Chocholow Thermal Baths Evening Experience From Krakow

The booking of the trip.. Everything was explained very well and quick and easy. Picked up right outside our apartment and the driver was soo friendly. I even sat in the front on the way back and he gave me some history of the buildings etc

We did the evening at the baths. It was very busy but it didn’t feel too overcrowded . our guide Lukas was brilliant .. picked up on time and was very knowledgeable regarding areas in Poland

So relaxing, will definitely be coming back ASAPPP🙏There was so much to see and so many different heated pools with activities like volleyball, wave pools, hot tubs etc. Thank you to our driver Wojtek too, he was very nice and made the journey very comfortable 🥰

3 hours goes very quickly, enjoy each second, maybe take 2 towels as we visited in the evening and therefore towels were very cold. Our guide Michael was just fabulous, very personable and provided a lot of information about krakow on the journey there.

Great trip and experience- we loved the thermal spa and our driver / tour guide was excellent - great driving (we had a slightly crazy driver on a different trip), and he was knowledgeable and amusing. We were also lucky that thermal spas weren’t that busy! The only negative is that we would have liked slightly longer in the spa - 4 hours (instead of 3) would have been perfect.

Very good organisation, everything was well planned and ran smoothly. The thermal baths themselves are a great place to relax, with a nice atmosphere and plenty of attractions. Definitely worth visiting!

Fantastic trip throughly enjoyed it. I was kindly collected from my hotel and dropped there when it wasn’t included. Our driver was very informative and friendly. Would defo book again

It was not what we was expecting but it was amazing! So much to do, so many different areas and suitable for everyone. Could probably have done with a map lol we got lost a few times haha. We went on a night time tour, if u want views etc id go daytime we couldnt really see anything and take flip flops! Only downside was how busy it was, would have been even better if it wasnt so crowded. Would def reccomend it though.

Walk through the shower room to get to pools it took a lot of us about half hour to find this out even after asking staff apart from this was a great time

The evening trip to the thermal baths was brilliant and would recommend. Our driver Raphal was really friendly and provided lots of information. Would definitely book again if we came back to Krakow. Thank you Raphal.

Michael was absolutely brilliant and the thermal spa was incredible! I took teenagers and they loved it, highly recommend!! Michael spoke amazing English and we enjoyed his chat and company - loads to tell us about Krakow and Poland! Go with him if you get the chance!

The driver was first class polite and very knowledgeable the complex was first class and very clean and tidy had a very good time

The thermal baths where great something it was something I had never even thought of doing but everyone really enjoyed it. The outside bar and dj were definitely the highlight, we could have spent the whole day there. Our guide was also excellent he was very knowledgeable about the history of the surrounding area.

What a fantastic place -4 and being able to swim in hot springs with snow falling its a bucket list memory. I would recommend this place it will blow you away. Clean, organisation is smooth it's for all ages even babies. ( Toddles) would recommend taking a waterproof phone case to capture the stunning views. ( doh I forgot to take one,)

The thermal baths are fantastic and well worth the two hour trip to get there. Lots of different pools and experiences and a swim up bar outside. It was quite busy, but that was expected and didn’t detract from our enjoyment. The changing facilities were clean and the wrist band system works very well for food and drink purchases. Restaurant food was great. Cocktails seemed a little watered down but were still fun. Service very slow at the swim up bar, long queues all evening. The pick up point is a bit busy/chaotic with many people and excursion buses and it isn’t easy to work out which bus you should get on. The minibuses are modern and comfortable, but the heating was turned up so high it was unbearable.The driver didn’t seem to understand any English and wouldn’t turn it down, however hard people tried to explain and ask for it to be turned down or some air to be allowed in. Everyone was sweating and extremely uncomfortable.

Our best trip of the holiday. Amazing experience. So clean, modern and well organised. We went in the evening, would definitely go again and do the full day tour

Amazing experience, 1.5 hours travel by mini bus was definitely worth it. If we had more we would have booked the full day trip, highly recommend

Baths were amazing! Long drive there but awesome place to be. Driver was great, was a small van with a small group. Make sure you explore all of the thermal baths to not miss anything

Thermal bath was very nice, very relaxing and did not feel too busy even though it was. Transfer to the thermal pools was long however was made enjoyable by our driver Michal. Very knowledgeable and friendly and spoke to us well about the agriculture and surrounding areas and landscapes and also kept us informed about the thermal pools.

