Firstly, You will be taken to Auschwitz I, where You will join an English tour – provided by the Museum’s guide – for about 2 hours.
You will transfered to Auschwitz II – Birkenau, which is about 2 km away from first camp. You will spend there about 1 hour with the same guide.
You will visit one of the oldest working Salt Mines in the World – the Wieliczka’s Salt Mine, which has been producing table salt for over 700 years! Your English speaking guide will take You up to 140 meters underground for a 2,5-hours journey through over 2,5-kilometers long tourist route full of chambers with amazing carvings and statues and large collection of mining machines and equipment, where everything is made of salt. Please note that to reach the first level of the mine (64 metres underground), You have to descent a wooden stairway which has 378 stairs. After the tour, You will be taken up to the surface with a lift. You should be back to Krakow around 13:00.
I booked with this company after reading all the reviews on Tripadvisor and I’m so glad I did they picked me and my daughter up from our hotel on time both days transported us to the each destination with ease and no hassle I think it was Thomas and then Raphael nothing was too much trouble and made the experience more enjoyable A*****
This tour was great. Definitely shows the atrocities of war and how inhumane they treated people who did not fit into their way of thinking
We booked for Mr Shuttle at the beginning of November to go to Auschwitz on Monday 25th nov and the salt mine on Wednesday 27th nov. Got a text the previous day with a time to be outside hotel. Also 1hour before pick up. Auschwitz picked up at 5.50am in a mini bus by Kris (not sure of spelling) we were 1st pick up and picked up another 3 lots of people before the drive to Auschwitz. Kris explained everything in great English and took us to meet our English speaking guide. He then explained he’d be waiting in the mini bus for us after the tour. We returned to the bus and he dropped us at birkenau where we wet again with the tour guide and he took us around. Kris was waiting for us at the bus again to take us back to the hotel. Salt mine. We were collected at 8.50 in a private car by Karol. He was a very polite and great English speaker. He chatted easily to us. At the salt mine he explained where he’d be after our tour and then he took us to the entrance where we met our English tour guide. Once back in the car Karol dropped us off. Great communication and drivers and asset to your company 😀
The experience itself was the most memorable, but I wish that both the Auschwitz and mine tours went slower.
Booked online from UK, we used mrshuttle for our transfers between our apartment and airport and also booked the aushwitz and salt mine trip with them. When we arrived at the airport our driver was waiting for us holding a sign with our name on and took us straight to our apartment. The trips went perfect and picked us up and dropped us off at our apartment. The journey back to the airport was on time and every driver we had was excellent. Unfortunately we made a mistake during the booking and declared wrong day. We asked them if they could change it for us and they told us that it is not possible. I find it unacceptable that in such a difficult period we are all going through there is no flexibility and there should not be even a small refund!

Excellent communication throughout, drivers on both days explained the trip and answered any questions. Auschwitz trip could have been longer, didn’t see all of both camps, but they are huge! Salt mine is amazing and worth the trip,
We booked a two day trip with trip advisor for the above mentioned tours, the only problem we had was we didnt receive the pick up times until the morning we were going because of the problem with wi-fi so we found out our pick up time was later than expected after we had left our apartment and was waiting for the driver. Apart from that the driver turned up more or less on time (the correct time) and Auschwitz is a place everyone should visit you cant understand the horror that the jews and prisoners experienced until you walk around and see the camp it is heart wrenching. Our guide was amazing she was emotional when explaining things and answered questions the way they run the tour is amazing where through your headphones you can here the tour guide so you heard everything she had to say. Please go here if you have a chance. The Salt Mines were also an amazing trip again the guide was very informal and the same system was used. There are alot of steps to climb down but it is done in stages and there is a lift to take you back up, aparantly we were the depth of the size of the Eiffel Tower. This is another trip I wouldnt miss on a visit to Krakow

Hi. I booked transfers to and from the airport, Auschwitz-Birkenau tour and Saltmines tour for 13 people with this company last weekend. The service was brilliant, always on time, and the drivers were lovely (especially Eve). Great value and the packed lunch was lovely. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional.
I dint know if enjoyed would be the right word to use about this tour,we had a very informative tour guide who looked after each and everyone of us,it was heartbreaking to think we were walking in the very place where so many innocent men,women and children were murdered simply because of their religion or ethnicity,but to be able to pay our respects was important to me.
We booked this two day package, and are really glad we did as doing all three would have been too much for us, (we are both over 70) Both tours are really brilliant and are certainly worth doing and very good value for money.
Well organised and punctual this company provided great service. We had lunch on the first day and they catered well for vegan and vegetarian. The trip is a must for all visitors. We were glad we went to Auschwitz first as it is an emotional experience. The Salt mine is great. Our tour leader was entertaining and gave lots of interesting information. Would definitely do these trips over two days as you still have the afternoons to explore the rest of Krakow. Over all an exhausting but excellent two days.
Great company to deal with, always on time and very responsive to emails. Auschwitz-Birkenau is a place we should visit. The guide and driver were very good, and would recommend this trip which included a pleasant quick lunch break in a very somber visit. Salt mine - was worth a visit although don’t bother about getting lunch provided as the tour is really too short to worry. Driver and guide again were great. As we had such great dealings with the company we decided to book an airport transfer, again the driver was very prompt although he drove a bit fast for our liking in comparison to our prior drivers.
Whilst this was an emotional tour, the guide was knowledgeable and respectful of the subject. The tour was a harsh reality check of this dark chapter in our history and truly believe we have a moral duty to ensure this is not forgotten. I was not impressed by those people thinking it was ok to take selfies, no respect or genuine interest it seems. Krakow Shuttle was on time picking up from the hotel and there was a packed lunch on the trip.

We were a group of 22 and got some of the group it was their first time in Krakow. Excellent company used for transfers and tours. Always on time, clean and comfortable minibuses and drivers and tour leaders were polite and knowledgable. I would certainly book this company again
our tours were amazing from start to finish , we were picked up both days from our hotel door and enjoyed a fantastic day at the salt mines , our driver Adrian was very friendly and we were well looked after, our day at Auschwitz/Berkenau was a truly humbling experience , we watched a short film on the way giving us some background information and our tour guide was very passionate as she talked to us , we were a large group and we were kept together and well looked after, the trips were definitely value for money and I would definitely use this company again.
Used Krakow Shuttle and Tours for airport pickups and tours. They were very punctual,professional and used Quality Mercedes mini vans. All drivers were curteous and knowledgeable. Trips to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Salt Mine, used English speaking guides and they told you everything you needed to know,in a sensitive manner, especially at the holocaust sites. The costs were reasonable for all activities. Would highly recommend this company.
Was picked up promptly and on time in the morning and had a brilliantly scheduled day visiting the 3 different attractions. Lunch was included and there was only a little bit of waiting around before going into the salt mine. Other than that everything ran like clockwork.
A well run operation, picked up and dropped off from our hotel and avoided all the queues at the main attraction. I would recommend doing this tour over the 2 days rather than cramming it into one as I wouldn't have enjoyed the salt mines after a day at Auschwitz.

The experience was horrible, the driver was unfriendly at all times only with us from the beginning, he did not like us and gave us the wrong directions to leave us lying, and we had to go home by public transport. They didn't give us the money back, and he didn't want to make the trip because he didn't want the driver. The price was 220 euros lost.
