From Krakow Snowmobile With Thermal Pools And Hotel Pickup

Chris and Marta were excellent guides for this tour! The quad-biking was so fun, a little bit scary to begun with as a newbie to it but the instructors were very patient, kind and by the end I was feeling super confident. We drove through rivers, through the forest and in a beautiful setting. The shepherds hut was gorgeous and Marta and Chris were very accommodating as I am a vegetarian and I was made sure that I had enough to eat! The food was gorgeous, cooked by the hosts over an open fire, with vodka tasting, hot drinks and a gorgeous view of the mountains. The thermals pools were also spectacular, take the time to visit all of the different bits in it! It is brilliant. Overall an amazing experience and I can’t thank Marta and Chris enough for being so kind, entertaining, knowledgeable and keeping the good tunes going on the bus. Will definitely book again when I (inevitably) come back to Krakow!! Thank you!

We had a lovely day at Zakopane. Our guide Peter was great. We had some good food and 3 hours at the thermal pods which was plenty of time. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience for solo, couples or families. Full day of activities. Well worth the price and recommend anyone visiting krakow to use these guys. I had Mirek as our tour guide. He was so friendly gave us the history of each place we visited and even went into the history of Poland. Had Lucas as our bus driver. Felt very safe with him driving and he was very friendly too. The pair made our experience amazing.

This trip was something different that me and my partner really enjoyed. Our guide Olaf was amazing giving us more knowledge and facts surrounding krakow and Poland and adjusted the trip how we wanted with a constant smile and happy attitude. As for the activity’s the quad bikes were a great experience and the food made for us was delicious. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a trip outside krakow.

We had a fantastic day everything ran smoothly and was so well organised.Maciek what was the perfect host so attentive? He even drove a few hundred yards off the route so that we could say that we had been into Slovakia. And he cooks an excellent barbecue. The swimming pools were a little bit different than I thought, I was expecting just a spa but it was more of a waterpark.

We had an amazing day out during this trip. We started with being picked up just a 10 minute walk from where we were staying. Our driver Peter was a lovely man who took great pride in informing us on the rich history of Poland. The quad biking was absolutely fantastic, a really wild experience with plenty of places for photos. We were then accompanied by Peter to a nearby place for some traditional Polish food where he shared with us the customs of his country. He made us feel very welcome and I feel like we learnt a lot from him. The thermal spa afterwards was amazing. So many pools to try, it was incredibly relaxing. The swim up bars were great and very well priced too! Overall, a great day out!

we had a wonderful experience with our guide peter. he messaged us before hand to make sure we had everything ready and was at the pickup point before we got there even though we were ten minutes early. i think it was reasonably priced considering this was an all day experience. there was not much snow at the time of our visit so we did quadbiking instead and the company was lovely, they made sure we had a great time. the thermal pools were great and we could’ve spent an entire day there if we had the time. they weren’t too busy and even when it did start to pick up there was still plenty of space. every aspect was just amazing and i would really recommend making the time for this entire experience

Had an amazing experience.Pawel our driver and guide was so friendly,chatty,and professional at all times.we honestly had the best time of our lives.we went on the quads and that was fantastic!what an experience. But the person who ran it was so polite and friendly. I would 1million percent recommend this company. We are going back to krakow next year and we will be going through A thousand miles.

We booked the Quad ride and thermal baths with thousand miles. Everything was amazing, Marta our trip leader was so friendly, great communication on pick up times and was there when she said she would be. Comfortable car journey to Zakopane offering restroom stops or if we needed to stop for coffee. We enjoyed it all and we thank Marta for making this enjoyable. What an incredible day! The quad biking adventure through the mountains was an absolute highlight. The trails were exciting, the views were breathtaking, and everything was perfectly organized. After the ride, we enjoyed a relaxing bonfire in a beautiful scenery next to the mountaineers hut, we had some polish bbq and the highlanders cheese, which was the perfect way to unwind. The excursion ended with a visit to the thermal baths, making the whole trip a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. A huge thank you to our driver, Kamil, who prepared everything so well and made sure the entire day went smoothly. He was professional, friendly, and always happy to help, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kraków. It was one of the best experiences of our trip!

