From Krakow: Zakopane Cable Car, Osycpek Cheese & Thermal Baths

Fantastic full day out from pick up to drop off , Lusasz S was a brilliant informative guide and we'd recommend the trip to anyone

Piter was our guide and he was great The bus picked us up outside our hotel and we joined a WhatsApp group so we were kept informed at all times We enjoyed Zakopane and the thermal baths. A long day but worth it.

Gregory was a brilliant tour guide, his driving was very safe and nice. He was informative and helpful the whole time I would highly recommend this company for anyone wanting to see Poland.

The tour was great, well throughout and great communication throughout! Everything ran to time and we were lucky as we had a smaller group! Jurek, the guide for the tour was fantastic - extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable - I would highly recommend!

Great day out, Spa is a must, very cold at the top of the fenicular railway so don’t forget your thermals. The 2 guides were excellent

Brilliant trip, the weather wasn’t great but the 2 guides were helpful and informative. Zakopane was beautiful and brilliant value for money.

As it said on the tin, MC was informative though out. Long day but good to see other areas and cultures.

Sebastian was our tour guide and he was fantastic. He got all of us on his bus to join a WhatsApp group so he could send us the meeting points in case we forgot. He came out with us when we stopped at each place and explained everything and gave us our tickets for funicular and thermal spa. We had just the right amount of time in each place and never felt rushed. Pick up point was very handy for us too and he dropped us back where we started - although we could have got off at any of the other drop offs too.

An amazing day all round, made better by the fun and knowledgeable Gregory the guide who sorted us out all day.

Great day definitely worth a day out

We had the best day! The thermal baths were amazing, with the most beautiful views of the snow-covered mountains. We absolutely loved getting to see the stunning scenery in Zakopane. The whole experience was fantastic and such great value for money. A special mention to our tour guide, Michael, who was brilliant – so informative, friendly and great craic! Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Krakow. An unforgettable day!

Mariusz was friendly, knowledgeable and an all-round fantastic guide who couldn't do enough for us. We really enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend that you book! Zakapone is a lovely day out and the trip was great value for money.

Beautiful tour, great way to view the country outside of the city. We really enjoyed ourselves throughout and our tour guide, Pawel, was excellent. Super friendly, informative and helpful along the way. Personally, the thermal spa was a bit of a let down as was not at the spa we thought it would be but would certainly recommend the Zakopane tour!

We had a lovely trip with our tour guide & driver Jaromir. The pick up and drop off was efficient and on time. The whole thing was well paced and we had a perfect amount of time to enjoy each stop/ activity. Our guide was very knowledgeable and down to earth and made the trip even better. Was a great experience, the cheese & vodka tasting, learning about the history of chocholow, the cable car up the mountain plus markets and the lovely thermal spa could not be more worth your money. It really made our trip to Krakow!!

Amazing day! Krystian was the perfect guide, great personality and he made the day thoroughly enjoyable, he was knowledgeable and went above and beyond in making us all welcome. We were well informed all day and received communications via whats app with all details and tickets, we literally had nothing to worry about and all questions were answered without even asking them! A very memorable day for my partners birthday.

An amazing experience! The Tatra Mountains were breathtaking, and relaxing in the hot springs after Zakopane. Gregory, our group coordinator—he took care of us, made sure everything ran smoothly, and created a wonderful day.

A very relaxed day with a great guide (Michael) who made the day more enjoyable with his humour...and Vodka shots. Really enjoyed going up the mountain in Zakopane. There was enough time to take in the views, have a beer and then explore the town a bit. The Thermal Bath was lovely as well, with enough time to not feel rushed and actually just sit back and relax. I felt the pacing of this tour was spot-on. Too often you feel rushed, and this really gave enough time for the two main stops.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Tour of Zakopane! I had an excellent experience on this tour of Zakopane! The atmosphere was fantastic, and everything was well organised from start to finish. The tour ran from 8 AM to 8 PM, giving us plenty of time to enjoy the experience and explore everything included. One of the best things was that there were no extra admission fees, so there were no unexpected costs along the way. The crowd size was also great, with only four groups, which made the experience feel more comfortable and enjoyable without being overcrowded. Our tour guide was very good, friendly, and helpful throughout the day, making the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a brilliant day out with a great atmosphere, a good group size, and excellent organisation. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone, whether you’re travelling as a couple, with friends, with family, or on your own. It’s a fantastic way to experience Zakopane, and I would definitely recommend it!

Krackow Direct are a fab organisation as they are so easy, quick & reassuring to deal with, could not recommend highly enough. Best part of Zacopane tour was the Thermal Baths, 100% recommend. Our guide Gregory was a sweetie as was the driver.

An incredible day in Zakopane. Greg our guide was the best. A trip into the mountains, visiting Chochołów, eating smoked cheese, topped off with a visit to Chochołowskie Termy (thermal spa). We could not have asked for more.

We had an amazing day, and a huge part of that was thanks to our tour guide, Lukasz! He was incredibly friendly, accommodating and well organised, making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his relaxed, welcoming approach made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. The sites we visited were absolutely incredible and did not disappoint. We had a fantastic day on our Zakopane tour with Lukasz and would highly recommend it! Pickup was on time, and Lukasz was friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout the trip. We had disabled guests in our group with mobility issues, and he was really patient and understanding. Waiting while they took their time was never a problem, and we never felt rushed. That made a big difference and helped everyone feel comfortable and enjoy the day. Lukasz also went the extra mile by making additional stops that weren’t on the tour itinerary. We got to take some lovely pictures of the beautiful Tatra Mountains and the wooden church, which were really nice additions to the trip. The vodka and cheese tasting was another highlight and a lovely chance to try some local flavours. Lukasz also sorted out our tickets for the funicular, making that part of the day easy and hassle-free. It was a memorable day, made even better by a guide who took the time to look after everyone. Thank you, Lukasz, for your patience, kindness and all the little extras!
