Interesting and informative. One hour sufficient

I got lucky with the weather, super clear day. But the tour was lovely anyway. Bar on board and deck heaters- needed at this time of year. Id imagine it would be super romantic if with a partner!

This tour provides for stunning night views and Kraków looks absolutely beautiful lit up at night from the water. It gives off a very relaxing atmosphere. It’s a very pleasant, scenic ride without high expectations of heavy crew interaction. Boarding via the permanently moored riverboat bar was a nice touch, you can grab a drink before stepping onto the cruise boat itself. We did this in October, it was cold and heaters were lacking. Only one of the outdoor gas burners were lit and that was set low before running out of gas entirely. Make sure to dress extra warm! The recorded commentary played in both English and Polish, but it was fairly limited in detail. It’s a lovely, scenic tour if you want to relax and admire Kraków’s illuminated skyline from the Vistula. However, if your primary goal is to dive deep into the city's history, there are better guided golf buggy tours or museums available. stunning night views.

Arrived just before and were directed where to wait. Straightforward getting on the boat, plenty of seats & gas heaters around to help with the cooler evenings. We had to move in to hear the commentary but once we did that it was very informative and relevant. A good way to learn about Kraków's history & a lovely way to spend an hour.

I would never use this company again. I booked a river cruise in Krakow well in advance, but due to a flight delay coming from the United States, we were unable to make the scheduled departure. I contacted the company and was told I could rebook. However, when I called to do so, I was informed that I should have rebooked on the very same day I was traveling and that there would be no refund, no credit, and no alternative offered. So much for customer service or understanding that travel delays happen.Even worse was my experience booking an Auschwitz tour. I had booked this tour a month in advance, only to receive an email from the company the week before leaving the United States canceling it because they had too many bookings. There was no meaningful explanation, no acceptable solution, and no consideration for the fact that we were traveling internationally and had planned our trip around these experiences.When I finally managed to reach them, they offered to rebook the Auschwitz tour—but at THREE TIMES the original price! Visiting the camps was one of the main reasons we traveled to Poland, so we felt we had little choice but to pay the inflated price rather than risk missing this important experience altogether. It was an appalling way to treat customers who had booked and paid well in advance.The contrast is unbelievable: when they canceled on us, suddenly a much more expensive booking was available. Yet when our river cruise plans were disrupted by a flight delay, they refused to offer even a credit or rebooking.This entire experience left us feeling taken advantage of rather than treated as valued customers. The lack of communication, consistency, and basic customer service was disgraceful. And shame on TripAdvisor for representing this company.

I didn’t get a confirmation mail or message, people there had an attitude and didn’t let me reserve for the same day even though there were free places.

Nice cruise to see parts of Krakow by night, bar and toilet facilities on board, plenty of seating, throughly enjoyed it

Lovely views of the city at night. The audio speakers could have been louder, struggled to hear some bits. Some heating or blankets would have been nice!

We visited in September and a perfect weather and temperature evening. They do history of the river in Polish and English that is nice. We relaxed, rested weary legs before going out for late dinner. Krakow is beautiful in the evening. Worth the little adventure especially if on a schedule.

Cannot see much boat didn’t have any lights on and you couldn’t hear the audio hardly so didn’t know any of the information . The amount of mosquitoes was unreal but luckily didn’t get bitten

Bit disappointed that it was the small boat, beware this is a possibility if not many booked on. Guide is an audio recording, no chance to ask questions

Terrible! Never again!! A group of around 9 drunk people shouting and singing as loud as they could and really bothering 2 women and wouldnt stop! Staff did NOTHING. it was all at the front of the boat right infront of the driver, i think the driver knew them because they kept going into the wheelhouse (or whatever its called) to the driver and talking/laughing etc. Even without all that i would advise to avoid this if you go in the evening like we did, absolutely nothing to see after it gets dark. The video was the quietest the were (between songs!) To be clear this is not a party boat.

Wet & rainy , could have at least wiped down the seats . Wiped the windows down in the downstairs so people can see the buildings . Blah 😑 and cold and should have just canceled

It was a great tour along the Vistula river. It had an audio guide as we got to different locations that was in Polish first and then followed up with the English version. It was really peaceful and we had a great time! They offer drinks on board during the tour and there are plenty of food places nearby that you can eat at before or after the tour! Would absolutely recommend if you are looking for something to do in the evening.