We had a fantastic time on this day. It was our favourite of our trip. We were very lucky to have been the only ones on our trip. However I do think this would have been just as good part of a group. Kamil was our guide throughout and he was lovely, informative and helpful in our trip beyond the excursion. Couldn’t have asked for a more attentive person to have been with. Communicated via WhatsApp and was quick in responses too. Great guy! Zakopane was a beautiful idillic place. We attended in June 2026 and were lucky enough to have had nice weather that day (clear sky 20°C). Marko was our guide for Quadding and was super helpful to us who hadn’t drove a quad before! It was awesome. Would definitely love to do this day again in the snow to experience a snowmobile ride and view. We stopped at a hut to try local foods and drink. it was a sufficient dinner before heading to the thermal pools. This was busier than expected. But a great location for both children and adults. With indoor and outdoor pools, as well as slides, a spa, and an adult only and child only section. Should you forget anything. All is able to be purchased at the shop there. 3 hours there feels suffice. 100% recommend and will do this again if the opportunity arises in the snow! To pack: Wear Comfortable clothing Extra socks (my socks got wet despite having protective gear on when quadding) Swimwear Towel Wet shoes optional Waterproof Phone protective case is optional but phones are allowed in the pools

I and my Partner were very impressed with Kamil (our Guide) from his initial Contact and Communication until the safe return to our Hotel at the end of the Excursion.The Quad experience,Bonfire/BBQ lunch and Thermal Pools proved to be more exciting,tasteful and therapeutic than we had percieved.Kamil was very informative and reliable throughout the day and was even correct about us needing a nap on the return journey to our Hotel in Krakow after our fun AND relaxing day.Will certainly recommend this to anyone visiting this area in Poland.

Kamil picked us up from the hotel on time and was an excellent communicator throughout the day. The quad experience was great fun and more adventurous than we could have expected ! The bonfire, food and Vodka was very authentic that gave a welcome twist to lunch The baths were very relaxing to end the day 😊 A fab day given by all involved…… Keep it up !!

Experience was 10/10. Pick up was on time. Guide was so informative, friendly, really knew his stuff! Everything was seamless. The guide really took their time with their information and was very prompt with his timings. Just was a really good company to go with! I was a solo traveler and I felt so safe. You get picked up, then we pick up the rest of the people, then we go to a couple of the traditional houses and learn about how people lives in 1885. Then we go to a hunt/house for the vodka/cheese tasting. After, straight to zakopane, where you use the cable cars to go up to the views and the famous street. You are let loose for two hours to roam free and then to meet back at the bus. Thermal baths are next, which was so relaxing. You don’t need more than 2.5 hours there. I went in the rain and the baths were steaming outside. Would highly recommend.

This was a really good trip including several stops on the way for a cheese tasting and a tour around a traditional house. Haroune our tour guide was very helpful and his English was very good. Our main reason for the tour was the thermal spas which we would have preferred more time at than Zakapone but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Only negative we were given 3 times to choose from to pick up of 8, 8.30 and 9 and also paid extra for hotel pick up. After booking we were asked to meet the bus elsewhere and were told to be there at 8.05 it was only 5 minutes away and we found it ok but was not what we paid for.

I have had the best experience and trip of the whole holiday. Everything was spot on and you got to see so much beauty and nature Poland has to offer. Haroune was actually the best tour guide I have had in my whole life , his positivity, kindness and the way he entertained us the whole way I would not want to have a different guide. Same goes to our driver we had. Smooth ride the whole time and just pure vibes the whole trip. I can’t thank them enough. You guys have a very special tour guide in your company. Again thank you so much. Had the best time ever.

Best day ever we loved every minute of it even with a heavy night the day before MACIEK was brill explained our day helped us through it very friendly and all round lovely man... the guy on the quads was brill showing us videos of the animals in the mountains lovely genuin guy.. food was great villages we passed were stunning spa was very busy but still enjoyable ♡ highly recomend
