Great service! Alexander was professional, friendly, and on time. He was waiting for me in arrivals with a sign, and the journey to my hotel was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone arriving at Krakow Airport.
We booked this transfer through Booking.com and provided our flight details in advance, so the driver contacted us on WhatsApp around the time we arrived. My friend had lost baggage, so we needed some extra time at the airport. The driver kindly waited for us and sent us the meeting point once we were ready. The communication was clear and helpful, and everything went smoothly.
The driver Alexsander is super 🤩
Alexander communicated meeting points clearly from before we had landed so there was peace of mind that I will find him right away. After landing he kept communication active so we found the meeting point easily. He dropped right at our hotel. Everything was great.
Simon was polite and helpful. He chatted in excellent English on the journey in to Krakow Old town, and shared restaurant recommendations when asked. Highly recommend.

Alexander, the driver, arrived at the scheduled time and dropped us off right at the apartment door. Very attentive. Thank you.
Bogdan was super friendly and professional! He messaged to say he was on the way and arrived early. He also told us that if we needed to come back from the national park early that we could just message him but also let us know that the reception could be a bit shoddy which was a really good tip! Would 100% percent recommend him!
