Krakow Airport Transfer

Will our driver was amazing. He made us feel so welcomed from the minute we me him and also answered all our questions. He taught us the basic polish words and nothing we asked was too much trouble

Our drivers Will and Lucas were both on time, to collect us from the airport and to return from the hotel. Both collected us in comfortable minivans, with plenty of space for our luggage and to relax. Will gave us some helpful information about Krakow, on arrival and gave a great first impression, on visiting this city for the first time.

We were a group of 18 guys going from Katowice airport to Krakow and then back a couple of days later. Everything went smoothly and our driver Kamil arrived on time like scheduled for both trips and was fantastic.

Our drivers from krakow tours by krakow direct called Danny/Daniel & Mateusz was very friendly, polite and great communication between us and them. The drive to the hotel and back to airport were smoothe and quick. Would use again the next time we go.

Used this company when GR8 taxi let us down on our return to the airport. Friendly and professional. Lovely clean modern comfortable vehicle . Couldn’t do any more for us. This company also provided transport to one our pre booked tours to Auschwitz and again, professional with clean comfortable modern vehicles.

Prebooked and paid for in the UK. We arrived early and were met with a 2 hrs delay at passport control. On getting through no trace of any Krakow Direct car, rang the driver, who stated my name back to me as he had it! and told me to ring the office. I did, it was 9.30 p.m. all the phone numbers had the same response, ‘the office closes at 7 p.m.,’ send an email. After using an airport taxi we were able to go to hotel, send an email, and, NO RESPONSE. At the airport another pick up company simply told us ‘they only wait one hour’. We were not the cause of our delay. BEWARE - you will not rush through passport control, DO NOT USE, still waiting for a response after second email.

Our driver was on time to pick us up. He was very nice and friendly.

We had booked and paid for a transfer from the airport to our hotel on Monday the 2nd of March Our flight actually arrived earlier than scheduled but due to a 2 hour wait at passport control which was not our fault we would be delayed. Throughout the wait we had been in contact with our driver who told us he would wait for us in the arrival hall Unfortunately by the time we got into the arrival hall our car had departed without any warning leaving us to find alternative transport which cost us €30 We contacted Krakow Direct the following day to explain what had happened and could we get a refund or get our return transfer free of charge but were told that it was not their fault but the airports and we should contact there customer support regarding this matter therefore no refund This is a warning to anyone booking a airport transfer with this company that they will not wait for you even though they know that their are long waiting times at passport control

After traveling to substantial number of airports in the world can categorically say that krakow airport is the worst in the world. It took us longer to get through customs than the flight took from uk. If it’s not essential travel I would avoid like the plague. Disgusting way to treat passengers

As mentioned in previous reviews do not use this company to pre-book a transfer from the airport. Due to the insane amount of time taken to get through border control, it can be 2-3 hours to get out of the airport after your flight lands. KRAKOW DIRECT WILL NOT WAIT FOR YOU. After contacting them, they declared that the driver had already left, did not offer an alternative or to send a replacement and will not give refunds, stating that their terms and conditions are clear (which they are not) so you are better off just picking up a ride outside the airport at a fixed price. They must be making a fortune out of airport bookings as I doubt if anyone will successfully make it through in the time they state they are willing to wait. I have my doubts about whether they are actually sending anyone to pick you up at all to be honest.

Very poor service for airport transfer. We pre booked our taxi and paid for it and were delayed at passport control at Krakow airport. Driver said he couldn’t wait for us so we were left with no transport to our hotel and were still charged the full amount.

Used Krakow direct for airport transfers and excursions to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine. Communications were excellent throughout and all the drivers were friendly, helpful and vehicles were in excellent condition. We used Krakow Direct so as to deal with just one company throughout and to keep things easy and simple and in truth it was the best thing from our point of view. Can’t speak highly enough of this company and highly recommend !

Horrible experience, absolute carnage, final security and boarding where totally un organised leaving people not knowing what was happening, combined with jet2, ruined an otherwise great trip.

I would actually give them zero Stay away guys,do not book through this company. I paid upfront 30 euros and the driver went away. My flight was delayed 30 mins and then my parner and I had to wait in a slow process going through security in krakow airport that took almost 70mins The driver said he couldn't wait any longer so left and said he onky had to wait an hour after fliggt was supposed to land. The company obviously don't take delays jnto account nor do they take the slow process at customs. They took my money amd didn't refund for did they offer ride back to airport when break was over. Stay well clear Book an uber through app for half the price

Paid for a round transfer, communication heading to krakow was excellent, and met us at the arrival hall. However the night before departure we had not had a pick up time. Emailed and rang but no reply. Viator was less than helpful

terrible experience , do not book with this company , they left us stranded at the airport with no communication , we had our 4 month old baby with us , we had to get an over priced taxi to accomodation , they then did not turn up to pick us up from accomodation , and no communication , now struggling to get a refund and they are ignoring me , DISASTER , AVIOD

I don't know how I managed it, but I booked transfers for our 4-day break in Krakow from the airport to the hotel in the same direction for both travel dates. What an idiot. The driver noticed the error when he went to the airport instead of the hotel to collect us for an outbound flight. The office contacted me straight away, the driver hot-footed it to our hotel, picked us up and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. I cannot speak too highly of Krakow Direct. They apologised for the error when it was probably my fault all along. As a result of the "mix up" the driver did 4 trips between city and airport, I would happily have paid for the extra journeys but there was no suggestion that I should. It really was a case of "The customer comes first".

WORST experience ever, my paxs of 73 years old suffering at Cracovia Airport, nobody was waiting for them, the don’t have an emergency number or team that answer the phone. DONT BUY FROM KRAKOW DIRECT !!! AWFUL WORST TRANSFER EVER !!!

They only wait a short period of time. As I landed I was messaged - we landed early. Passport control took almost 30mins. I was called and told they actually only wait 15 mins, which makes no sense. My oversized bag was misplaced and the driver simply message saying he was leaving. I’ve asked for a refund via e-mail but no reply after 2 days

Used Krakow direct for airport transfers to my hotel during a recent visit. Excellent service, cannot fault it in any way. Prices reasonable, taxi was prompt and spotlessly clean, drivers really friendly.

Lovely service with great vehicles and drivers. We were immediately greeted in Arrivals and directed to the pick up garage. Driver was super friendly going into the city and told us so much about the history and sights we were surrounded by. Journey was about 30 mins. Pick up from the hotel was bang on time. This driver was a quiet guy, but no less efficient for it. Dropped us straight outside the Departures terminal. We would use this service again and thoroughly recommend it.
