I would highly recommend this company. Fabulous communication. Picked up on time. Lots of information on what would happen throughout the day. Really helpful staff and the packed lunch we purchased was great value for money too.

Pick up on time . Both tickets were in my name . Please make sure you put individual names on them it is like Fort Knox to get in . If passports don’t match the ticket name they can refuse entrance .

Excellent from start to finish! Our driver Michal was friendly and knowledgeable. Our visit to Auschwitz Birkenau was harrowing but something everyone should do. The guide we had was excellent. All in all would highly recommend!

Easy to book, good contact and updates on time changes. All very clear in terms of transport and what was happening and comfortable modern coach. Guide at both sites was excellent and very informative and really brought the story to life. I think for this tour you really need a guide to get the most from it. It is a long day so take a packed lunch to eat on coach and something to drink. Hear lots of bad stories of other operators cancelling but no issues at all with this company.

Really good trip and guides were very knowledgeable. Only slight issue was our pick up time was brought forward to a very early time of 5.40am. We understand this was due to lack of guides at the museum. It was still a good day and well organised.

I originally booked this tour through GetYourGuide, but with all the cancellations, I decided to book with Krakvel Transfers & Tours instead. I'm so pleased that I did. After contacting the company through Messenger, I received the reassurance I needed that the tour would not be cancelled. On the day of the tour, the driver arrived on time and was very friendly. The coach was comfortable for the 1 hour 40 minute journey. Once we arrived, everything ran very smoothly. Our English-speaking guide was knowledgeable, although he had a strong accent and spoke quite quickly, which occasionally made him difficult to understand. However, this didn't spoil the experience or the couple of hours we spent with him. I would definitely recommend Konrad and his team at Krakvel Transfers & Tours to anyone considering this trip. The organisation was excellent, communication was reassuring, and the whole experience was stress-free from start to finish.

We chose Krakvel travel for our trip to Auschwitz last week and are so glad we did. They kept in contact with us and reconfirmed our pick up times the day before. Our driver Robert picked us up at exactly 935 as advised. We only had 3 other couples on the mini bus with us. Robert started the journey by explaining what would happen through the day. Once we arrived our tour guides were very good and the pace of the trip was just right. We arrived back in the evening around 445. Would recommend Krakvel travel for an organised day. Auschwitz itself is a very moving day and we learnt so much.

Cannot fault the booking and pick up service, our driver and guide were friendly and professional and set just the right tone for the tour, so thank you. The tour itself is very well organised. There is quite a bit of walking and being on your feet so wear comfortable footwear. We were picked up outside the hotel at 10:30 and arrived back around 5pm. It is a memorable and quite emotional place, don’t underestimate the imprint it will leave on you, even if you think you know this part of history. I would highly recommend this tour.

After hearing lots of horror stories about cancelled tours my family and I decided to pay a little extra for Krakvel Tours. We were not disappointed. Communication before and during the tour to Auchwitz was excellent. Our driver, Norbert, was very friendly, knowledgeable and spoke very good English. The Mercedes people carrier was very clean and comfortable. We bought the packed lunch through the company which was very good, too. Krakvel buy their tickets direct from Auchwitz, not from brokers. We met a Dutch woman in our hotel who was cancelled just minutes before her pickup time using a cheaper company. The whole tour was timed to perfection as they use guides who work directly with the museum, she was also very good and knowledgeable! I can’t recommend the company highly enough. I would definitely use them again! EXCELLENT!!

I can highly recommend Krakvel Transfers and tours. I booked both the Auschwitz guided tour and a trip to Zakopane. Both drivers kept me informed of pick up times and what make of car and vehicle registration number would be collecting us. On the morning of the Auschwitz tour the driver even rang me to say he would be 5 minutes late which I appreciated. We went around the two camps with a private guide and in a small group. Both drivers were friendly and gave us information about the city, places to visit and to eat. The vehicles were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I will definitely return to Krakow and use this company again and I hope they will consider doing other trips in the future such as Nowa Huta. We booked with Krakvel for the auschwitz tour, we opted for the private car instead of shared and was happy to pay the little extra as it was just me and my partner in the car and was a very comfortable ride. (I think it was a seven seater 8 seater maybe ? so plenty of room especially if your going to tours a lot further out and will be in the car longer at least your comfortable. I did message them the day before as I was worried as we was staying on the canal hotels and they was no where to collect us from as you can’t get to the hotel in car, they replied and sent us a Google map coordinate which was around the corner from our hotel which was perfect! The driver picked us up on time and introduced himself, very lovely, polite and professional! everything went so smoothly! He explained everything to us,as me and my partner do panic especially when we havnt a clue what where doing 😂 so he was very good at helping us and explaining what to do. he sent us our tickets when we arrived to auschwitz through what’s app and helped us through the process of getting in. He then left at security and then we waited for our tour guide. I texted him when we was on our way back from birkenau on the shuttle and we met him back in the same spot, and he was there waiting! He even asked if we wanted dropping back at the hotel or somewhere else, we decided we would get dropped at the main square which was lovely of him! I’m glad we booked with them now, as it wouldn’t have gone that smoothly otherwise, we would have probably ended up lost and ended somewhere else knowing us 🤣 there definitely worth booking. It just makes it more smooth running and you don’t need to worry about anything as they literally arrange everything for you. All you do is tell them what tour you want and if you want to go on a shared van or private van and then they send you a link to pay! It’s so easy and simple to do they will send you the details back to confirm all the details are correct and then they will sort the rest! They will also remind you several times to make sure you do not forget ID as you need it to get in. Which is a good thing as I’m so forgetful 🤣 We will definitely be booking again with you when we come back. Hoping to do the salt mines or zakopane im hoping you do these 🙏 probably even the airport pick ups also as I didn’t know you did these last time we was there and it was stressful trying to book a bolt and find it when we didn’t have a clue where to go 🤣Big thank you to you for arranging it and big thank you to the driver who took us and talked us through it all and made it smooth for us! We used Krakvel for both airport transfers and also Auschwitz private tour, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Communication was excellent throughout. Drivers were friendly and prompt according to all timings arranged. The Auschwitz private tour was especially worthwhile, we were collected at the arranged time and Ollie time our tickets was seamless, we also opted for the packed lunch which was worth the money paid. We heard horror stories about Get your Guide so I got in touch with these about the tours offered and they sent me a full itinerary of what was involved, timings, prices etc. They made it so easy. We booked 3 tours with them and it was effortless. Buggy Tour/Auschwitz-Birkenau & Salt Mines. Drivers were always early, walked with us to make sure we were looked after and on time to pick us back up..100% recommend them 👍🏻