We were lucky we had a lovely mild, sunny evening. We sat on the top deck and the cruise on the river. We set off just before dusk and took in the pleasant views of the buildings and Wawel castle. As the sun went down the lights came on and everywhere looking pretty, twinkling in the dark. The funfair looked particularly colourful along with the hot air balloon. The only downside were the midges which were everywhere attracted by the bright lights, but thankfully didn’t bite. A nice way to spend an evening. There is a bar on board to buy refreshments.

Beautiful river cruise, we loved it! We took an earlier trip than planned and we were glad we did because it became rather cold in the evening and we were not properly dressed for the breeze.

I do enjoy a boat trip so bare basics it was pleasent. There was an audio but it was almost impossible to hear over the boat noise which was a huge dampner as there was some back and forth within the journey so lots of the same view. Overall it was ok I just wouldnt personally recommend.

An enjoyable hour on the boat - but not a lot to see apart from the castle. Daytime might be more interesting.

The evening cruise is a great way to see Krakow, good drinks and friendly staff.

Great trip if a little over crowded on the top deck were not able to get to the bar for our free drinks. Had an wonderful view of Krakow by night both the old and the modern well worth doing

Do not sit at the back of the boat as there is no speakers so you do not get to hear any of the commentary . So we never got to find out about any local history.

Simple river cruise. Audio difficult to hear. Arrive early to get a good seat. No safety briefing or information about life jackets before cruising which was a little unsettling

I did this cruise by myself and really enjoyed it! Kraków is beautiful at night, especially seeing the city and Wawel Castle lit up from the river. The cruise was relaxing and the perfect length. I felt completely comfortable going solo and would definitely recommend it!

Chaos when we arrived to get on the boat nobody clear when queuing. Boat trip set off recorded guide calling out points of interest difficult to see sights due to the dark expected things to be more lit up and clearer. As the trip progress due to the lighting on the boat unbearable amount of midges ended up going inside on the boat then could see even less as many midges downstairs couldn’t wait to get off a bit boring to be honest, went on too long with not much to see.

A peaceful hour spent on the river Vistula with a cold beer while being taught about the river & surrounding areas history.

It was a pleasant cruise down the river and saw some pretty sights. Perhaps better done as a couple but castle lights were not on and lacked any real pull factor.

Nice boat ride good selection of refreshments for purchase. Beautiful views of some of the city’s historic buildings especially during sunset.

It was a most enjoyable experience and we booked it last minute. We found it relaxing and took some great photos of the various landmarks.

There are no clear directions about the meeting spot. The chairs need rearranging into tables. The set up makes it look like you're sitting in a classroom. The info provided by the recorded guide is too much, there's no time to relax or enjoy the views. Also, having nice music would really help the ambience. But the people are very respectful and the views on the river are absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend it. I booked it 3 different times in one week.

We arranged this for our last night in Krakow. A lovely relaxing cruise seeing the sights lit up at night. It was a very hot day so the little breeze(still warm) by the river was soothing. Definitely something to do if you wish to test your tired legs and feet.

I booked this spur of the moment trip as it was our last day in krakow. We found it quite difficult to see which boat we would be on as it wasn’t really signposted and there were so many others doing trips as well. We finally found the boat and went for a daytime cruise on the Vistula river. It really didn’t show us anything that we hadn’t seen before except the convent but just being able to rest and relax after a busy couple of days was enjoyable and it was quite cheap at £13 each, it would have been cheaper had we booked ahead. It said on the programme that there would be no audio guide or drinks service during the day sailings but we were pleased that there were both. An enjoyable way to spend an hour

It was a lovely, relaxing boat trip along the river. The trip began at 8.45p.m. which was a perfect time as so close to sunset. Good value for money too. Highly recommended.

After spending the day touring Krakow, this was a wonderful, calm way to wind down the day. The kids loved it! See Krakow at night from the river was extraordinary.

Nice little something to do on an evening. The bar downstairs wasn’t too expensive and the overall experience was pleasant. Definitely glad we booked!

Do not go by the picture of sightseeing in the dark. Its broad daylight at night and youd be better off on a tuc tuc. We had a very large group on our tour and we couldn't get seated together as its a free for all. Everyone was screaming in Polish and we couldn't hear the voice on the tanoy. The tour takes yu up river a little then back dow to another bridge and return. Nothing exciting as I said you'd be better off on dry land going round.
