I had a very great time with them, I definitely will be back
This was a really wonderful tour of great food spots in Krakow. Our guide Konrad was very kind, helpful, and funny, and made sure everyone had a good experience. The food was wonderful and I especially enjoyed learning about its history. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Krakow!
Piotr was an excellent tour guide! My husband and I had a great time on his tour and would highly recommend it!
Really good fun and comprehensive tour with Magda. She adjusted her pace to our party's needs but made sure we got to all the stops to sample the food and drink. Vodka with vodka snacks to start (actually a substantial cold platter), then pierogi tasting, then street food, then a 3 course Polish meal with a drink. She told us about the Jewish quarter, polish culture, lots of history. We all enjoyed it. Only criticism is too much food! (Though we did take a sandwich home for next day!) Highly recommended.
There’s lots of food? I never knew polish food could be so good. Even left with some recipes. Great guide
Don’t eat before you go. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes as there will be walking and information given about the area. Take your pictures first for your foodie friends, because there will be nothing but empty plates later. The cobblestone streets are charming, but they will try to trip you up. Bring a partner or friend to carry you back ( if necessary) to your hotel. Ask questions!
Magda was a great guide, good English and very informative. All the food was lovely, but there was just too much of it over the 3 hours. Would have benefited from smaller portions. That said, it was a really interesting walk and education that I would thoroughly recommend.
Great fun. Lots of historical facts and above all food was excellent. Host was excellent and full of anecdotes
The food tour offered a nice blend of different types of food. Everything was delicious. Piotr was a great host and provided historical and cultural information along the way.
It is part history, part seeing the town, part socializing, and part great local food. Tour guide Magda was amazing.
Konrad was excellent, definitely good value. Chance to try local food and drink while getting some history
we thoroughly enjoyed this food tour--our guide magda who was delightful took us through the streets to many spots to sample so much food and some drinks that by the last stop i was too full to eat more than a bite--don't miss this tour!!
Fantastic tour with Magda guiding us and explaining the city and the food. Small group, excellent food stops, and so much extra information provided. Definitely recommend.
Great experience. Guide was friendly and offers interesting information. Had the opportunity to taste A LOT of different foods. Come hungry and don’t overeat at the first stop!
The food tour with Piotr was a fantastic afternoon. We are so glad we booked it. There was so much food, so if you book this don’t eat much beforehand and go hungry! We tried lovely local foods and some vodka and local beer. We loved the Polish dumplings (Pierogi) and the soup ( Żurek) tue best. Piotr was a really knowledgeable guide, both about the food and local history. We enjoyed listening to him talk about the area and you can tell he’s very proud of his heritage. Lovely afternoon out, would highly recommend.
It’s a great experience but make sure you don’t eat much during the day as you will be treated to a lot of food!
Great way to learn and experience polish food and a historical section of Krakow! Our guide was absolutely amazing! Thank you Magda!
The tour was incredible! There were many courses, so bring your appetite! Our tour guide, Piotr, was a great host. We learned so much and he was very friendly and accommodating.
Our guide was terrific. He took us to fabulous restaurants and we sampled fabulous foods - more than we could possibly eat. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history and culture of the foods and beverages. The tour went to 3.5 hours - time flew by!
Magda was absolutely awesome and we have a great time on our food tour!! Make sure you don’t eat before hand! Thank you Magda
We had a great time eating at all the food spots. It was varied and all delicious! I enjoyed the small group size, we got to chat with our guide more and have a more personal experience. I'd do it again! Do bring an appetite with you, you will need it!
Great food tour very knowledgeable and fun. We ate a lot of food ! We stopped at several places including some great Street food.
We were excited to experience the culture and taste the foods of Poland. Our 3 hour food tasting tour in Kazimierz with Magda F. with Delicious Poland far exceeded our expectations. Magda was warm, welcoming, and shared her own background. She described the restaurants and types of foods we would be eating, and as we walked to each destination, she provided some interesting history or a local story. Each stop was well organized, the tables were set, and the food arrived quickly. Magda included types of traditional Polish food such as a mix of cheeses, meats and condiments, several different Pierogi, both savory and sweet, street food, and a multi course meal served family style on colorful Polish pottery. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and Magda F. Would definitely recommend!
Magda was terrific. Knowledgeable and ensured the 7 guests enjoyed and understood about the food, vodka and history. She’s even sent us some recipes to try.
The tour started off a bit rocky, in the sense that the address provided was to a restaurant, on a square, but with the name “The Three Musicians”. No such restaurant exists. After some googling of the term “The Three Musicians” we discovered there is a statute in the large square that boarders the address provided. We ambled over there and found straggling members of our group all of whom had a similar journey of discovery. Having said that, once settled the tour was wonderful. Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable. While he explained it was a food and fun tour (which we wanted) and not a history tour (which we had done earlier in the day) he provided many interesting highlights along the way. We visited four curated restaurants each with uniquely polish foods (and delicious). I will say that by the fourth restaurant, everyone was thoroughly and completely satisfied; and had gained a stone each! The restaurants were excellent, particularly the last stop which provided a full meal, after already eating the equivalent of a full meal on the combined three earlier stops. Very enjoyable, made new friends; group was very conversational and convivial. Would highly recommend. Pro tip: provide your guide your email and he will email you the evenings stops and other recommendations.
Konrad is among the best food tour host I've experienced! He gives each guest personal attention and informs the group of not only culinary but local history! Old Town Krakow is very accessable for walking and the food is great. Konrad also gives recommendations for other places to visit after the tour. Book early in your trip to help find more hidden gems.