We had a great experience with Krakvel Transfers and Tours in Krakow our driver was Patryk his driving was safe and smooth he was well presented and spoke clear concise English. He was very friendly, and easy to deal with. Communication was easy via "WhatsApp" pick-ups were on time, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. My wife accidentally left her scarf in the car and, a few hours later, they dropped it back at our hotel reception for us at no extra charge. That really says a lot about their honesty and customer service. To finish they did the job Properly our 1st visit and are Krakow and we where apprehensive as you hear horror stories but I'd use these again Recommended Great Job

I had seen this tour company recommended on a Facebook group many times. We decided we wanted to have a private transfer, communication was via WhatsApp and was very easy to sort. Our driver Konrad (sorry if spelt wrong) arrived exactly on time, the journey to and from the camps was excellent. Really clean vehicle, driver was very friendly and helpful. We were taken to the front of the security queue and everything was explained to us. When we had finished the tour our driver was waiting in exactly the same spot to take us back to Krakow. Auschwitz was very busy with queues and having someone with us to explain everything and show us where to go was so helpful. I am really glad we did the private tour. I found the tour very upsetting and it was a real relief to not have to think about trying to sort out queues and travelling back to our hotel. I would definitely recommend.

We had a very informative and interesting tour to Austwitch and Birkenau. Our very friendly driver, Karol, picked us up as arranged at the time of our choosing. On the journey he gave us information about each area of interest we passed through. He brought us straight to security in Austwitch and stayed with us until our tour guide arrived. We got the shuttle bus to Birkenau and he met us again afterwards for the drive home. While the day is an emotional one our Driver made it as enjoyable and fun as it could be. A lovely young man who made sure we enjoyed our visit.

An amazing experience from start to finish! Krakvel transfer and tours arranged everything for us. Got tickets for us purchased, collected us from our hotel promptly and also dropped us back to the hotel. Once at Auschwitz our tickets were sent to us via WhatsApp and our driver Conrad walked us to the entrance, explained the running of the day and then once our tour was finished at Birkenau he picked us up from outside the camp and drove us home. Comfortable journey there and back. Great communication and speedy reply when needed. Highly recommend using them for your tours and travels, we will be using them again on our next visit to Krakow.

We used Krakvel transfers and tours with private transfer to visit Auschwitz and the Salt mines. After reading all the horror stories of people having trips cancelled I’m so glad we booked with them! Our driver Konrad was extremely friendly and gave good advice for each visit and even recommended a lovely restaurant for food when we asked where did traditional polish food on return to Krakow after our tours. The trip went so smoothly I would 100% use again should we return to Poland.

Excellent service. Kept well informed of pick up times. Drivers were very friendly and informative. Made the trip go smoothly and without hassle of having to use trains and buses as we were a large group. I would recommend even as a small group. We were able to order a packed lunch that we felt was value for money and suited different tastes in the group.

From being picked up from the Airport to our hotel & then to Auschwitz the next day and our return back to the hotel, the following day we were picked up for the Salt Mines and returned to our hotel, we were then dropped at the airport the next day. From start to finish Krakvel Travel & tours were professional, all our tickets for tours were purchased in advance, which left us stress free , the drivers were bang on time every time, and on one occasion took me to the Barbers for a shave & haircut for no further cost (thank you Kasper). We booked a transfer to Auschwitz without a guide at 17:30 and also stayed in an apartment in Kraków. I had originally found a train option, but in the end I didn’t want the stress of figuring everything out and finding a way back late in the evening. We went on a tour to auschwitz, we used @ KRAKVEL transfers and tours, they arranged our tickets for us and drove us there and back. Our driver, Daniel was excellent! Very polite and informative, even on our journey he told us which villages we were going through and about the houses people lived in ( family generations) Communication with the company and Daniel was excellent using WhatsApp and phone calls about pick up and times. Picked up from our hotel and returned as close as he could get. Wish we could have had him for our whole experience in Krakow. Definitely recommend this company and when we come back we will be using them again without a doubt!

