Beautiful thermal baths, clean and very well kept. Saturday night was very busy, found it tricky to find spaces to go to relax.

Really well organised, Kamil our driver was great; super friendly and clear with the instructions. The thermal baths are amazing, it's such a clean, well-organised facility in beautiful surroundings. We definitely want to return one day!
Really really busy, the quiet and relaxation part was nice but other parts were too busy. Not very relaxing or calming, more of a children’s swimming centre.
We got the stop 15mins before our pick up time and at 4:05pm no one came to pick us up or had contacted us. I phoned the given number and no one answered. Later someone else phoned me and I told them our issue so they checked with our driver. Turned out there was a technical issue and it was meant to be for the next day. They were trying to push it on us to do it the next day but we couldn’t cuz we were flying home and not gonna lie, part of me is kind of glad after reading the 1 star reviews.
The guide or driver is really nice. Nice experience in total. The place is nice. In total is all great
Evening Spa was great much needed after a long day walking around. Michal was super helpful with taking us and returning us he gave us much needed information. We would book again.
We thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Pick up was easy and our driver was super friendly and informative The minibus was comfortable and we ended up making new friends on there The spa itself was beautiful, clean, and well kept You get a wristband to purchase things - drinks, food, locker is included too. Theres even a swim shop incase you forget anything Would highly recommended
The drive there and back was very long and our driver was obviously tired and was driving all over the road. At one point he had to brake really hard and we all went flying. My friend jolted her neck and has since suffered and has to have surgery.
Fantastic evening experience, thermal pools and scenery were truly beautiful. Tour guide Michael was friendly, knowledgeable and ensured the trip went to plan. Would certainly recommend.
Great experience. Driver Michal was funny and spoke great English. Van was new and very clean. Maybe more AC if anything to mention. Would recommend the trip and our driver.
The whole experience was so relaxing and was just what was needed
This would be an excellent trip for a family with young children… We did the evening trip and obviously couldn’t see the scenery in the dark - my tip would be go during the daytime!
The outdoor adult pool, which has a bar, is downstairs. This is quieter than the main pool which is very busy. There are also jacuzzi on this level
Worth the 2hr drive was amazing especially at night had a outdoor bar in the swimming pool with a live dj playing. As well as many other baths and slides
This tour is well worth it! The tour guide was great his driving was perfect felt very safe. He was very knowledgable about the baths. Defiantly a must do if in Krakow.
The drive there is now 3 hours. The tour leaves at 4pm just as rush hour starts and the highway is covered in roadworks. The driver only told us this as we left. Had we known we wouldn’t have gone on the trip. 5 hours in a coach for 3hours in the spa. We got home at midnight too tired to do anything else except go to bed. It ruined our last night in Krakow
Amazing time guide was awesome and very helpful, would 100% recommend, relaxing spa swim up bar we loved it
Excellent place to visit .Thermal baths are great to relax in ,out door pool has a swim up to bar if you want a drink while relaxing .
Great experience, Michael our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. He made everyone feel at welcome and put us at ease. The Thermal Baths & Spa was a lot of fun.
Really enjoyed this experience. Was picked up promptly, tour guide was friendly and funny and made us feel very well looked after. He explained the layout and order of events and what to expect. The baths were busy but our tour guide highlighted ahead of arrival which pools are less crowded. Love the swim up bar and the temperature from in the water to outside the water was massive.
A really nice trip overall. We visited in the evening, so it was probably less crowded, which made the experience even more relaxing. There were plenty of pools to try, and although the travel time was about 1 hour 45 minutes each way, it was definitely worth it.
Amazing experience, did evening visit, all lit up, outdoor pools were fab, sad couldn’t see the mountains! Long bus journey but worth it.
Experience was worth every penny. Amazing building beautiful pools and Jacuzzis and definitely try the food in the brassiere Coach trip up to the site was great, driver/ guide was friendly and interacted with passengers. Would highly rate both the event and the driver/transport
Brilliant for relaxation also fun if you are taking children staff were great and good communication throughout pick up and drop off
The journey time from Krakow is around two hours each way but we felt it was worth it to experience these baths. It can get very busy, we went of an evening and had three hours there and could have stayed more. So many pools and spas to go in and the atmosphere was perfect.