Not to be missed ! Thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Make sure you have your walking shoes on and go hungry because you will have plenty to eat and drink during this tour . Konrad was an excellent and knowledgeable guide .
Magda Faszczewska made us feel very comfortable and made this tour a lot fun!! She is very knowledgeable and resourceful and shared about her culture and the background about each food that we tasted. Magda F. provided a delicious selection of restaurants and everything was very enjoyable!!
Piotr was an amazing guide—-fun and informative. The food and drink were delicious! We were absolutely full at the end of the tour and could not have eaten another bite. We loved everything about this tour and highly recommend!
A must do in Krakow. Conrad has a great personality and took us to some very unique and nice places. Very enjoyable. Great food and Conrad was a fantastic guide.
This was a well paced tour that focused mainly on the Jewish quarter and its history with an emphasis on traditional Polish foods. Konrad did a great job of making sure all the details were going smoothly. There were 11 of us - he remembered everybody’s names! Food was excellent- the store is a good value for the money. Although we walked a lot, it was flat and we stopped enough in between this should be fine for most people.
There is more than enough food! Everything’s was a great experience, even if not all of the food fit my preferences. There was a lot to try, and all of it was fresh and tasty!
Great guide enthusiastic and answers many general questions. He was awesome.
excellent experience. Good socializing with the others. Good guide. Exellent food. Highly recommended.
Great experience and our guide was brilliant. I would heed one word or warning though, this Tour involves a lot of food, I mean a lot. Make sure you go with a dig appetite. The tour showed us parts of the city we may not have otherwise seen, and our guide gave us some good pointers for further eateries too. All-round well worth tour especially is your a goody looking to try some authentic Polish dishes.
We've done loads of these food tours in many, many cities around the world; rarely do we get both a knowledgeable, friendly guide AND truly local cuisine of the highest quality. This time, Konrad provided both! He was waiting for us at the allotted time in the agreed place. We were soon at our first stop enjoying fresh local small-cuts. Konrad's English was excellent and he actually enjoyed telling us about his country and all about this beautify local food and how it is prepared n served. ALL the stops we visited were first class and there was plenty of food across the evening. One of the best food tours we've ever done ... all thanks to Konrad!
My wife and I had a wonderful time on the Polish food tour tonight! We were running late, but our guide kindly texted us and helped us meet the group at the first stop just in time to enjoy the Polish starters. From there, we visited three additional stops and sampled an amazing variety of traditional Polish favorites. Every dish was delicious, and by the end of the evening, we were so full we couldn’t eat another bite! The tour was fun, educational, well organized, and absolutely delicious. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to discover authentic Polish food and culture!
Peter was a fantastic guide and the food was both plentiful and delicious. He is very passionate about Poland and it's food history. The choice of restaurants and food were top notch. The entire group was very full at the end. Be sure to start the tour hungry!
Excellent food tour , make sure you go hungry as there is so much food! Also did the Pierogi making class with Magda who was excellent, really enjoyed this class learning about traditional cooking.
This tour was amazing!! All the food was top quality and the guide really explained everything in detail. He even went above and beyond to show me some local bars. You are also emailed some polish recipes that you can create at home. It gave me a really great appreciation for polish cuisine. I definitely recommend it.
It was as advertised. Fun, light, food was good, guide was knowledgeable, fun and created a great atmosphere
Konrad was a really knowledgeable and kind guide. I learned a lot about Polish food as well as culture and history. It was a Monday so was just me and another tourist for the tour who was also lovely. The food and drinks were amazing. Very glad I did this!
Had a great time on this food tour! I learned a lot about different Polish dishes and our guide was very knowledgeable. Great restaurants, good conversation, and amazing food.
This is simply the very best food we had in Poland l! 100 percent recommend this tour. We never return to the same restaurant twice when we travel and we ended up going back to the perogi restaurant every day until we left!!!! Better than my Polish grandma’s perogies! And our group of travelers and our gude Patrick made the evening memorable!
Great tour and even greater tour guide. Piotr rocks!
The Food tour was amazing! We got to sample many drinks and staples from Poland. No one left hungry! Our guide Piotr was very knowledgable about the food and drinks and also gave us information about the city as we walked from place to place. I highly recommend this tour!
We had a wonderful tour led by our entertaining and knowledgeable guide, Conrad. We ate more food on this tour than on any other food tour we have done…sooo much! As well we had 2 Vodka and a beer. A fun group made this an all round fun trip. Highly recommended.
For starters, our guide, Konrad, is a superstar. Everything you could want in a tour guide and Delicious Poland is lucky to have him. Only went 4 stars because our tour was 3 hours and 45 mins and that’s a solid hour longer than is ever needed for a food tour. The “Polish Pizza” stop in the middle of the tour would be an easy removal bc it wasn’t very good and probably ate up 20-30 mins. Otherwise, the food at the first 2 stops was solid and the full course meal at the end (yes, there’s a full course meal at the end) was absolutely delicious. You walk out stuffed.
If I could give this experience more than 5 stars, I would! We do food tours in every city we visit and this one stands out as one of the best, if not the best one! It was a perfect combination of a fabulous guide ( Cheers for Konrad), delicious food ( lots of it), and people ( hi to friends in Australia, Norway and Chicago)!! We enjoyed every minute of this tour! Pace yourself with the food- it is all so good, but there is a lot of it!
