We had an organised trip to the salt mines by Krakow Tours. The driver who picked us up at the hotel, Michael, was very polite and informed us on the trip to the mines about all kinds of facts on Poland, Krakow and its history. He was calm, friendly and had a lot of empathy. One of the best drivers / guides I have met in my life. Thanks again, Michael!

Our driver Jurek was very helpful and efficient before we got to the mine. The drive took about 30 mins from our hotel in the old town (we had to transfer from one bus to another). The mine itself is really quite spectacular. I had seen the pictures and thought I knew what to expect, but the scale of some of the chambers is just astonishing. There are a lot of steps, but a lift back up to the top. One tip is that you probably dont need a big coat on whilst going round. If you are with a group tour, recommend leaving your coat on the bus. Thoroughly recommended

The Salt Mines were very interesting. The guide female blonde hair and glasses was excellent. The explanations were clear and we went at a good pace. I would recommend to friends and family. The carvings were amazing. The amount of effort exceptional.

A lot of walking corridors and not much else worth a visit but not as great as people say

Not really a tour but an expensive group taxi. We have lost one hour circling around the city picking up other visitors, and later had a standard mine tour that you can book directly 1.5x cheaper.

Great tour, Adam was an excellent tour leader

Adam Krol was a very informative, polite guide. He spoke fluent English and was an excellent driver.

The visit was amazing! The trip there and back was smooth and the driver, Adam K, was lovely. It was a fairly lengthy visit, took a couple hours and there’s a lot of walking. I’d recommend not doing a guided tour if you like to really take your time. Very cheap and worth the money for sure!

Pick up from the hotel was prompt and Adam was extremely helpful and informative from the start. The trip was very well organised and would highly recommend. Adam was more than willing to drop us back at our hotel or anywhere else that we wanted to stop on the way back. A brilliant day and wonderful memories

excellent overall experience , except for the return that left us quite far from our hotel even though the guide tried to get as close "as possible " . Ifthe pick up can be oragnized from the hotel , the return should be the same .

Had a great day out, pick up and drop off was great and the tour and tour guide was very informative, I would highly recommend it for a day trip to do while in krakow .👍👍👍

Spot on, Everything good well organised

Booking was easy to accomplish. Pick up from hotel was on time. 30 minutes from Krakow centre. Had time for refreshments before tour started. About 2 hours in the mines. Salt mines were very impressive (if you don’t mind the 800 steps down. Descent was in stages so not too bad. Main chapel was absolutely stunning. Recommend the lift at the end for the viewing platform. Gives you another perspective and appreciation for the scale of things. Tour guide was quite informative from start to finish. Thanks to Jurek for an amazing tour.

BART was very helpful & even dropped us to the train station at the end, an unscheduled stop. We had a great trip to the saltmines with a very knowledgeable guide once inside. An absolutely incredible place & very memorable experience.

An experience that I'll never forget. Well looked after by Agnes who has amazing knowledge. The caves and what they've done over the decades is something that has to be seen. The cathedral cave was astounding. Words cannot convey the majesty of it. Deserves a visit just for that. The steps are well made, so even with a walking stick, it was manageable. The lift back up was nicely refreshing with a nice breeze. Well looked after and highly recommended!!

My guide, Mr T. was excellent and knowledgeable and made the trip a fun experience. The pickup was timely and the car was comfortable, with several drip off locations for us to choose.

Great company! I’ve used them two years on the trot now because of the ease and brilliant service! Outstanding communication throughout, everything was so smooth. Even some improvements from last year, like the driver making a WhatsApp group to update everyone! We did the Auschwitz trip and then salt mines on two different days, smooth as anything and very good places to visit in general!

Free day in Cracow and then such a beautiful tour. Well organised and a helpful crew. Double the price of the normal entry but a great service with pickup door to door . A friendly Driver Pjotr and a funny well instructed Guide Marcin in the Mine. That makes all the difference. Loved it.

I didn't know what to expect with the Salt Mines tour - I had been highly recommended it numerous times but had no idea on the size of the mines. It is well organised tour, really imformative and the guide very friendly and with lots of stories. The carvings were out of this world! Lots of walking (800 steps in total) but a lift back to the top at the end but so worth it.

Great trip, guide Arek was fantastic. Trip there not great driving erratic considering weather conditions. Also we had to wait while driver decided to give another passenger directions rather than letting us get on the bus, by which time we were all soaked.