Used Krakvel Tours for all our excursions in Krakow and we are so happy we did so !Konrad helped me plan and book tours to Awcuitz and Birkenau, the saltmines and a fabulas day to Zackpone and the Tatar mountains as well as a 3 hr stop to the thermal baths. There was no pickups at an ungodly hour ! The earliest we got picked up was 8am and all picks were on time with clean comfortable vans and drivers that are so knowledgeable about their excursions it was like having a Tour guide on the bus with us ! At each excursions there was a Tour guide waiting for us and we didn't wait in long queues just walked straight in . The organization of kravkel Tours is first class and I can not recommend them highly enough! Well done and thanks for making our stay in Krakow so much more stress free and enjoyable!.

Read reviews on Facebook groups in the search for a serious operator to take us to Auschwitz-Birkenau with a private transfer. Saw some recommendations for Krakvel Transfers & Tours and decided to give it a try. Sent a WhatsApp message late evening and to my surprise I received instant response even far out of normal office hours. Quick offer and easy booking, paid a small deposit upon booking with the rest to be paid in cash upon pickup. That alone gave a serious impression. Have read lots of horror stories from guests who have booked similar tours with other companies that have turned out to be either a scam or a business that doesn't actually book the entrance tickets but instead force clients to get up at 3am and stand in line to wait for standby tickets when the museum opens. This worked perfectly. Out driver Konrad was right on time, the car was spotless and he was driving so smoothly we were all taken by surprise by it. He texted us the tickets on arrival, gave us good instructions about how it all worked and instead of us taking the shuttle bus back to Auschwitz after Birkenau, he picked us up directly from Birkenau. Payment was done when the tour ended. We were also offered to have Krakvel arrange a lunch pack for us at a very fair price (55zl). Didn't book it, but it was definitely a good price considering what they included. Have nothing but positive things to say about Konrad and the company, very professional and can highly recommend.

I used Krakvel Transfers and Tours as I had seen positive reviews on a forum on Facebook I joined many months prior to myself and my friends visiting Krakow. I wanted a reliable and reasonably priced transfers to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Salt Mines and also for them to book the entrance tickets. Transport for both trips turned up on time, the drivers were polite and knowledgeable. Good communication prior to our trips, they can provide a packed lunch for after Auschwitz which was great because it’s quite a long day. They also arranged a last minute buggy tour at a great price. Great company and reasonably priced which I would highly recommend to anyone of wanting tickets and transport booking. Our tour included and delicious packed lunch for the day which made it really nice details. All was done perfectly. Very pleased with the overall experience.

Excellent service from Krakvel for this trip. Special mention to Konrad who took us on this trip to Auschwitz/Birkenau on a private transfer. He was punctual, friendly and went above and beyond his duties to help us when my grandchild lost her bag at Auschwitz. He willingly helped her to retrieve it even though he must have been tired at the end of a very long day. We really appreciated this so much. What a fantastic service !!! We used Krakvel tours to take us to Auschwitz and Birkenau on the first day of our trip and the salt mine and thermal baths on the second day. We did the Auschwitz Berkinau and Wieliczka Salt mine tour with Krakvel transfers and tours. Konrad was absolutely wonderful when we were organising the tour and was very patient and accommodating with all our requests and changes. He also organised a day trip to Zalipe which was also excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Krakvel Transfers & Tours What can I say.. I made a booking with them in February to visit Auschwitz- Birkenhau a few months later in June ... This company came highly recommended on Facebook page Krakow Travel Guide.Tips and tricks...... as did a few other companies BUT I took the plunge and chose to book with KRAKVEL. Ever since I made my booking I can honestly say I have panicked like mad... Every day seeing and hearing more and more trips to Auschwitz- Birkenhau being cancelled.. I must have drove Conrad mad keep messaging him asking if my booking was secured.. He always assured me that everything was fine.. "Why did I worry. 🤔 I do not know ".. The night before our trip. I was contacted with both pick up confirmation and details of our driver.. I actually slept that night as I could settle knowing that we would make it. 🙃 As promised the following morning as arranged our driver Marcin picked us up outside our Hotel Wyspianski in a car just for the 3 of us and drove us to Auschwitz where he then proceeded to show us where we needed to go. After the tour he was waiting outside for us and drove us to Birkenhau where we took the 2nd part of our tour. Upon completion here we called him and he came within a couple of minutes and drove us back to our hotel. Marcin was a very nice man and careful driver he made us feel comfortable all the time we was with him and the lunch that was provided was lovely. So much we were eating it the following day.
