We had a wonderful day trip to Zakopane with our very professional and knowledgeable guide Konrad. We can’t speak highly enough of him. He was very educated about every aspect of the trip. We couldn’t have asked for more. The quad biking so fun we’d definitely come back again just to do that alone. The guys who do the quad hire were all super friendly and professional we were in safe hands. We can’t forget the beautiful village we visited on the trip, absolutely stunning with a visit to an authentic house with beautiful hand crafted items which can be purchased for a one of a kind reminder from your trip here. The cheese tasting was beautiful and I would encourage anyone visiting to take a little cash to take some home with you it was delicious. All around an amazing experience. A final thank you to the trip organisers. We were contacted promptly by a lady called Wiktoria who dealt with any queries we had about the day. Give stars all around. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this trip and company.

We booked a day trip with snowmobile experience and thermal baths. We were treated to friendly staff and a professional service throughout. Our guide was passionate about her country and had an excellent knowledge on every stop we had. The snow mobiles were well maintained and the experience was lengthy and catered for all levels. The thermal baths are not to be missed. A lovely area in the middle of the mountains to relax at the end of the day. Would certainly reccomend booking with them.

An amazing trip from start to finish! The views at zakopane were amazing and the snowmobiles were great fun. We got some stunning pictures and videos during the day. The thermal baths were also very good, not too crowded, with lots of things to do including the sauna, jacuzzis and slides. We stopped off for barbecued cheese and mulled wine which was also great. The staff were amazing, very informative and fun throughout the day. We even enjoyed some karaoke on the bus trip home. Would definitely recommend!

We had the best time on the Zakopane trip. Our guides were excellent, really lovely and fun, but also nothing was too much trouble 😊 Trip was well organised, the right time at each part of the trip, we learnt and saw loads. The Snow mobiles were brilliant, loads of fun. Remember to bring gloves 👌 fantastic day out, we would highly recommend. Thanks Guys we loved it ❤️🥳🙌

Fab experience! Super friendly and welcoming at the outset and smooth/easy ride to each destination. At the beginning it was great to visit some Polish culture exploring the wooden village and cheese tasting - a real eye opener and explained in great detail. We chose to do snow mobiles and thermal baths, unfortunately the snow had disappeared and we went on quad bikes instead - what an amazing adventure! Plenty of mud, rocks and puddles to drive through - fab time had 🎉 The mineral thermal bath was super relaxing with a swim up bar and plenty of pools to choose from. Overall, a great time. Would definitely recommend- thanks girls! ❤️

This tour was with Fun Tour Cracow, just to start by saying there is an ATM next to pick up location to get cash for quads. karina was amazing, good English spoken and very knowledgeable, her copilot for the day was also excellent and got us to our destination on time. We called her "stig" The first stops were very enlightening with a tour of an old Highlanders house, We had time to explore and given plenty of info. The snowmobiles were not able to run as there was no snow, but that is not the tours fault, we were given powerful quad bikes instead, which after 5 minutes was clear this was going to be an adventure we won't forget, we went off road, and off piste, crossed fast running rivers upto our knees in water, luckily we were provided with waterproof trousers which also kept your feet dry, we went through forest trails and little villages, it was awesome. We had so much fun on the quads we forgot we still had thermal baths to visit! they were also good but not as much fun as the quads. Well done Karina and team you were amazing.

Unreal day, tour guides were both so friendly and kind, made us feel safe being in an unknown country. Clear instructions throughout the day and stayed to schedule, would 100% recommend and book again.

Lovely day out, with lots of different activities in the day. The spa was more like a leisure centre it was very busy and felt over filled wasn’t the spa experience that was expected.

Great tour, very informative, good fun too, for all the family. Tour guide very knowelgable, ski mobiles were great fun, history was interesting, spa resort very clean. I would recommend taking food with you, its a full on day. You have about 2.5 hrs in the spa and about 2hrs on the ski mobiles, and about 1hr in the village, and a cheese and mulled wine stop. 100% reccommend.

My partner and I had a great day. Everything was planned and organised so well. We were picked up and taken to the wooden village where we learnt the history of the highlanders. The tour guide was lovely and made us laugh. We were in a group with others but this made the day even better as we all had a laugh together. Snowmobiles were fun. Cheese was nice and the thermal baths were amazing. We enjoyed having a drink in the thermal baths outside with a swim up bar. It was a long day, but it was worth it. I’m so glad we did it. It was snowing as well. The views were amazing!

