Krakow Airport Transfer Balice

We were picked up at the airport by Will who was waiting for us in arrivals. He was very friendly and provided us with very helpful information about things to do and see. We were unsure about certain things like where to get a train and he gave us all the information we needed.

Our driver Barttomiej was absolutely brilliant. So helpful and friendly. Excellent service. Unfortunately my suitcase never arrived in Krakow and he was telling us where to go to buy clothes etc!

When booking this transfer it does not ask you for the time you require to be picked up. Asks you for your flight number. We had no communication from the transfer at all. I sent various messages to the actual company it was booked with and no response. I then had to speak with Viator, who did respond. The morning of the transfer the taxi did not turn up. We had to order another taxi from the hotel reception. Once we arrived at airport we received a WhatsApp message from this company asking did we need picked up and what time... Abit late for that!!!

We were very impressed with the professionalism of the Krakow Direct transfer service from Krakow Airport to our hotel. The driver was waiting outside the gate with a sign with our name on it, and took us to a very clean, comfortable and modern large van, with plenty of room for our many suitcases. The drive was safe and comfortable, with the driver speaking perfect English and answering any of our questions (we had a lot!) Our return to the airport was equally smooth, as the driver was courteous and professional by coming into the Hotel lobby to collect us and helping us with our bags into the van. We would definitely recommend Krakow Direct Transfer Service to take all the hassle and stress out of your visit to Krakow. The drivers are professional, punctual and safe - and did I mention they are also very handsome!

Edited review after receiving a refund I understand things can go wrong and receiving a refund is a good thing they have done Didn’t make contact after the booking confirmation i Tried calling the office several times due to our flight been slightly delayed 20 mins but unable to get intouch with anyone normally the taxi arrived and messages direct to confirm he was there but no contact Spoke to a representative peter and he said the driver should have messaged Ended up paying double with a fake taxi

Due to a flight change I had to rearrange our pickup from the airport. I emailed and my request was dealt with promptly with a confirmation. I received a call from Andy to tell us where he was located and we were on our way. Very smart and polite. Thank you for a great transfer.

We had two very different experiences with Krakow Direct. The frist one was an excursion to the Saltmine 18.10.23 in the afternoon. Unfortunately I can’t remember the drivers name but it was something with “Jero”. He was a brilliant driver. So helpful, so nice a driver, a very good organizer and he just made the whole bus laugh and smile. Wish everybody to meet him at an excursion sooner or later. The next meeting with Krakow Direct was when we booked a taxi to the airport through Booking.com. At the 19.10.23 08.35 the driver came 5 minutes late and did park at another street (although in walking distance too the hotel). He was rude, unfriendly and left us at the street with the words: “Why should I help you”. The reason for that was, that we had not stated that we had a little girl with us (actually we had two smaller girls but he only pointed out the smallest was the problem). When we made the booking through Booking.com we could not state that we were 6 adults and 2 children. We could only book a taxi for 8 Pers. When we pointed that out he said that it was our own problem, and we should know the taxilaw before travel to Polen 🤦🏼‍♀️ OMG. As explained to him, we did not know, we need to go to the aiport and we came with a similar ride from the airport to Krakow a couple of days before without this was an issue or even was something that was mentioned. Also we was at an excursion the day before with Krakow Direct as mentioned without this was an issue, so how should we know and what should we have done if we could not mention it in the booking? He answered that there were different rules for the type og transport and again that we should know the taxilaw. We were confused and did not know what to do. We asked him to help us, but he left us at the street with the words that it was not his problem and asked us again why he should help us. I don’t know his name but have his phone no. and license plate.

Driver did not turn up on time. We waited 15 minutes and then made alternative arrangements. We were half way into town when the company phoned to query where we were.

The driver is nice and polite, clean inside. But the car in which I was driving disintegrates, everything crackles, you hear no clutch, despite the pleasant service, I was afraid that I would not get to the hotel and on my way back to the airport.

for some reason the pickup time was the time my flight left, obviously not good - after 6 emails and several texts I still have not had any contact from this provider. What option do I have but to contact a reputable service provider to assure my pickup time is correct? This has totally ruined my short break; I am frustrated at having to contact the provider so many times and also out of pocket as I will have to arrange (and pay for) another airport transfer

Pick up at the airport was very good . The driver introduced himself , explained about the COVID requirement . Took our temperature very chatty on the way to the hotel

Prompt, friendly service, we were picked up from the airport and taken to our hotel with a running commentary along the way. Our driver was so knowledgeable and had excellent English. We asked plenty of questions, restaurants, bars and general things to see and he gave us more than enough information for our 4 day trip. Same driver on return journey to airport, again prompt and professional. Excellent, will certainly use again when we return to Krakow and would highly recommend.

I booked transfers to and from the airport. we received first class service with pleasant and reliable staff. The member of staff who collected us from the airport also facilitated our trip to Auschwitz.

This company is the best one for booking transfers or tours. I used them for everything. Their drivers are great, lovely vehicles, great office staff, good prices and punctual. When I go back to Krakow I will use them again.

I am totally satisfied with this service. Driver arriver in time, was very polite and helpful. We were traveling with 10-month child and a cat and had no problems with that. Baby car seat was also present. Also customer service representatives helped me with all my queries before and after the trip.

Booked a taxi online and on arrival at the passenger exit there was no sign of our drive but plenty of others. Had to ring their office to find him and he turned up straightaway. Otherwise a decent ride to our hotel in Krakow.

Trip was bought as a Christmas present for our son and his girlfriend who'd never been abroad before. Private trf was easily booked, driver was prompt and exactly where he said he would be on both parts of the trip. Son and girlfriend said they felt very safe. Thank you!

Booked krakow airport transfers to take us to our accommodation. The driver was waiting for us and helped with our bags. He was extremely friendly and informative.

We used this company on our trip to krakow. We had planned tours with them as well but had to be cancelled due to government regulations due to coronavirus. They were very prompt in replying to emails and they were the ones who advised us of tour cancellation. The service we received from drivers and office staff was excellent and we would recommend them to anyone who is considering a visit to krakow. I know we will defiantly use them again for our next trip.

Our driver was awful, very rude!! When picking us up from the airport, he grunted at us and then nearly enough ran through the airport to his car. When we got to his car, he said something to us which we were unsure what he said. Then he drove like a maniac (whilst on his phone) to our hotel, driving very fast and going around the corners on two wheels. He did give us a map which was helpful... Sadly he then came to pick us up to take us back to the airport, to which we came out to ask him if he was our lift, and he just blanked us, and went to the door to open it. Again driving fast, and beeping at someone who decided to let a bus go past. Then when we arrived at the airport, he didn't even say 'bye' when we said "thank you" as we got out of the taxi! As you can guess we did not give a tip, and don't understand why you would do this job if you are so miserable!!!

Used Krakow Direct for airport pick up and drop off for our trip. Was arranged via the Stradonia Apartments admin team. I was able to pay before we left which meant no need to have the money handy. Special mention to Bartek and Sabina who were our drivers and very informative and friendly. Would definitely use them again. First class service in clean comfy cars.
