Chocholowska Baths is the largest thermal complex in Podhale. The water is extracted from a depth of nearly 3,600 meters and submerged rocks, emit beneficial micronutrients such as sulfur, calcium, magnesium and sodium. Relax in the 8 whirlpool pools of thermal water with a temperature of 36 degrees Celsius. Dip in the swimming pool brine bath or outdoor swimming pools, all with a temperature of 36 degrees Celsius. The outdoor pools offer fun activities such as the Wild River, water basketball and volleyball, massage jets, waterfalls, volcano, geysers of air, water walls, grid swings and climbing water. Ride down an inflatable double slide, a pontoon slide and a seasonal slide with a trap door (open from March 27 to November 15 weather permitting). There is also a steam bath suitable for children. Relax in the salt cave or 'Textile' dry sauna, for those who do not want to use the regular steam sauna. The Chocholowska Baths also has a beautiful Highlander Cottage sauna observation deck (subject to events). The cooling pool on the terrace is a perfect treat to revitalize your energy. In addition, you can indulge in the Chocholowska Baths restaurant during your visit.
Very well organised, they kept in touch via WhatsApp. The pickup was on time and the journey in a very new minibus with a highly competent driver was flawless. Entry into the spa is included and the driver sorted all that out.
This was fun, but beware the listing is misleading. I don’t think it was done purposely. However, this is like a water park. There are children everywhere, which is fine if you’re expecting a water park. This was marketed as a relaxing evening in a spa like environment where you can relax in thermal pools with great views. It’s really just a bunch of heated pools inside and outside with splash pads for kids. The thermal pools containing the mineral water pumped up from the ground is not only an extra fee, but it also requires you to be naked to enter. I wish we were told that before booking the trip. My husband and I just hung out in an outdoor pool with a swim up bar. It was fine. Just not as expected. It was also pretty busy, so relaxation was out of the question. There were also no views. We got to see the countryside and the mountains as we were driving in but that was it. Our guide was great and everything ran on time. They picked us up around 4:30pm and we got there around 6pm. We left around 9pm and got back to Krakow around 10:30pm. They do have a swim shop where you can purchase flip flops. There is a restaurant inside.
The whole experience was incredible, from the drive to the spa to the spa itself. Karol , our driver, was so friendly, professional, and helpful. He provided us with all the information we needed, helped us check in when we arrived, and even directed us to our lockers, making everything completely stress-free. He was also perfectly on time for both pick-up and drop-off. The spa itself is absolutely amazing. The views are stunning, there are plenty of pools to choose from, and the entire experience was relaxing from start to finish. I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone visiting. It was one of the highlights of our trip!
From start to finish the trip was fantastic the baths were amazing and we had a great experience. It was all made very pleasant and comfortable by our driver/guild Karol, who was excellent and knowledgeable regarding the local area and surroundings.

Booked the evening experience for thermal baths through GetYourGuide. The whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. The pick up time/departure was very well communicated. Our tour driver Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave us updates along the way and clear information when we arrived at the baths. Even on the ride home Michael was happy to chat and share his love of music with us! Overall a very well done on a fabulous experience!
Thank you to Michal who maintained excellent communication with us before our collection. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the thermal baths and gave us lots of interesting information before we arrived and tips for while we were there! He even arranged a closer drop off for us to our hotel on the way back so that we didn’t have to walk as far at night. The baths were sensational!!!! 3 hours was enough time to enjoy the baths and grab some food there too.

We had a great experience at the thermal bath with my mother and son. The staff were accommodating, friendly, and very helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everyone around us had a positive vibe, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Even though we only had 3 hours, we made the most of our time and had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

We had a great trip to the Spa & Grzegorz gave us lots of information on the trip as well as making sure everyone knew what to do when we reached Chocholow. I was concerned about the journey time from reading other reviews of similar trips but the journey there only took 2 hours through rush hour & the way back was much less. The Baths were fabulous, especially the view of the mountains from the outer pools. I was expecting a lot of people but with so many areas to relax it never felt cramped. I’d definitely do the trip again and would recommend to everyone!

Grzegórzki was a super star, very knowledgeable and kind with a great sense of humour. 1.5 hour drive from an easy pickup point. The springs are AMAZING, you need to go for as long as possible as you could absolutely make a full day of it.
The trip was well organised from start to finish transport and pick was prompt and the driver Gregor was friendly and had a fantastic sense of humour, he was full of interesting information which made our journey even more fun. We did the morning trip to the thermal baths. Our driver Matthew was amazing! He picked us up from our hotel and checked us in to the spa, gave us lots of information about the local area and recommended places for us to eat and drink whilst in Krakow. The thermal spa was fantastic! We were very impressed with this trip. Great value for money too!

For the price, it's an incredible bargain. We had 3 hours inside but that was more than enough for us. Even though the ride was long at 2ish hours, Michal was extremely helpful and kept us entertained throughout. He told us all about the area and the best things to see. We wouldn't have survived the trip without him! Once you get inside, the views are amazing. Plus if you come in summer, it'll be quieter so definitely recommend then. Definitely worth coming for the viewing alone. Would definitely come back the next time I'm in Poland!
