A fabulous tour, although hard work on the feet! Our Guide, Krzystof Clacma, was so very knowledgeable and took us to sites that we would have had no idea about. His knowledge of Krakow and Poland itself went back 100's of years. He was able to answer all our questions.

Well worth the trip and a great 20-minute walk from Old Town. A must do if you're visiting Kraków.
Wasn’t sure we wanted to do this tour but we were Glad that we did. Informative, interesting and worth every step.
Very knowledgeable and friendly Guide
The guide was informative, personable, and upbeat. She provided valuable perspective and historical context and showed us places that I could not have known on my own. It was well worth doing.
Martha was our guide, a very friendly lady from Krakow who knew so much about the history and everything that we saw in Kasimierz. It was a very pleasant walk in a small group.
Our tour guide was so knowledgeable about every part of the city and its history. There was only 4 of us on the tour so it was very personal for each of us. Would definitely recommend!
Magda was a delightful person and very informative guide who brought to life the history of the jewish people in krakow , not only during WW2 but over the centuries. This was a highlight of our trip-highly recommend!
It provides a good background to the plight of Jewish Krowians just before and during the 2nd World War. It also visits the locations used by Stephen Spielberg when filming Schindler’s List. Our guide also visited 2 restaurants in the Old Jewish quarter.
It was a very good experience. Disappointed that we didn't go into any synagogue's or see Heroes square. The guide was well prepared. It would if been nice if there were more people, we didn't expect a private tour.
Very informative walk. A great way to see the town and the guide was super knowledgeable. If going in the summer would recommend early morning
Excellent experience really enjoyed it tour guide was excellent and informative would recommend this to other tourists helps you get a feel for the history of krakow and the Jewish quarter, overall great experience.
Great guide in Doreta very knowledgeable and made the tour so interesting had great personal interest having lived in the area.
Great tour guide! Friendly and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond by also giving us personalized recommendations for after the tour.
The tour was 5 stars!! Magda is very very knowledgeable, she knows Poland history, jewish history and traditions very well. She has a nice sense of humor. She took us to very interesting places and gave us lots of good tips. Super recommend this tour with her! Don’t leave Krakow without doing it!
Very interesting walk trough the Jewish history of old Zakimierz, our guide was amazing and there are so many places to discover
Exquisite tour, perfect start to our trip. Magda was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful, and answered all of my questions. The tour gave me the perfect layout of the area and explained history I hadn’t known before. I especially loved the tour’s focus on Krakow as a city way before WW2, and the history of Jews in krakow through the centuries. Very thorough, enjoyable. and can’t recommend enough!
A first class walking tour, definitely a "must" in Krakow. Magda, our guide, was excellent , informative, interesting and motivational. I learned so much.
Excellent tour with a knowledgeable and pleasant guide (Magda). A lot of great detail about not only Jewish history but also Krakow and Poland. Would suggest only improvement might be stopping for a coffee break mid way. It’s a ling three hour walk for those slightly older…
We very much enjoyed our tour with Magda L. She was very knowledgeable and also very flexible with our stops. We learned a lot, and would definitely recommend Magda for this tour!
Very good guide Historical information was excellent Was able to visit all the highlights Highly recommend
Overall, I did not find the experience worth it. Our guide Andrzej was not particularly engaging. The cold weather did not help, and it’s mostly outside, but the weather isn’t the guide’s fault, of course. Additionally, we did not stop at Schindler’s Factory as mentioned in the description (although my friend and I went the day before).
Really enjoyed this experience. It was informative intresting and brought aspects of the city alive. Our guide was excellent and friendly. Very informative and helpful. Its a long walk so be prepared- very worth it!
Was a truly amazing experience walking the Jewish quarter magda was so knowledgeable, and was a fantastic guide would highly recommend see krakow we did a few trips with them and they were all really great
It was well organised,. Easy to book, good value, and very informative.
This was a fascinating and extremely educational tour delivered by an exceptional guide. Many thanks to Joanna for taking the time to show us around (on a very cold and snowy January day) - even though we were the only two people that turned up. Highly recommend!!