Would go again but not at that time it took 3 hours to get there due to rush hour traffic. Our driver Michael was fabulous. Nothing was to much trouble,explained everything before we got there loads of information made the trip for us. Baths were ok, unfortunately been to better.

Our favourite part was the super baths. Loved the concept of the whirlpool we found really amusing. Food was nice, enjoyed the apple crepe. View Looked lovely as the sun came down .

The tour guide themselves are amazing, no complaints. Really easy process and convenient pick up places. The thermal baths themselves however are really busy, as expected so take note that patience is needed. Especially when the adults only areas is smaller than expected and there are no pools child free, even the DJ/bar ones are filled with children.

Amazing, we booked through get ur guide and our driver Rafiel was so lovely and spoke to us the whole way. The thermal baths was amazing and night dj, drinks everything. A must to visit if you come to krakow

Absolutely stunning place to visit. If you’re staying in krakow and thinking about doing a trip to the thermal baths, it is absolutely worth the journey there and back.

The cold air made the thermal outside pool seem that we were in a cloud of steam it was awesome and an absolute privileged experience would love to share and do it all again

The drive to the thermal baths was quite long (about 2 hours), but once we arrived, we were given 3 hours to use the facilities. The baths are absolutely stunning. My favourite part, was the outdoor party, complete with a bar & a dj. The vibes were insane & I thoroughly enjoyed it. It would be nicer to have longer than 3 hours, but it is still plenty of time. Our driver was a very nice man also.

We had a brilliant time at chocholow thermal bath in the evening, tarek was our driver and was great, he was very informative and on time, the drive can be long so take drinks and maybe a snack for the journey, once there you can get food and drink inside, take flip flops and a towel but you can hire a towel there, would recommend

This tour was an amazing experience a highly recommended all around enough time to spend in all the floors

Great facilities, very relaxing, very clean. Outdoor pool is amazing. We had some food, it was all clean, staff helpful. Was very nice to float in the pool and look up at the stars.

Had the best time on this trip from start to finish…our driver was super chatty, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us get some food at the end of our trip. The baths itself was so much fun especially the disco pool with a swim up bar…the pools are lovely and warm and super clean.

Our Driver Victor was great! We had a wonderfully time. Pick up at hotel was great! Highly recommend.

The pools were a little busy but the adult only section was great and the saunarium was worth the extra money.

We only booked the trip at 10am and was booked on for the same evening. Michael picked us up at 4pm and was really efficient at getting us on the bus, allowing a toilet break at getting us there in good time. The van was clean with air conditioning which’s as great, Michael was extremely friendly and professional with very good english which helped us if we had any questions. He checked us in when we got there and gave us loads of information. He went above and beyond. We had a great experience in the thermal baths, they were beautiful and the sights were unreal.

tareq was fabtastic, polite spoke good english and explained all of the evenings events in detail on the way there. he was flexible with pick up/departure time so that everyone could be most pleased with their evening. the baths themselves were awesome. busier than expected but there are lots of pools and things to do. thank you tareq

the facilities are great. the organization is very efficient. it is an experience worth trying. although we went on a public holiday (1/5) and to access the Jacuzi needed a bit of waiting, everything else was immediately accessible (maybe a bit of a queue for the water slides)

Potentially the facility is very nice, services excellent organizations impeccable. But you have to understand the concept of spas .. It makes me think of a place to relax and for this reason I was disappointed because it is actually a place for fun (have you ever seen a bar in the center of a thermal pool as if you were in a tourist village in Egypt ???) and a playground with slides for children; there are areas dedicated to adults, but I strongly advise against Saturday or Sunday and holidays, where the density is such that you can not even see the water in which you are immersed. If you have to go, go away from the holidays and I hope that this way you can prove me wrong. For everything else, great organization, very professional, clean services.
