a lot about a lot and especially Krakow. We felt like being guided by a friend. Would recommend 10/10

The Segway experience was enjoyable, guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately our segways broke down on 3 occasions, apparently due to the cold weather. So there was a lot of wasted time standing around waiting for the boss to turn up to swap them over. We didn’t get to see all of the sites due to this and they didn’t extend the time. My husband dragged one of the segways back to the office in the end, the guide disappeared and didn’t offer to help or swap with his working Segway. Overall it put a bit of a downer on the day and we didn’t get offered any kind of compensation. Maybe get operate better in the warmer weather, who knows.

Excellent tour of Krakow. Small group, excellent guide (Pablo) with a mix of good knowledge and humour to tell the story of Kraków’s past. From the market square to the castle, Barbican, dragon and basilica, and everything in-between we were hosted brilliantly. Segway is also a fun, safe and speedy way to take it all in. Highly recommended tour which is a must when visiting the wonderful city of Krakow. The tour covered the old town thoroughly but not the Jewish quarter (separate tour) so worth checking before booking if you have a preference. The company were excellent; friendly, flexible and a mix of funny tales to tell the story of Krakow and Poland’s interesting (and often dark) history. Highly recommended tour operator.

We had a terrific time circling Krakow on segways! Our tour guide was fantastic. He knew so much information about the buildings and where they are and where they used to be. Kraków is a beautiful city, very vibrant, clean, and beautiful. Thank you for showing us about!

Two teenagers and their mom had a segway tour with IRENE. We had an absolutely brilliant time with her she was such a friendly welcoming girl. We had such a fun time and I cannot recommend this enough. We are not hugely into history and this tour was the perfect amount of info, fun and time. So easy use the segway (great instruction given at start) we were smiling the whole time going around, genuinely delighted with this tour of fantastic kraków.

Was a great way to tour the old town, highly recommend. This was our first time using a Segway and our tour guide gave us a bit of a practice before we set off. Our tour guide Arthur was very knowledgeable and his English was superb. Took us to all the best places within the old town for views of the stunning architecture and timed it perfectly to hear the trumpeter at the basilica. The length of the tour was just right for everyone. Perfect for adults and teenagers alike

We did the 2 hour tour. Our guide, Arthur gave us a thorough tour of the old town, and shared many insights into the history of the city. Plus the Segways are a blast to ride. Would highly recommend!

From start to finish Arthur made us comfortable & relaxed. From making sure everyone was able to handle the segways before setting out. The knowledge he had was unbelievable the tour around Krakow was interesting & fun. I would highly recommend taking one of his tours.

Excellent tour with Arthur. Segway tours are always fun combined with loads of information. Segway’s are so easy to ride and you cover so much ground in 120 minutes. Arthur kept it at a good pace and really interesting. What’s not to like great value tour if krakow old town, and all off road so very safe.

We loved our Segway tour today, with Arthur. Neither of us had any Segway experience (and we are 56 and 58) but Arthur made sure we knew what we were doing and took care of us very well, especially me - the older and more nervous one. He made the tour a lot of fun as well as being very interesting and informative and he is extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about Krakow. This was a really good way to see a lot in a short amount of time and we learned so much. Arthur even gave us further recommendations for after our tour which we took and did not regret it. I highly recommend doing this tour with Arthur, we really enjoyed it.

The tour was interesting and Arthur the guide was friendly and knowledgeable. However - the Segway experience could have been better. We were told it would be better not to have booked an evening on a busy day…. So why was there the option to book it? As the square was busy, our first Segway experience (complete beginners) was on the road. We were given basic instructions then told to have a go. My son panicked when a car came towards him and didn’t know how to stop safely. He clipped the kerb and flew off the front of the Segway. He was shaken up and in pain for the rest of the tour and we’ve since discovered he broke his wrist in the fall. Our guide assumed we were much more competent than we actually were, and we frequently felt abandoned - particularly when trying to cross roads when he had disappeared off ahead. We didn’t feel confident on the segways as we had minimal instruction on how they actually worked. Although the guide was very personable and taught us lots of interesting facts, I don’t feel this makes up for the lack of guidance and duty of care. My son is in pain and can’t participate in any of his sports or activities for 6 weeks due to his wrist fracture. I understand accidents happen. However, getting a complete novice to try and ride a Segway on a road with oncoming traffic and inadequate instruction does not constitute an accident in my opinion, it is completely negligent.

A great tour and a great guide. Segways were amazing! Well worth it! Overall excellent price and good day had by all.

Cannot recommend this activity enough! We were all initially a bit nervous having never been on a Segway before, but we soon got the hang of it. Our guide, Artur, was a fantastic tutor and host, taking us to all the key points of interest around the Old Town. He was so informative and told us lots of facts and history we would not of otherwise known. This is such a fun way to have a tour around and get your bearings of the area. Highly recommend and thank you again Artur! 😃

Amazing tour with the best guide - Arthur. In 2 hours we have covered lots of nice spots in the old town, we have seen the square, the castle, we were by the river, have seen couple of basilikas and the dragon. The guide was very knowledgeable and the stories were interesting. He also gave us recommendations about local restaurants and bars in the city. We definitely recommend the tour :)

What an experience, the sedgeways were so easy to use. Arthur, our guide had so much History to tell us about Krakow from the Cathedral to the Dragon and the trumpet blower.

Tour Manager was 10mins late for start of tour but after that the tour was good fun and cover quite a few places and a nice pace

The tour was interesting, we went in the evening and had a great time. The lack of high vis jackets and lights when it was so dark was concerning. The tour guide could have taken more care to check we were all still together considering the weather and time of day. Other thank this it was a great experience and would recommend.

A brilliant way to see krakow , our guide was really interesting and knowledgeable. The Segway’s were easy to use too and meant we able to see a lot in our 2 hour tour .

Fantastic tour. Arthur knows his stuff and was very helpful. We swapped from Segways to scooters and had lots of fun on them. Krakow is beautiful and steeped in history which Arthur explained in perfect English. Highly recommend Tour.
