Krakow Private Airport Eco-transfer By Fully Electric Car

Adriano was a nice taxi driver. He gives you advice and hotspots during the drive to the hotel. Everything was organized very well!

Excellent service. Beautiful comfy car. Max the driver was friendly and helpful. We made a mistake with the times on the return journey but we contacted him and he sorted it out for us. Would fully recommend.

Driver was there on time, rang to say where to pick up. Very friendly and advised where to go when in Krakow. Was very knowledgeable and asked why we were here. Gave us some tips on where best to go.

Great transfer. We had the most amazing driver. Mike was very knowledgeable about the city and things to do. We would recommend this company again and again.

Peter was very friendly perfectly on time and brought us right to the door of our accommodation so we couldn’t ask for more.

The communication was clear and fast. The driver had good driving skills and was interested in our stay in Krakow. I would recommend booking this company for transfer or tours.

Our driver Artem was friendly, turned up on time and we quickly arrived at our destination. Would recommend to anyone to use.

Our driver (Bart) took us from our hotel to Krakow airport. He kept us informed via Whatsapp. He gave us the opportunity to be picked up 10 minutes early. We arrived at the airport in good time and had a very comfortable journey in a beautiful car. We'd definitely recommend Bart and Hoppa in general)

Great communication, Igor was on time and transportation to our hotel was fast, safe and efficient. He checked upon arrival we had the right building.

Max (our driver) was great. He was friendly, efficient and very informative. Max kept in contact with us and was clear with instructions on where to meet us. Overall a very positive experience. Would highly recommend and use again!

Brilliant company for private transfers. Driver very polite, friendly and kept us upto date throughout. Would definitely recommend this company.

We arrived early and we only waited a few minutes. Max, who spoke excellent English, was apologetic, but his last clients arrived late. He was kind and informative about the local area. He also went the extra mile and sent us some local restaurant ideas. We would travel with him again.

Jan was super friendly and chatty. The ride was smooth and quick and his car was beautiful! Well worth the price to save the stress of getting public transport!

BART was a super driver, he contacted us immediately on arrival , the car was immaculate and he even provided bottled water . Fantastic. Thank you Bart.

Karol was our driver this evening. He was efficient and courteous. His kind and friendly manner gave us a great first impression of Poland on our first trip to Krakow. Will highly recommend x

Łukasz was a very friendly driver we managed to have for pick up and drop off, gave us information about the sights we were seeing along the way , car was very clean ! Given a message via the driver to keep in touch regarding pick up times etc , would definitely use again

Sergey our driver communicated with us as soon as we landed, giving us clear instructions on the collection point etc. when we cleared customs Sergey was waiting for us in arrivals and escorted us to the car which was parked very close by. Sergey was very chatty during the drive to the hotel and gave us some recommendations for restaurants etc for our visit. He was very obliging, stopping at a shop for us enroute. Very comfortable, clean vehicle and a very smooth drive. I would definitely recommend

Amazing, explendid, astonish, we loved krakow, the monuments and visits to Auschwitz and salt mine.

Excellent service, punctuality and top customer care, a comfortable journey in excellent cars, many thanks Dominika!

Booked a whole package with Expedia to visit The Christmas Markets last weekend in Krakow. This company got the dates wrong (I have WhatsApp messages to prove this) & left us stranded at the airport gone midnight. Can I add our flight was not delayed. Refusing to refund & now in a battle with Expedia, as I paid for a transfer & didn’t receive one. I paid £80 for a single Uber. Please do not use this company. Can happily provide screenshots & emails of correspondence received.

Wonderful service! My driver Adrian was very professional, and the car was ample, comfortable and luxurious. We were very happy with this stress free, comfortable solution for our journey.

