Chocholow Thermal Baths From Krakow

What an amazing evening we had at the spa. Lockers are included in the entry and the allocated wrist band both accesses the locker and is used for payment for food and drinks. Many different pools to try, 3 slides and natural pools. There really is something for everyone at this place. Drinks not extortionate.

Great place for families with kids, also for adult travellers too - adults only pools available also. Large place, plenty of things to do for young and older kids, very clean, organized space, beach was nice cherry on top. Places with refresments, restaurants on site, wide range of slides, medical pools available too. Changing rooms being cleaned constantly, only quality of hairdryers could be better. Extremely good value for money, offering good cusotmer service throught out too. We will definitely come back.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The Chochołowskie Thermal Baths were, without question, one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Poland. In fact, if this had been the only thing we had done on our holiday, I would still have come home completely happy. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the quality of the facilities. The entire complex is beautifully designed, with stunning traditional wooden architecture that creates such a warm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere. Every detail has been carefully thought through. What makes this place so special is that there truly is something for everyone. There are peaceful adults-only areas for complete relaxation, fantastic family pools, an amazing children’s water park, incredible outdoor thermal pools, and even a thermal jacuzzi where you can enjoy a drink from the swim-up bar while surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. It feels like a luxury spa and a family resort all in one. The sauna facilities are exceptional. From the intense saunas to the different wellness experiences, it was unlike anything we’ve experienced before. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. We spent several hours there, but honestly, we could have stayed all day. There are cafés, restaurants, plenty of places to relax, and we still didn’t have time to experience everything. Next time, I plan to book some of the spa treatments and make a full day—or even several days—of it. I’ve already decided that I’ll be returning with my daughter because I know she would absolutely love it. It has everything a family could want while still offering peaceful spaces for adults to unwind. This wasn’t just a visit to a spa—it was an experience. Luxurious, beautifully maintained, incredibly relaxing, and outstanding value for money. It created memories that we’ll treasure for a long time. If you’re visiting southern Poland, don’t even think about missing Chochołowskie Thermal Baths. It is an unforgettable experience, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We will most definitely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our guide Michal was really nice. He was a bit delayed because of traffic but he contacted us en we still got our 3 hours at the Therme. He waited to pick us up en drops us off and gave us information that we needed for the Therme.

Amazing day from start to finish from the message from Oskar informing us he was in his way to drop off at our hotel. Very clean vehicle, professional and helpful guide nothing was too much trouble to making new friends. Exceptional trip and well worth the money. Thank you Oskar.

We had the most wonderful and helpful driver named Oskar. His vehicle was clean and very comfortable. He got us there and back safely. Very friendly, explained what will happen when we got to the therma spas. We had the best afternoon/evening and that was all thanks to Oskar

We had the most wonderful trip to the thermal baths and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The baths themselves were absolutely beautiful and so relaxing, but what really made the afternoon special was our driver, Michal Michal was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the journey. He shared lots of interesting information about the thermal baths and walked us through it from start to finish, which made the trip even more enjoyable and memorable. Nothing was too much trouble, and his warm personality helped create a fantastic atmosphere from start to finish.The drive was enjoyable and smooth from the pickup to drop off. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. We ended up having a bus to ourselves as they had overbooked. This did mean our time moved, however it didnt effect us or our trip. Our tour guide (think he was called jacob) was fantastic. Very informative throughout. Stopped half way for a toilet break and to grab a drink. The views and houses on the drive are amazing. Got to the therma spa and Jacob talked us through all. We hired towels while we were they. They give you a wrist band that you use to buy drinks with in the pool area. Plenty of cubicals and lockers work by scanning your wrist band. Plenty of pools, jacuzzis and saunas to use. Was quite busy when we visited but still had room to use everything.

The whole experience was incredible, from the drive to the spa to the spa itself. Matthew our driver was so friendly and so helpful, providing us with all the information we needed and even when we got to the spa, he helped us all check in as well as direct us to our lockers. He was on time to pick up and drop off. The spa itself is incredible, the views, the pool options, everything. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Matthew our driver was excellent. We had a brilliant experience from pick up to drop off, the trip was well organised and very relaxed. Matthew took our guide and i couldn’t recommend him more, he was very very accommodating and friendly. Would 100% recommend.

We went for a half day tour to the chocholow thermy. Magnificent experience thanks to our driver/leader Matthew, picked us from the hotel and transfered us to the thermal baths and back, he was well prepared he talked us through the experience and gave us tips for the thermal baths, also the skip the entry tickets provided were excellent and the music in the car was very nice. Timings were very accurate and that was perfect for our tight schedule.

