Krakow Airport Transfer

A good deal for transport service to or from airport. Our driver was waiting for us and communicated the short wait to bring the vehicle to us.

Driver was very friendly and met us at arrivals, very professional service, Veichle was spotless clean, highly recommend.

Our driver was great and talked to us on the way from the airport to the hotel. He was very friendly

The driver arrived early. Came to the Foyer of the Hotel has no street access. Assisted me with our bags. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for 3 large bags. Helped with bags at the Airport. Overall excellent experience

Great experience- driver was awesome and knowledgeable- very helpful - great personality -we got a mini tour of Krakow

Pick up was on time and driver was helpful with luggage and very accommodating. The driver we had was amazing.

The driver really helpful and friendly, share a lot of information about krakow. Nice and funny driver.

I booked taxi, through Viator app, to pick me up for 0330 hrs - driver arrived on time..assisted with bags..dropped me off at main terminal. Have booked trips through Viator but never transfer...Will definitely do again..

Turned up right on time and got us easily to the airport. Pleasant taxi driver who helped with bags .

Fantastic company to use, polite, courteous drivers who take the stress out of airport pick ups! Great price, highly reliable and extremely professional service!

Very prompt, polite driver, very easy to deal with, would definitely use them again! They were waitinf for us at the airport and dripped us off right at the hotel.

Fantastic and friendly service from Jacob, sign with our name on it as we left our terminal and a bottle of water waiting for us as we got into the taxi cab. Much needed after a long flight. He had good advice about the local area and knew his stuff. Very friendly and professional service. Highly recommend. Thank you Jacob! 😀

Excellent value, driver waiting in arrivals, dressed smartly and clean was nice and car. Return trip driver arrived dead on time, again smartly dressed and clean vehicle. Definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic service highly recommend. Driver waiting on arrival, and the same on departure day both drivers very friendly and the taxis are immaculate. Smooth an easy process to arrange and taxi firm contact you immediately after booking. Will definitely use again.

We decided on being recommended to use Cracow Local Tours to book our transport from the airport to our hotel situated in the Jewish Quadrant and so pleased that we did. From the moment of booking on line until we arrived the company were keeping us updated of our travel arrangements that we made with them and as promised when we arrived at Krakow airport our transport was waiting for us. It was a young gentleman waiting for us who had a sign with our name on it and he escorted us from the airport to his brand new Mercedes van which was very clean and comfortable. The journey to our hotel took about 40 minutes and he was so enthusiastic about his city of Krakow and gave us lots of hints and tips of where to eat, drink and visit whilst on our holiday. We had also arranged for the return journey back to the airport to catch our flight back and once again they were there on time in a lovely clean car. We also used Cracow Local tours for our day trip to Aushwitz, Birkenau and the Salt Mines and our driver Martin could not have been more helpful. He was quiet at first but after picking up everyone for the tour he opened up and was a good laugh and kept us all entertained. All through the day he looked after us and made sure we knew what we were doing and where we were going and even offered us umbrellas when it started to rain. I know it is easier to get from the airport to the city centre on the train but we decided to travel in style and so glad we paid that little bit extra to get a first class service. Would definitely recommend Cracow Local tours to family and friends if you want a first class service.

Can not fault the service provided. Prompt, Polite and very Profesional. Thank you for taking care of us.

We arrived at Krakow Airport on Sunday 31 March 2019 to find our driver, Lukas, waiting for us at Arrivals ... it was such a welcome relief to see he was already there and waiting! Lukas was very friendly and pointed out some places of interest on the way to our hotel. VW Transporter was most comfortable and clean. We had arranged a return to the airport three days later. It was an early transfer from the hotel (4.30am in the morning) so we were anxious that there wouldn't be any problem with the pick-up ... but no need to have worried! The driver arrived early at 4.15am and, again, a very efficient service back to the airport. If we were ever to travel to Krakow again we would definitely make sure we booked our transfers with Cracow Local Tours! Good value for a very good service ... thank you!

This was a very efficient service, spotless vehicles. Very friendly drivers both ways. Great value for money

Excellent service. Reasonable prices Clean comfortable vehicles and friendly drivers. Driver waiting at airport to take us to our apartment. Unfortunately the driver couldn't confirm our return journey and tbh we were a bit apprehensive as we had a very early pick up and the office is closed till 8am (would have been 5* otherwise). However our driver was there waiting so all good and another really nice driver for return journey. would recommend

First time i have arranged this so was a bit apprehensive, no need they were absolutely first class, we were delayed at Newcastle airport when going out, but the young lad was there with my name on a board when we arrived and took my case a short walk and we were on our way. Spoke great English and so helpful. The return journey we were treated the same with a different driver spot on, collected dead on the time we had arranged and dropped off right at the doors and told where to go, they were first class, very good rates and certainly will use again. A thank you to the company and the drivers first class and a great start to a great weekend.

Excellent service, we were picked up from the airport and taken to our hotel. The driver confirmed our pick up time for the return journey. The cars were very clean and the drivers were very friendly and helpful, The drivers were very punctual on both our journeys. Five star service, highly recommended.

I was collected on time from Krakow airport, vehicle very comfortable and driver friendly. A nice introduction to Krakow.

Chauffeur stond ons al op te wachten toen we aankwamen. Goede communicatie met de chauffeur via whatsapp en fijne service.

Chauffeur a l’heure et très agréable Le minibus très récent et propre Conduite parfaite Voyage en famille

I had taken this booking from a round trip transfer from Krakow Airport to the historic heart of Krakow. When we arrived we had no problem: the taxi was waiting for us at the agreed time of landing of our plane. On the other hand on the return he had to pick us up in front of our rental, but he never picked us up at the agreed time! We waited more than 30 minutes in the street at the foot of the apartment, with a lot of stressWe tried to contact the agency: without success! There were 5 of us and we had to book 2 taxis in disaster. We arrived at the airport in disaster, we were the last to check in. This has led to a lot of stress! I made a refund request that I am still waiting for!!! So it's to flee because we almost missed boarding when I thought I managed everything before departure to avoid any stress

Professional, friendly, fast, smooth. We asked for an extra ride early in the morning to a pick-up point and that was also quickly arranged.

We ordered a transfer from our apartment via Krakow airport no one picked us up yet we had communicated our 2 port numbers and a deposit of 20 PLN (then 60 PLN after the race), we were on the sidewalk to be seen. After 20 minutes of stress to wait we had the chance to see a taxi pass, we waved to him, fortunately he was able to take us to the airport for 50PLN (so 30 PLN cheaper), he was nice and deserved a tip. To date, we have still not been contacted by the Cracow local tour this mishap could have ruined our vacation. I will not advertise them, they are not serious!!!
