Krakow Airport ↔ Krakow City - Private Transfer

Excellent transport for a large group from airport to hotel. Friendly and offered good suggestions for local travel.

Driver never arrived despite messaging multiple times in advance. Very poor communication and left us without a ride to the airport

Even though our flight landed early, Darius (who’s super friendly) was there to meet us. Clean, smart car - easy drive into the city!

Booking airport transportation to our hotel was very easy and convenient. Driver was waiting at arrivals and provided efficient, safe transportation to our hotel. Driver was very pleasant and provided us with a plethora of information about the city and surrounding area.

Excellent service - Dariusz was there waiting for us. Fabulous vehicle for the 4 of us plus all our luggage. Smooth ride - we were there in no time.

Great transfer. We had the same driver who picked us up, so we arranged what time he’d collect us for the journey home. He was bang on time and got us to the airport in plenty of time. Would recommend this transfer.

Excellent service. Driver was in arrivals waiting for us as we landed. Mini van was immaculate. Ride to our hotel in the Old Town was very safe and quick. Landmarks and areas to visit were pointed out by the driver along the way. Would definitely recommend as service was professional and friendly, no queuing or waiting and took away all the hassle for a speedy exit from the airport.

Got thru customs, eventually, collected our luggage and headed to the exit. Once thru our driver was waiting with my name on a board. He took our case and led us to the vehicle which was very close by. Lovely comfortable vehicle and we were then driven to our hotel. Driver was very friendly and knowledgable about the area.

Our driver met us at arrivals. He helped us with our luggage and drove us to our hotel. We confirmed our flight info in the days before, so he could track when we landed. We have booked our return transfer as well. Would recommend.

10/10 experience. Our driver warned us of delays coming through passport control which was appreciated. Clean comfortable vehicle. Friendly driver, who arranged our return trip for us. I would certainly use them again if I return to Krakow

Our driver Maciej was waiting for us at arrivals in the airport. He was on time with our name on a card. He had messaged me earlier to let me know where he would be and to contact him if there were any problems. The contact and info from this company was professional and reassuring. Maciej was fantastic, friendly, funny and helpful with recommendations for what to see and do. I would definitely recommend this company. We had no worries about them being there when we arrived.

Our flight was transferred to another airport the driver called me telling me not to worry he will come and get me whenever at ten minutes notice. When he collected he was so so kind he was so informative and took so much time to tell us about the city as we passed by. He also offers tours which I will definitely use as he was so interesting and informative. Best driver ever so grateful to him

Highly recommend! They were wonderful about communication. We changed our hotel and they were great about accommodating. They arrived early. The minivan was immaculate. Very luxurious. Dariusz was very friendly. Five stars for sure!

Excellent service, Dariusz was waiting for us as soon as we passed through boarder control just as he said he would be. Great vehicle, very reliable, highly recommended. Thank you so much

Excellent service from Dariusz even after being diverted to another country and being bussed to Krakow. We were 2.5 hours late but he was still there to collect us

Service was excellent ensuring a seamless transfer, both drivers gave informative updates on both trips.

Great transfer on time and friendly driver. Our flight was delayed by an hour but the driver was still there. The car was clean and there was plenty of room. I would definitely recommend this company

Driver was in arrivals to meet us, car was parked a few yards away. Lovely vehicle and we were dropped right at the door of the apartment - would recommend, especially for only £29

Taxi driver was a gentleman and gave us some tips for our stay in Krakow. Waiting for us with our name on sign at airport. No fuss, smooth transfer to city centre

Excellent Service, Driver was waiting immediately out of the Cutims area with a sign with our names. Car was parked right at the exit of the terminal so almost no walking,

We had no luggage so we’re through immigration very quickly. The driver was waiting for us just through the arrival gate. The car was a Merc S class (very nice). 20min transfer time to city centre. The driver took the opportunity to sell follow up activities, but was not too pushy. Great value for money.

Driver was waiting with a card with our name on it, our luggage was delayed and driver was making phone calls to see if we had missed our flight or not. Couldn’t ask for more very professional from the moment we met him to drop off.

Excellent service from collection to drop-off. Driver met us with a large name card and a friendly smile. Highly recommended.

Professional driver, polite and efficient. Our flight landed after midnight. No problem in finding our driver. Smooth drive to our hotel. Highly recommended.

Transfer was great. Sign was up with our name on it right as we came out of customs. Diver very informative and nice. He had to wait way longer due to flight delay but never complained. We definitely will use this company again.

Alicja was very welcoming and kind and waited for us in the arrival hall while we cleared passport control on a very busy night. She recommended restaurants and food to try and had a lovely book of photos and descriptions for us to look at.

Nice freindly people. Very punctual both ways. Speak very good English. Lovely clean cars. Highly reccomended.

Met on arrival by a friendly man who was very helpful fitting luggage in as I also had a foldable wheelchair following recent surgery. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Lovely car, impeccably clean and well driven.

100% recommended Safe journey hassle free Waiting for us when we arrived Will definitely use again 5 star

Excellent service. Very friendly and knowledgeable about Poland. I would recommend this service. Also, very affordable.

An excellent transfer from Airport to Hotel front door. Lots of information about Krakow and some activities to do and just general talk about what we’re up to during our stay. We were picked up on time at the airport and driven straight to the hotel. Would definitely book this again if we are to come back to Krakow.

Driver was waiting on arrival hall for us and was very friendly. He assisted us with our luggage and ensured that we were comfortable during our ride to our hotel. This made us feel extremely welcome for our visit.

Very friendly driver, very informative. Beautiful car a really lovely start to our holiday. I would definitely recommend this way of getting to and from the airport.

Very friendly and informative Driver gave us tips on best places to visit, even marked them out on a map, which he gave to us to keep. Excellent service

Very comfortable transport and very friendly driver. We had thought we’d get a limo as per advertised but this was not the case. Could have got cheaper but spent more thinking we’d get a limosine

The airport pickup was good. Our driver, Dariusz, shared his insight about Krakow on the way into town. Overall, this was a pleasant ride and we would use this service again next time.

Good service driver was waiting for us upon arrive very friendly and told us about some of the buildings and various other stuff on the road into the centre. Car was really nice and clean would highly recommended

We were met on time and our driver was very welcoming. Efficient service. It was very good value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

We recently used Krakow4you for our transportation to/from the airport. This was the second year we used them. They are consistently on time, professional and provide a truly pleasant experience. We also used them for a customized tour of Krakow. Alicja was an excellent tour guide. She is flexible with creating a tour for our interests and is willing to help in all possible ways. It was truly a special day touring Krakow with Alicja and we would highly recommend her and Krakow4you for all your travel and tour needs.

Driver was waiting for us. She transported us directly to our apartment and walked us to the door. We liked the service so much we asked to bring us to the airport for our next destination. It took the angst away from us in regards to being able to communicate or handling money etc. she pointed out many sites and points of interest as well. Would definitely use again.
