A nice tour with a good crowd. Nice way to meet people. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and very nice. Do expect to wait for food and beverages, I believe because the group was fairly large.
Thia was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable. Loved her energy. The food and history were also amazing!
Olivia who ran our tour was wonderful. She had a sense of humour and alot of knowledge. She was able to deal with my food allergies so I didn’t miss out on the food portions. There is alot of walking and the food we tried was great!
Bartek was a great guide, really new his stuff and was very likeable. We had good fun
We had a Lovely day with Bartek showing us around some lovely authentic Polish cafes/Restaurants and trying some nice Vodka. Would recommend
Got to taste polish food, + drinks, Martyna was a nice guide, would recommend
As a solo traveler I had such an amazing time. Kinga is very knowledgeable of Poland history, and she did a great job making everyone feel included.
Oscar is very cool quide, he was talking about history with interest and humour. Pretty good vibe
If you want to try the Polish cuisine and get to know Cracow’s secrets, this is the tour that you should take!! Amazing food, vodka shots, a lot of fun facts about Cracow (the real ones, not the fakes ones that you can find on the internet), very helpful guide Oskar, and an opportunity to meet some new people as well. If you’re still hesitating, don’t, just book the tour already!!! Cheers
Oskar was a fantastic tour guide. He brought us to some great Krakow spots we would never have known to visit, and he was very knowledgeable m, sharing facts and stories along the way. I’d highly recommend!
The Tasty Food Tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Kraków. The tour was a great mix of food and drink and Kinga was a fantastic guide - friendly, knowledgeable, and great at creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere. We visited bars that we would never have discovered on our own and had the opportunity to meet and chat with people we probably wouldn't have crossed paths with otherwise. The food was excellent and even the shots were thoroughly enjoyed! Overall, it was a memorable experience and something we would highly recommend to others.
Such a great experience. Martyna was a great guide and provided so much historic information along the way. Highly recommend this tour and Martyna as your guide!
The you was brilliant overall. The food and drink was delicious. Bartek was a brilliant tour guide, with incredible knowledge on the history of Krakow and the food itself. I was able to get all of my questions answered and feel like I learned a lot about the city and culture. I highly recommend this experience!
Our guide, Oskar, was absolutely incredible. My brother and I booked this tour hoping to try authentic Polish food and learn a bit about Kraków’s history. Oskar exceeded our expectations and provided us with an extensive list of suggestions of his favorite bars and restaurants! My brother and I had a great time and Oskar absolutely made our trip!! There are 3 food stops and 2 drink stops and the tour ends in the Jewish Quarter as mentioned in the itinerary, which is a great location to explore after the tour! I would absolutely recommend this tour and encourage you to book it!!
This was a very poorly described and advertised tour. First the tour guide forgot her red and black umbrella and we could not find her. Second, the tour did not end at the the same location, but it specifically stated the start place and end place was 9 Novy Place. This was not the case at all. Third, the tour description did not mention anywhere that you had to walk a mile to one of the food locations and my wife couldn't do the walk. Fortunately, the tour guild worked with us to get a Bolt ride to the next stop, we had to pay that of course. The only good part is that the end location was back near our hotel. If the tour description would of said that up front, I would have not spent so much time trying to figure out how to get back. Also, except for the pierogis, the food was not good. My wife loves Polish food, and this was not good. Also they did not provide any water to drink with pierogis, which was insulting. Fortunately, we brought our own water. The only reason this tour gets two stars is the tour guide, Taya from Ukraine worked with us to make it work and she tried her best. The shots were also good. Very poor tour description for this tour!
It was a very educational tour with delicious Polish dishes and vodka shots. Our guide was Bartek; he was such a great quy and knows an incredible amount about the city of Krakow. 'II say it again: Bartek is the man you want as your quide!!
We were disappointed that we pile not find the meeting location for the tour and missed the tour. However when I notified Tipsy they generously refunded our money and said the tour guide had tried to reach us. Y phone but couldn’t reach us. I’d give them another try.
We had Martyna as our guide. It was myself and partner as there were no other bookings. This made for a nice leisurely stroll with food and drink stops along the way. Martyna was very knowledgeable of local history and things to do. A lovely young lady and a pleasure to do the tour with. Highlights obviously would be the food and local drinks but we got so much info on local traditions and legends and got to see the Easter traditional dance on the square after as well thanks to our guide.
Krakow food and drink trip was very well done, with plenty of history and food talk. Jason was very knowledgeable about the various types of drinks and the culinary region. Passed by some other spots that we could not stop at, but it gave me some ideas of where to go for some good food and drink outside of the tour itself.
