Amazing experience!! We had Jurek as our guide and I couldn’t reckoned him more!! He is so friendly and helpful! We had an amazing day on the quads, having a bonfire with food and finishing in the thermal baths. Would 1000% recommend

Amazing trip! Quad bikes as not enough snow for the snow mobiles but still great fun. Food and drink were supplied - spicy sausage and smoked sheep cheese (speciality in the mountains) very nice. Thermal baths were excellent, lovely and relaxing. Only downside was that we only got 2.5h there rather than 3h but still a great experience and really worth doing. Our guide, Jurek, was super helpful.

The guide Yurek was really nice ! We had a very good time. Driving the quads is soo cool and the food also was delicious. The thermal baths have a bar (you order a cocktail while in water). So yeah recommend it a lot :)

Everything from start to finish was exceptional, from the ease of booking to the activities journey and our lovely driver and guide Piotr. We opted for the Radisson pick up point where we were met by the wonderful Piotr who welcomed us on board and explained clearly to the group what the plan and estimated timings where for the day, the journey on the minibus itself was very comfortable and Piotr pointed out and knowledgeabley explained any landmarks and areas of interest along the way. When we arrived at the quads we filled out the form (note bring your drivers licence if you are planning on driving it is needed) paid the fee and where given our gear and helmets and of to the quads then we were given a small safety talk and introduced to our two guides by the lovely lady there and of we went. The ride itself was great craic myself and my son had a great time we stopped half way through to take pictures at a gorgeous scenic spot of the hills and mountains. When we arrived back after the quads we were welcomed with a campfire,local homemade cheese, sausages,vodka and cakes all of which were delicious, there was also a selection of teas and coffee if wanted. We were given plenty of time to enjoy these before Piotr drove us the short distance to the thermal pools, once there Piotr took care of our booking and gave us our wristbands and explained where and when we would meet him after. (You can rent towels at 15zlt each) We thoroughly enjoyed our nearly three hours in the pools! Afterwards we met Piotr at the minibus where again he explained when and where we should be expected to arrive back, from there we sat back and enjoyed our journey back to Krakow. Overall We had a great time from start to end and we were so lucky to have had such a lovely , accommodating and nice driver/guide in Piotr definitely 5*!! just to top it off his music playlist was an equal 5* Thanks for having us today we would 100% do this again.

We went as a group of 4 friends and had the most amazing time. Piotr in particular made the day, the smooth timings, information and transport were brilliant. The team at the quad bikes made us feel so welcome and the bbq was great. Warming up in the thermal pools was beautiful (if you don’t want to mess your hair up…watch out for the blue slide 🤣) I would highly recommend this trip. The best day with memories made for a lifetime. Thank you so much Piotr and team

Kristoff was our driver , he was excellent very pleasant and informative, he looked after us very well to the pont of us going into auschwitz, beyond that our guide was very nolagable but he was very quite and we had to keep moving very quickly to keep up giving us no time to take in the significance of what we were looking at , further more which has nothing to do with either our tour leader it shocks me how many disrectful people who seemed to treating it a as tourist attraction rather than a historical site where 1.1 million people young and old lost there lives !! You cannot control who goes to these sites but would have liked to have more time reflect on the significance of the site.

Easy access, comfortable buss, very good buss driver “Mr T”. Everything worked very well. Got all information we needed. Important to visit Auschwitz- but very hard ofcourse. The fuide very knowledgeable. Only minus that she was a bit difficult to understand. But we also got a guide on the phone to read through. ☺️

I had such a great experience from start to finish! I went on the Zakophane mountain trip with Paweł and ended up being the only person on the tour, which made it feel really personal and relaxed. Paweł was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. He shared loads of interesting information about the history of Poland, the places we visited and the country in general, which made the whole experience so much more than just an excursion day. I’d definitely recommend this trip, it’s a great way to say another part of Kraków that feels different to the main city.