A fantastic day out. We travelled as a family of four, 2 adults, a 16-year-old, and a 12-year-old, and each of us had a great time. The travel party guide, Victoria, looked after us all day and kept everything on track. When we made stops, she gave good information on the history and traditions of the places, whilst keeping it entertaining and fun. The highlights were the snowskis (extra charge payable locally) and the thermal baths; the other stops at the wooden village and for cheese tasting were good as well. We would definitely recommend this trip and the operator Fun tours Cracow.

The crew at Fun Tours Cracow (Krakow) were all great. The whole day trip to Zakapone was very organized, fun and interesting . Carina our guide was super and informative- always attentive to the enjoyment , safety and care of all the people on our tour today. I am a mum traveling with teens and we all loved the day. The snowmobile outing was very well run and the scenery was amazing. Glad we could do this. Loved the stop off to the mountain hut for barbecued local specialty cheese and a warming mulled wine. You can buy the cheese there and they vacuum pack it for traveling-clever stuff! The thermal baths were great - swimming outside in minus 8 degs whilst it snowed with frozen hair was brilliant and something we will remember fondly. Interesting insight to how the locals relax. Overall, a very enjoyable day and a worthwhile tour. Would recommend it !

Wow! What a wonderful day out from the beginning to the very end!!! We were looked after really well by the organisers. Transport was very comfy and safe. Wooden village, snowmobiles, cheese tasting and therma baths are all fantastic experiences could not wish to have in one day! Such a fun day and the guides were amazing and so friendly. The highlight was the snowmobiling and thankfully there was still snow as we were worried about the time of year and if there would still be snow, but there was and it was magical.

I travelled solo to Krakow and really wanted to make sure I booked something that was right for me as I was on my own. I booked this with Fun Tours Cracow and it was my favourite part of the entire trip 🫶 between our host, driver and everyone else involved it was something special. I especially loved the snowmobiles and the interesting history and information about Chocolow. I would highly recommend you booking this trip for an experience to remember.

We had an incredible time! Absolutely recommend this package to anyone interested. Worth every penny. The hosts were so hospitable and kind, felt cared for. Journey was smooth sailing and safe. Great and clear communication, knowledgeable. A unique experience learning about the Highlanders' culture and architecture. We were picked up at 8:50am and dropped off by 7:15pm, it wasn't a problem for us because they informed of potential traffic at the start. It was a small crowd. Pick up location was easy to find. The snowmobile was super fun! All the activities were done at a good pace !

Good day from start to finish, 8:50 pick up time which is great. Have a lie in. Pick up spot was 3 mins walk from our hotel. Friendly staff - went above & beyond to make you feel welcome. Done ice breakers so we all got to know each other. Few stops off on the way for drinks & toilet breaks. Wooden village was very knowledgeable. Busy village but it’s a tourist attraction. Then straight to the snow mobiles - great fun! Best experience we’ve had ! Again the tour guides made sure everyone was happy etc. the thermal baths was great ! Time went so quick but loved the two pool bars. Arrived back into krakow about 8pm.

It was a great trip, the tour guides were so lovely. The snow mobiling and thermal baths were great. We didn’t realise we were in a big group all day so be aware of that. Otherwise it was a brilliant day!

Amazing Tour from the pick up right outside our hotel to the drop off in the night, everything was explained well and they couldn’t do enough for you. Pawel our driver was great and Karina the tour guide made whole experience a joy. It was my birthday on the day and they went above and beyond with some extra shots on the cheese tasting stop. The snowmobiling was fantastic and great laugh. Couldn’t recommend this enough, it’s a must.

Such a good trip from start to finish! The tour guides were very friendly, informative and accommodating. The wooden village was very cute and the tour guide gave us loads of interesting facts about the place. The snowmobiles were a pinch me moment and so much fun with picturesque views to go with it. Traditional polish cheese tasting was a nice touch. An acquired taste but my partner and I enjoyed it! After a long, fun packed day the thermal baths were perfect to relax and unwind. I’ll definitely book with fun tours again, you can’t fault them. Amazing trip and definitely the best day of the entire trip!

Fab day! Varied activities which were all enjoyable. Your guides are very friendly, knowledgeable and kept us on schedule. It took the stress out of booking separate tours and finding our way around public transport.

Wow, what a great experience. Good communication regarding pick-up time and location. Conrad was a great guide who understands British humour. We never felt rushed to move from one location to another and what was expected was always clearly communicated. I would recommend this trip to anyone looking for a mix of history, adrenaline and relaxation.