Great experience with just the right amount of history and fun. Jason was very patient and understanding with such an eclectic group of folks
This is a must do tour if you’re visiting Krakow. Jason our guide was very knowledgeable about the traditional foods we tasted and the history as we walked around the city. We were a small group of 5 which was perfect so had a great time getting to know each other and singing in the kareoke bar at the end of the tour. Jason has an amazing voice! He made the tour really fun - thank you!
Great mixture of food, drinks, and history. Good to get an introduction to the city to see local food specialities. We tried food and drinks we wouldn’t have done without this tour. Thanks Jason for a great afternoon
We experienced a taste of Poland we probably wouldn't have if we'd done our own thing. We went to places we wouldn't have gone into and were given a history lesson that gave an insight into Krakow. Would definitely recommend, we loved it
Our guide Jason was very nice and gave us some really cool info on our tour. It was well organized and we had a nice small group of 5 so we could really connect and have a good time! All the stops were awesome! Highly recommend!
I had a great tour with Oskar and his other guests! It was snowing the evening of our tour so the city was incredibly beautiful. I loved our walk through the park, all the food stops were delicious and exactly what I was hoping for prior to booking. Oskar answered all our questions about the history of the buildings around us and told us so much that I was un aware of which made it all that much better! He is an excellent guide and within minutes of meeting him it felt like a friend I had known forever . . And when traveling alone it is a welcome feeling! Very highly suggested tour!
Bad service from waiters, you can't see the dancers if you don't sit in front. Zurek soup was tasty, the turkey roullade and desert was tasteless.
Booked this last minute as other tours were fully booked but glad i did! Oskar was a great host and guide. Really fun and knowledgeable. We were a group of 20 but he made sure to spend time with everyone and make everyone feel included. He was also really willing to point out landmarks or other places to visit on the rest of our trip! Good range of drinks provided especially local ones! A quick insight in to local food aswell with a taster menu (but don't count on this being a full meal its more taster picky bits). We had a vegetarian in our group and there were alternative options for them too. Would recommend this tour and Oskar as the guide!
Oscar was a great host and the group we were with were very friendly. Good selection of food and drinks. Overall the trip was really enjoyable and great value for money. A good way to start your visit and become more familiar with the city.
Absolutely great evening spent with our guide Eric who was happy to chat about anything with myself and the four other guests (all unknown to me). We had a little bit of history about the areas we were visiting, about the food and drink we were enjoying and just about anything else we wished to ask! Started off with a typical Polish breakfast of bigosh, cured fish, bread, a pork fat pate and pickles. Moved on to delicious cherry vodka, then had shots somewhere else. Bit of walking and talking, then a mixture of different pierogis, then more shots and finally Polish pizza, which is ciabatta with cheese and mushrooms on top. By thend of the evening we had also visited a karaoke bar with more shots and the latter places we visited also had time for us to purchase further drinks if we wished. Eric educated us, fed us, watered us and entertained us in equal measure and it was a great night. Would heartily recommend this.
Wika was wonderful! It was a great time, yummy food and lots more drinks than expected! All the food places were very enjoyable, one note - the karaoke bar at the end wasn’t the best.
Absolutely fantastic experience! The tour guide Jason was very chill, funny and knowledgeable about Kraków and its history. Perfect way to discover the city, meet new people and try some polish food and drinks. Really good value for the price. Plenty of food and drinks included, and great company.
The food tour was wonderful, our guide provided amazing atmosphere, he shared with us a lot of historical facts, every food place we went to was brilliant. So shout out to Kirill!
I had such an amazing time on this food tour! 🥘🍷 There was so much delicious food to try – every stop was better than the last. 🔥 The whole experience was super fun, full of laughter, great vibes, and so many cool local stories and fun facts that made it even more special. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone
This was a good sampling of traditional Polish food. It wasn’t huge portions, but by the end of the tour, it was plenty. I think we sampled five different kinds of vodka and they were all delicious!
Oskar our guide was fun and knowledgeable. The places we went to and the different foods we tried were good. It was great evening and a fantastic way to explore parts of the city. I learnt a lot about different vodkas and polish food. Karaoke at the end of the night was entertaining and the group had a good laugh
First I thought it would be a typical tour until i decided to give it a try. Simply you cant get bored here, as you try foods you also get tipsy meantime, guide has such a vibe that would keep you on edge about next place which makes more fun. Definitely will join again once I am back with my friends again. You get information about city, try foods, get to know a lot of people. :) So yes give it a try!