Had really good time especially with Matthew who did our tour he was really insightful. Best part of going to krakow was deffo the thermal baths and worth the trip!

2 hour drive worth it, For a great party style or chill style experience Cheap beers and dj on Weekend. Big up *Michael* knowledgeable Host and safe driver. Recommend!

The whole experience was amazing from start to end. Michal was brilliant with picking us up on time and getting us all hyped up for the long drive there and telling us some great information and the best areas to go and at what time. The baths were great and food was cheap with lovely friendly staff.

Pick up was informative in the morning, arrived on time. Lots to do at the baths, 3 hours doesn’t feel long enough and then on journey home Oskar our driver gave us some information on the houses beside the thermal baths and things. Dropped off back at hotel and all in all had an amazing experience highly recommend

Would definitely recommend this trip! michael our driver was lovely and very helpful. the whole experience was very easy from pick up to drop off and explained to us very well by michael. The thermal baths were great would definitely return.

Over all had a good time. The transportation was great and Oskar the guide was really friendly and gave us great facts about the landmarks we drove past. It was quite overwhelming when we arrived as it was extremely busy with families and school trips of children. Luckily we managed to find an adults only section which was quieter so we managed to make the most out of our time. The facilities were extremely clean and the staff were attentive.

Had a terrible end to the day here. If you use the spa part you have to hire towels. On getting changed a child kept putting his things on my tell and hence his family walked off with my wet towels. The reception staff did not believe me! And had no interest in checking my rucksack. Even our your guide couldn’t get them to waive the fee. They made me pay an extortionate lost towel fee that was more than the additional spa entrance fee. They were so rude to me I was treated so badly. Ruined the experience. The place is nice but extremely overcrowded and touristy. There’s trying to cram too much in for one place. Main thing was staff. So rude and rude to our tour guide who was lovely.

The baths themselves were relaxing, beautifully maintained, and exactly what we were hoping for—but what truly made the day unforgettable was our tour guide, Oskar. From the moment we met him, Oskar went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We had accidentally booked the wrong option, and instead of letting it become a problem, he immediately took charge and sorted everything out for us without any stress. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine desire to ensure we had the best time made all the difference. Thanks to Oskar, what could have been a stressful situation turned into one of the highlights of our trip. His attention to detail and great attitude made the whole experience feel personalized and effortless. I can’t recommend both the thermal baths and Oskar highly enough

I recently booked a trip to the Zakopane thermal baths and the whole experience was very smooth. My driver, Michal, was outstanding, very informative, friendly, and extremely accommodating. He made the trip genuinely enjoyable. When I return in the future, I would love to have Michal as my driver again. He really made the experience exceptional.

Jordan was lovely he picked us up and dropped us with no issues at all. The spa was really well explained and he made sure we had everything we needed and hung about until we had finished. The spa was well worth a visit as the main one was shut so we went to terma bania and had a great time.

We went to Bania thermal baths as the usual one was closed due to maintenance. This was great as we have now done both locations for thermal baths. Piotr was our guide, his communication before pick up was great. Bania thermal baths was clean, nice staff and good changing rooms. Piotr sorted out our tickets, and was very relaxed and willing to help should we need anything when at the location. Had a few nice restaurants recommendations from Piotr and good conversation to and from the Bania.

Brilliant experience! Our tour guide Michal was brilliant, great person with a lot of useful information regarding the trip and had loads of fun facts about Poland and the culture. Great English, funny and easy to talk to. The baths were amazing. Would definitely book again, especially if Michal is working.

An amazing day out. We enjoyed every minute of it, from the spectacular views of the tatra mountains to the magical shepherd huts and to finish off a 3 hour spa experience in the amazing thermal baths. Our tour guide Mathew was brilliant. So helpful and knowledgeable, he really made us feel at ease in his company and delivered everything and more that we expected from this trip.

Great experience! ! Michael was a wonderful driver and guide . He was very friendly and approachable and really helped us make the best of the trip . He even helped with charging my phone . We were a gang of 5 females and it was quiet late when we got back and he was kind enough to drop us home .thanks Michael.

This trip should not be missed! Mike was an excellent driver and communicator while on this excursion. He gave us information so when we arrived at the thermal baths we were able to navigate the facility and use our time wisely. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. And the portions were huge! I thought about taking public transportation there, but was so relieved I did not as I would have not had insightful information and the way home would have been challenging in the dark. The bonus was dropping us off at the hotel. I highly recommend this experience and want to say thank you to Mike for a safe and memorable trip.
