Krakow Airport Arrival Transfer

The pickup never happened Our plane was delayed and when I called they never picked us up.i was ver very disappointed

<p>Good pick up however was taken to wrong hotel. There is more than one Ibis in Krakow. I was taken to the budget one instead of Centrum. By the time I realised this the driver had left. It was the middle of the night and I had to wait for some time for a taxi and of course extra cost. Please ensure drivers have the correct address.</p>

<p>The transfer was perfect in every way. Our driver was there waiting for us and got us to our hotel in now time.</p>

<p>We were met at the Krakow Airport by our Viator driver. He was very informative during the drive to our destination, pointing out different places of interest and telling us about Krakow. He gave us a great introduction to Krakow, and the wonderful people who live there, as well as safe and prompt ride to our apartment.</p>

<p>If I could rate it lower I would. 1 hour and 15 minutes after scheduled arrival and 1 hour after actual arrival, dialing all numbers provided with no answers we took a cab to the hotel. This was the worst, no communications at all.</p>

<p>He was wonderful! He got us exactly where we needed to be and we had a very tight schedule. He put us at ease telling us we would make our tour!! Great guy!!</p>

<p>Driver didn't turn up we had to ring and ask where they were we had been forgotten so we waited about 40 mins for someone to pick us up</p>

<p>The driver was very helpful and he took us to the hotel front although the road is very narrow.</p>

<p>Driver was waiting for us as we cleared customs. Vehicle was a nice clean mini van with plenty of room for passengers and luggage. The drvier knew he would be our return to the airport driver as well so we were able to confirm pick up time and location as he dropped us off. Would use this service again.</p>

<p>Our driver arrived on time and we were pleasantly surprised to see it was the same man who had picked us up at the airport when we arrived 5/5 excellent professional service we highly recommend .</p>

<p>We were told we would be met by our driver who would be holding up a card with our names but he was not there! After phoning the contact number we were met by another driver who could not have been more apologetic so our day was saved!</p>

<p>The Karkow Airport Arrival Transfer could not have been better. We arrived shortly before midnight. The driver was in the arrivals hall and identified himself by having our name displayed. He was a very good driver and spoke excellent English.</p>

<p>Once again our driver was very punctual. He was friendly, especially at 0500, and spoke excellent English. The van he picked us up in was extremely luxurious with four leather captains chairs turned where all four of us in my party could chat on the way to the airport. I would rate it higher than any limo I've ever been in! Viator is the number one choice for me in airport transportation! I highly recommend them to everyone!!</p>

<p>Our flight arrived early, but we had to wait some time for our taxi to arrive. Even if our flight had arrived on time he would have been about 15 minutes late. Other travellers' taxis were at the airport when the flight arrived.</p>

<p>Airport transfer was fine, but our English speaking guide didn't speak much English. Poor guy was a little embarrassed about this. But overall, no trouble and he let us stop to exchange $$ so that was nice.</p>