I had so much fun; the baths were so much more enjoyable than I hoped and everyone had a blast. Your driver, Michael, was very friendly, and funny, and everyone loved him! He was also helpful to some travelers who were experiencing a tough go. Just great; many thanks! Susan H.
Fantastic trip, the transfer was on time and the driver was very informative about the place, giving us tips on how to get the best out of it. It wasn’t too busy when we went (a Monday) however I am told if you book for a weekend there could be up to 2000 people.
Found the pick up point easily next to the post office building on Wielopole, the driver who picked us up was very pleasant, took us about 2 hours to get there due to the Krakow traffic, which was no issue in the comfy minibus. Once we got to Chochołowskie Termy our driver took us inside and got our wristbands, the wristbands are used to gain access to the lockers and for any food or drink you get and you pay when you exit. The experience is amazing and the feeling you get when you step into the first pool is awesome, there is so much to do here from jacuzzis, brine pools, sulphur baths, saunas, slides, bubble pools and swim up bar. A thoroughly enjoyable evening experience.
The videos look amazing but do not do ot the spa justice. Took the wife for her birthday, though it would just be something she would enjoy, but we both loved it, already planning to go back.
Our driver Michal was excellent. These hot springs are better than the ones in Hungary by far. There id an outdoor pool with a bar in the pool! Amazing time would highly recommend.
Don't waste your money on this trip. The highlight of the evening was the friendly bus driver there and back. The rest was a total waste of money. This was supposed to be a relaxing treat for the evening of my partners 50th birthday. There was nothing relaxing about the place. Its a glorified Butlins or Center Parcs experience. The staff at the centre were ignorant, impossible to get served at the pool bar with only one member of staff ignoring people waiting in order etc. There was no monitoring of supposed quiet or over 16 areas with children everywhere. We went when it was quiet so god only knows how awful the place is in peak season.
We thoroughly enjoyed the thermal pools. Three hours went by quickly. Also a comfortable journey by driver.
Our driver was punctual, very friendly and accommodating. The experience in the thermal spa was outstanding. I suggest you pick the morning tour because there are lesser visitors in the morning and till earlier afternoon.
If your Polish is as good as our Icelandic you will struggle with this. Our driver had only broken English with limited vocabulary and so our understanding of what was where in the place was negligible. The changing rooms were relatively straightforward but after that we were aimlessly wandering around a water theme park with lots of children around. There were adults playing water volleyball in the only clear area in the outdoor pool, so space there was limited. It seems there was another outdoor pool but we didn’t realise this till we were waiting for our driver to take us home. The spa is only available at extra cost and all signage is Polish of course. The virtual tour of the centre didn’t help and seemed to be broken when I was trying to explore the centre before the trip. So, if you are looking for a relaxing spa trip - avoid. However if you want to explore a water park which normally hosts 4,000 visitors - enjoy. Oh and remember the transfer time really is 2 hours each way from Krakow.
Driver was such good fun and very knowledgeable about the region Wonderful experience all round throughly enjoyed it can highly recommend
The tour operators was definitely a 10/10 communication was perfect picked up on time , clean bus etc all perfect absolutely no problems. In regards to the actual place it was hell on earth absolutely nothing relaxing about it, I can only describe it like a chicken coop except that probably bigger, the outdoor pools that ramens with people. You can’t get a drink there was two people serving in the outdoor area. We stayed for 20 minutes and got a uber home.
amazing experience well worth it! we did the evening tour and loved it , driver jacob was also very nice and informative
Absolutely amazing ☺️☺️☺️ the best thing to do in krakow. The journey was lovely and the baths are awesome- for adults and children. Food there is also lovely
Amazing experience, so relaxing. We had such a good time and we’re definitely glad we went in the evening as the outdoor pools were gorgeous in the dark as well as the sunset. It was also not too busy. We had 3 hours at the thermal baths which was the perfect amount of time for us. Our driver Jacob let us know when he would be arriving, told us exactly where to wait and what car to look for. He was very kind and answered all our questions about Krakow on the journey. Since we were the only customers in his car that evening, he even dropped us off at our apartment so we could avoid walking back in the rain. Amazing price and we would 100% do this experience again.
The driver was friendly and very informative. Thoroughly enjoyed the thermal spa, so many different levels and various spas. Locker system is easy to use with the magnetic wrist bands that you also use to purchase food and drinks. Mountains surrounding the spa were outstanding as were the local villages we drove through.
