Krakow To Auschwitz Birkenau Guided Tour With Ticket And Transfer

Pick up and drop off not at the hotel as advertised. Complete chaos at the Pawia pick up point, guide doesn’t announce names or tour companies even when you ask and so had to run between different buses with no information and almost missed the bus. The tour was cut short and we were died through both camps with little consideration for people who could not walk/run at thst died. It felt dusted also to the environment

Pick up was brought forward from original booking time (6am not 7am) arrived at pickup point received a txt from Daniel saying he would be 5 minutes and he was. Got a suprise that it was a private transfer in a warm comfy Mercedes people carrier n not a coach . Arrived without hassle amazing tour guide so professional with empathy. Picked back up smooth transfer each way in comfort and good tunes highly recommended thanx Daniel x

A humbling experience. All went very smooth with our driver and Andriano he was great.

We were notified the day before for pickup and I was told our tour would start at 05:35am We were not picked up at our hotel as booked, we had to walk to a designated pickup … Comfortable mini van and the driver drove with care .. We arrived at Auschwitz and waited for at least 1/2 hour as we were early. I felt our guide rushed us through the camps at great speed.. barely having time to take pictures with an original camera .. and I became disconnected from the group several times with the rushing through the rooms and other groups with their guides before and after us .. The guide also walked extremely fast.. I felt my time at Auschwitz and Birkenaus was rushed and it’s more of a money maker then a time to think of the souls lost and actually take in the horror that must never be repeated

Our driver Adriano was so helpful , gave us lots of info pointed out historical parts on way to Auschwitz, lots of information on historical events. Great communication throughout including pick up etc. Wonderful experience

Adriano was a great driver. Pick up confirmed day before with a on time collection. Very friendly and chatty. When wr arrived at auschwitz we met our guide and got our tickets and went skip the queue. Due to our group number from both mini buses we got an intimate tour through the numbers on our pick up. Waited the full duration of tour and then took us to Birkenau direct while explaining some history of the towns. Really enjoyable morning.

This tour was fantastic, cannot recommend enough. We booked this a week in advance; gutted to have missed out on the online tickets. I was very apprehensive, having seen the reviews, but the experience could not have been further from how the reviews were. We were informed the day before of our meeting time, 0705, and we went to the hotel where we had arranged to meet them. Arguably, we asked for a hotel and our driver was one street away, but it was very easy to quickly nip to this street instead and catch up with the group. The group was small, 7-8 of us, and the drive there was very smooth, safe and comfortable. Thank you to our driver Eryk. We arrived at Auschwitz and were instantly met by our tour guide with our tickets pre-bought and ready for us. The tour was incredibly well done -- harrowing, but our tour guide's words were very well put, and he had the right balance between history/fact telling, and making it engaging. He also had a lot of background knowledge for other questions. It was really a good trip - I would recommend bringing sandwiches/ water, especially as you can leave these in the transfer van and have during the drive to Birkenau. Thank you so much!

We visited Auschwitz-Birkenau this week and had the great pleasure of being driven there by Adriano Borowiec who was polite, friendly and a very safe driver. Our guide around the site was also wonderfully informative and respectful - we learned a lot more of the horrors that took place there.

After having three cancelled trips for Auschwitz due to no fault of ours, Gr8way managed to get us on a last minute tour. Simon was our driver and as well as being very professional, (and bang on time) he was also very informative and communicative. He went above and beyond and even took us around some extra memorial sights. If I was going back to Krakow in the future (which I will be) I would most definitely get in touch with Simon to book some more tours. Thank you again Simon, you’ll make an excellent tour guide!

Appalling service. Travelled from uk to krakow just for this trip to have it cancelled 24 hours before, no explanation nothing! Tried to contact company and all messages and calls unanswered. Was unable to get another booking so soon as no slots available. Trip was ruined, absolute waste of money as I will have to go back again! Awful customer service.

Our driver, Bogdan, was wonderful. He picked us up very close to the hotel, was very kind and courteous, and did everything he could to help us.

Had a great experience with Daniel, he was on time even though he had been given the wrong address by the operator. One quick message to him and it was no bother, still turned up perfectly on time for our return to the airport. Have no hesitation on using this service again, very reliable

The tour was good, very eye opening as to be expected!! Our driver was very sweet. The price we paid was good value for money especially as some of the other tours we saw were much busier. The only issue we had was that we could not understand our tour guide very well and felt as though she walked through the tour a little too fast.

Patrick picked us as scheduled on time at our hotel, The mini bus was very clean and the ride was very smooth. During the drive, Patrick kept us we informed and e stopped for refreshments along the way. We arrived on time and Patrick kept us well advised and updated as to entry, ticketing and other important information. We met our guide as scheduled. The guide was interesting and informative. Upon completion of the tour Patrick met us and took us back to our hotel.

Simon was our guide to Auschwitz-Birkenau he was amazing, he had so much knowledge that he was willing to share, he went above and beyond. He made a heavy and hard hitting day easier to process and also kept spirts up. He is a real asset to his company. As we are quite a loud and bold group, Simon interated and got involved with the group which really made the day better. Even after the trip Simon kept in touch and sent over loads of recommendations of other places to see and good restaurants. Highly recommend a tour if Simon is your guide!