We booked the Auschwitz and Birkenau tour and, although the tour was good, the customer service from the company was extremely disappointing. The problems started before we even got on the bus, and we were not the only people affected. When we booked, our pickup time was confirmed as 7:00am. We planned our morning around that time. We were then told at short notice that our pickup had been changed to 5:10am. The problem was that we had been told when booking that if the pickup time needed to be changed, 5:30am would be the earliest possible pickup. Being told we now had to be ready at 5:10am was frustrating and confusing. We had booked based on the information we were given. We tried to contact the company to ask why our time had been changed and whether there was anything they could do. Unfortunately, we could not get a proper response. We were left unsure what was happening. If you are changing someone’s confirmed pickup time by nearly two hours, especially at short notice, there should be somebody available to answer questions. We wanted an explanation. What made it even more frustrating was speaking to other people on our tour. Several other passengers said their pickup times had been changed at short notice, and some had struggled to get answers. So this was clearly not just our problem. Thankfully, the tour was much better. Our bus driver, Mr T, was brilliant. He was friendly, polite and helpful, even with such an early start. He made everyone feel welcome and drove safely. Our tour guide was excellent. She was knowledgeable, respectful and explained the history of Auschwitz and Birkenau well. She answered questions. I want to be clear that my problem is not with Mr T or our guide. They were excellent. The problem was the customer service before the tour and the way the pickup change was handled. If a pickup time has to change, customers should be told as soon as possible. If you say that 5:30am is the earliest possible changed pickup, customers should not suddenly be given 5:10am without a proper explanation. Most importantly, if customers contact you because they are worried or confused, someone needs to answer. I think the company needs to be clearer when people book. If a pickup could potentially be as early as 5:10am, customers should know this before booking. A two-hour change can make a big difference. The tour was good, and both were fantastic. We were left stressed and frustrated before the tour because we could not get a clear answer, and finding out that other passengers had experienced the same thing made it even more disappointing. Overall, excellent driver, excellent guide and an incredibly important tour, but poor communication and customer service beforehand. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously because the problems could have been avoided with better communication and someone available to help customers properly and quickly.

We had the best time so easy pick up right on time the experience of the whole day was amazing to the bonfire tasting there home made vodka the thermal pool was unbelievable and are tour guide Dom was so lovely

Our trip was perfect we went with our guide Adam who was informative, kind and down to earth. He seemed genuinely interested in what we had done and made us feel no pressure for any time frames. He also made us feel comfortable to ask questions, and also offered us breaks at any Point. The trip ran smoothly and everyone involved was great. We would recommend Adam and krakow direct again.

Adam was a top-class driver who got us safely to the Krakow Salt Mines. Smooth driving all the way—apart from the roads trying their best to ruin the trip! He handled the bus like a Formula 1 car… just considerably slower. Always friendly, professional, and somehow kept us all in one piece. 10/10 driving, 10/10 patience with our questionable behaviour. Would happily let Adam drive us anywhere again—preferably somewhere with a bar at the end!

Our guide Domino was perfect, he was very friendly and made the experience even better, he kept us up to date with how the day was planned out and let us control the music right from the start of our journey! The quad biking and hot springs were very fun, I enjoyed all of it but it was very expensive, I originally paid £84 for all of this, but then had to pay an additional cost of £70 to have a quad for 1 hour which I found overpriced and I also wasn’t aware of until I booked, other than that the experience was great.

Our tour guide domino was amazing. He was so helpful, kept us well informed with what we were doing during the day, and was a friendly face the whole day. The quad biking was great- best part of our visit to krakow. Definitely felt short especially as we shared one quad due to how expensive it was and had to swap so only got 30 minutes each. The extra £70 for the quad biking felt unnecessary however it was still really fun! The hot springs at the end were good- we had 3 hours to spend there and it was lovely so much to do and so relaxing.

Company needs to advertise price better extra £70 pound per quad for 1 hour and went to terma bania not terma chocholow as advertised which h i have been to before and know is better on the plus side quads are fun but expensive for 1 hour driver and hosts at the quads were nice and friendly

I had an incredible experience from start to finish! Our guide, Mariusz, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and made sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout the tour. Riding the ATVs around the mountain was so much fun, with beautiful scenery and exciting trails. After the ride, relaxing in the thermal waters was the perfect way to end the experience. The combination of adventure and relaxation made this one of the highlights of our trip. Everything was very well organized, the equipment was in great condition, and Mariusz made the whole experience enjoyable with his positive attitude and attention to everyone in the group. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Mariusz, for such an unforgettable day!

Mariusz the guide was very nice and good company The tour itself, which has nothing to do with Mariusz, is way overpriced for what it is The “bonfire” was a tiny pit fire with a couple of small logs. The food was ok and no complaints. The quad biking was an extra £70, on top of the £84 for the trip itself. It lasted for a hour but was slow and sedate and not really inspiring. The thermal pools were a big disappointment. It’s basically just a glorified swimming pool complex. Having now done the trip, and spent £155 for the day, I’d say it was probably worth £40-£50. I definitely don’t feel like it was worth the money at all.

Very good experience with bus driver! He was very good on time and gave interesting information underway. Thé knowledge of thé guide was impressive to. It was a good experience overall and a recomandation.

Today we spent day in Zakopane starting with the quads then onto the BBQ followed by a trip to the thermal pools. The day was a mix of adrenaline and thrill to chilled relaxed vibes! Along with the actual day itself it was made much easier by the constant support and explanations from the tour guide/driver who was named Mariusz. He was super knowledgable and was really friendly! If anybody visits krakow I 100% suggest using these guys for your trips!

This activity is a must! Brilliant day from start to finish. Our guide was named Peter and everything was explained thoroughly. We started off on the quads, returned back around a camp fire were we ate lovely food then travelled to the thermal baths. Absolutely brill day!