The bus trip was 2 hours long, each way, and we didn’t know that it was a guided tour with chatter at least 80% of the trip to the Thermal bath. The bath was crowded with kaos and like a big water park with little feeling of SPA. The restaurant was closed and the kafeteria had terrible food. There were no DJ or party feeling, as the ad promised, even though we went on a Saturday evening.the bar had few drinks that where on the menu. I would never go there again.
Highly recommend this thermal bath spa tour! Lovely place to visit, different areas to go in when you are there! Had slides which were brilliant and also had different sauna’s which were good!
Great experience from start to finish! There is so much to do at the thermal pools you need a few days I'm sure. Relaxing whirlpools, cold water tanks, saunas, a huge zone specifically for children. Restaurants, bars even souvenir shops....The setting and surrounding areas are absolutely stunning and well worth a visit alone. There are three separate levels all with thermal pools, saunas, whirlpools, restaurants and bars. The bottom level has a swim up bar and can be a bit more lively whilst the thermal pool above is very similar without a swim up bar so is a little less lively. We didn't reach the 3rd level as we were there for 3 hours, but there is actually a smaller thermal pool with treatments available. Massage, facial etc. The whole place was spotless and I mean spotless. I myself do not usually enter pools as I know they can be far from healthy but these thermal pools are by far the cleanest pools I have ever entered. How they manage to keep them so spotless I am unsure of. The surrounding areas are also kept spotless and staff clear water from the floors and stairs constantly. Would I go back....hell yes but I would go for the whole day so that you could get the most from the whole place as there is genuinely so much to see and do. I'm a very anxious person myself and never go anywhere alone so I am always tense, but the moment I submerged myself in the thermal pools I felt relieved and free from tension and anxiety something that never happens!!! Although we thought that it would be like a bus man's holiday it certainly was not. The pools on the first and second level outdoors are big enough so you're not on top of everyone. Plenty of space to relax in the water and enjoy the cold night air. If you're not a fan of outside there are thermal pools inside too in abundance so plenty of dip space for everyone even the children. They do have slides for the adults although I did not try these myself as I said I would take the whole day there if returning as it is too big to explore in three hours. If returning to Krakow this would be one of the experiences that I would definitely do again.
Thermal baths were amazing, transfer was nearly a disaster but it worked out okay, be weary when booking as I had booked and paid months in advance then got a message on the day changing from hotel to bus stop which wasn’t a problem, but once we got to the bus the driver didn’t have us on the list and we couldn’t get in contact with the operators, thankfully he had 2 seats left so we were able to go but if the bus was full we wouldn’t have been able to go, bus was very small and cramped with little to no room for legs.
The journey up to the salt baths was beautiful , stunning scenery. The salt baths were so busy, noisy and overcrowded, it was hard to enjoy them. All the hot tubs were full and people were wandering looking for spaces to squeeze in between strangers. On the plus side I enjoyed a reasonably priced meal in the restaurant Our driver was amazing, he helped me a lot as I was nervous finding my way back softer drop off. He also recommended places to visit in Krakow
Well planned pick ups the guides are friendly and informative can help you with questions to make the trip the best for you
Great experience. Loved the thermal waters and especially the quiet area downstairs. Great for over 18s. Michal our guide told us everything we needed to know and do!
What a fantastic place! The spa is ran incredibly well and very smooth. You have a wrist band when you enter which is for your locker, you then pay for drinks and food with the wristband and pay at the end so no need for you to take anything in the spa. Make sure you explore everywhere as there are so many different pools and jacuzzis. The changing area is fantastic, easy to get a locker and lots of cubicles to change. Make sure you take flip flops as the floor is rough to stop slipping. We visited on an evening, be aware the food outlets in reception shut early. We came out at 8pm to have food and found everything shut, as we got on the bus at 4pm we were understandably hungry so make sure you take food or eat when you’re in the spa upstairs, there is a buffet type of restaurant there. Transfer there was a great albeit very long. When getting off the bus make sure you stick around the find out what time you are due back. On the way back we were delayed as the bus driver stopped to get diesel but we were there for 15 minutes, not sure why he didn’t get it whilst we were in the spa…
Three hour journey time to get there. Worth it though. Can be very busy. Had an amazing experience everything you need is there
Amazing friendly driver thermal spa great experience a must do if visiting krakow I think night time was the best