A really good way to see the Jewish quarter. The guide, who was a university lecturer, was able to point out lots of buildings and monuments, explain loads of the history and was very informative. We visited a small synagogue (admission was extra and optional but not expensive and worth seeing). Lots of walking, but a great way to see the area and not miss anything. Definitely would recommend if you interested in the history of Krakow.
Andre/Andrew was very knowledgeable about the subject and clearly had taken the time to learn as much as he can about the topic. Despite the rainy weather, Andrew spent even more time then scheduled to make sure that we arrived at the Ghetto. Though this was the shortest part of the tour it was also the most interesting. I would suggest shortening the material at the start of the tour so that more time can be spent in the latter locations.
Our guide was very knowledgable and I felt his deep love for krakow and Poland. Thanks to this tour , my understanding for Polish history was deepened.
Very informative. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. It was nice that it was a small group. You need to have 15 PLN per person to enter the synagogue
Our host was great. He did not rush the tour and was a great speaker with interesting insights and details
Excellent informative tour. We thoroughly enjoyed the information provided by our guide. We really had an understanding of Jewish life in Krakow.
Krzysztof was an excellent guide, well in-formed and generous with his time. Through him, we got a university level perspective of Poland and experienced profoundly exceptional hospitality that Polish people could be proud of.
A great tour, with a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide who taught me lots. Thank you! It was a great morning. Thanks very much!
Dorota is an excellent, knowledgeable and symathetic guide. We greatl enjoyed her commentary and she never hurried us.
Very interesting tour of the Jewish Quarter in Krakow, Kazimierz. Lots of history explained so well by our very knowledgeable guide.
Really informative walking tour with a lot of local knowledge . Our guide could answer every question he was asked with dates places useful information.
A very informative walking tour of the old Jewish quarter. Magda was an excellent guide and she explained the history of the area very clearly. Would highly recommend this tour.
This was a very enjoyable tour and our guide Rob taught us so much. He is incredibly knowlegable and shared with us the history of how the jews were accepted into Krakow by the King many years ago. He also shared how many other non-jews locally died in the holocaust, even some from the local church we toured.
It was an excellent tour (could not be better) guided by Marta Chmielowska (martachm7@gmail.com)! Her English is very good and she has a prodigious memory.
This tour touched our hearts. Margareth our guide was fantastic, exceptional, splendid knowledge, but above all she told us the truth with the heart, above history there was a human being telling everything. Fantastic. No words to describe her outstanding work! It gave us a fantastic time and a lot to think e learn
This was very interesting, with lots of information that you wouldn’t know by walking on your own. Magna had lots of knowledge and happy to answer any questions. Downside was the weather it was freezing.
We had a fantastic guide for our walking tour. She grew up in Krakow and had family that witnessed the ghetto experience. Very informative tour and very well done. It’s tough history but so important to vomit ye telling the story so this never happens again.
Our guided walking tour of the Jewish quarter was really eye opening and interesting. Our guide was very informative, passionate and helpful. I would highly recommend this tour.
Dale was a very informative, knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide. We learnt so much on our 2.5hr walk. Would definitely recommend 👌
Our tour guide Joanna was amazing. So friendly and engaging. Joanne made our first day in Kraków one to remember. She had a wealthy of information about the area that was beyond what we expected. We would gladly come back to do this tour again. Joanna is an exceptional guide and if its possible please request her as your guide, you will not be disappointed
Our guide was so knowledgeable and helpful and took time to answer our questions. Highly recommended.
Fantastic guided walk around the Jewish quarter. Our guide, Andrzej, had a deep knowledge of the Jewish history of Krakow and brought it to life with some wonderful stories and biographies. Three hours went by in a flash. Could have gone on for longer. Thoroughly recommended.
Stayed in the Jewish quarter for a week with my family, we discovered so many awesome places in and around this area, from bars, cafes, restaurants, art galleries, churches, shops, takeaways and anything else we found, definitely somewhere to explore
This free guided tour to the Jewish quarter was phantastic. The guide Karolina from citywalkspoland.com was brilliant. She imparted so much knowledge with loads of enthusiasm. On her advice we had a drink later in an old synagogue with all the old wall coverings still in place which was an experience on another level. Look for the blue umbrellas. Highly recommend.