Peter was our driver did a great job good communication when we landed told us exactly were to meet him on the into krakow centre he gave us a good breakdown of places and good places to eat 5 star all the way

Seamless process from start to finish, despite me originally booking our arrival/departure transfers the wrong way round 🤦‍♂️ Quickly sorted by GyG customer service. Patrick, our driver, was excellent. He contacted us on WhatsApp when we landed, giving us pick-up instructions, and he patiently waited while we trudged through the slow customs queue. (Apparently, unusually, a load of flights arrived in quick succession, so much busier than normal). Eventually, we got to Patrick, who pulled up in a spacious and immaculate Merc van - didn't expect this as only two of us. He loaded our (heavy) luggage, and we were quickly on our way to the 30-minute journey to our apartment in the centre of Krakow - the excellent Stradonia. On the way, Patrick was friendly and chatty, giving us an overview of the city's sights. Shortly after we left him, Patrick sent a WhatsApp with a list of restaurant recommendations, one of which was The Black Duck, which turned out to be a great pick for our anniversary meal. Overall, GyG gave us the perfect start to our amazing Krakow trip, and Patrick was the perfect driver!😀

Fantastic service. I was messaged when my plane landed in Krakow with full contact details and clear instructions on where to meet immediately outside the airport. My driver, Bart, was extremely knowledgable about Krakow and drove me to my hotel in a swift, courteous and professional manner. I would certainly use him and this company again.

Max was very professional and so understanding and I asked him a question and he answered trey professionally and in a good manner

Driver was very friendly and very effluence on time and in contact all of the time would highly recommend the driver called Bart

We had na amazing experience with our driver Igor who showed up in a timely manner even though it was a late night. Igor was very kind and helpful, additionally recommended us many great places to see in Cracow. It was so nice to have such great driver who smiled a lot and chatted with us all the way to the hotel. Thanks again for such a nice and safe trip! :)

Driver Igor was very nice and open person, travel from airport to city center through trafficking was very enjoyable and quick thanks to that. Car was quiet and comfortable, if I have opportunity to go to krakow again I'm going to choice his service.

Marcel was our airport pick up driver. On time. Excellent service. He also arrived to do an unscheduled airport transfer when one of our party had to go home in emergency

Marcel was an excellent and helpful driver. He gave me advice and when I had to change plans he was very accommodating. His reply via text were fast!

The driver, Max, was in time and has been very kind. He entertained us talking about the city of Krakow and gave us the informations we needed for the airport. Perfect service!

Lukas was very nice and friendly He helped us a lot, he also was translating for us while buying some food and drinks 🙏🏻🙏🏻💯💯👏🏻👏🏻

Max comucated well ,prior to pickup. During the tranfer he was very knowledgeable and helpful on trips and recommendations of places to eat and to watch the football .

Prebooked a taxi to pick us up and return to Balice airport For arrival driver was friendly and polite, he messaged on WhatsApp to confirm we had arrive and to meet him ‘under the bridge’ by the front of the airport. This is simply a walk way for the airport and not some separate brick bridge which I imagined and sounded dodgy! Only waited 5 minutes. But had expected to meet in the arrivals lounge and have a driver waiting with name on card. Was able to reconfirm booking time via email prior rather than call up 24hrs prior as per instructions. Was cheaper having the electric car option and liked the greener choice too For return pick ip the driver was 5-10 minutes late to the hotel… which id allowed for some leeway for traffic so ok, but I had expected the driver to be waiting and there ready as with departures you start to worry. This is the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars overall we got there and back just fine. Based on other reviews I probably wouldn’t be so keen on booking trips through them which we were offered - but I booked those through the hotel for likes of Salt Mine to know hotel could help with any problems

Excellent service and excellent place to visit. Lots of places to visit and go for meals and drinks Visit to Auschwitz/Birkenau was memorable but also very sad

Good service, driver was ready and waiting for us when we landed, carried our bags to the car. Was informative in how long the journey would take. Could not park outside apartment but got as close as possible, and again carried our bags to the entrance. Would recommend and would use again. Thank you

Thanks to the driver and his traffic assessment we were picked up earlier and so we arrived at the airport in time. On the other hand, it would probably have been a bit very close. Just GREAT SERVICE.

Everything perfect, our driver Max Szkatula was professional, helpful and welcoming. Great English, highly recommended!

Emil was very punctual and with clear directions to meet us at the airport. He was very attentive throughout. Recommended 100%
