The place was wonderful. Very large pools, lots of different fountains and ways to be entertained. However, this excursion left a lot to be desired. We were supposed to be met at the door and given a tour of the facility which never happened. It was very difficult to pull up the tickets and that caused a further delay. So I feel like I paid for a tour and towels and things that we never got.

We booked this last night and I received very helpful instructions from our guide Kaja, she was clear and concise, I had a couple of questions to ask and she was responsive to those too which was helpful! The place itself is lovely, it’s quite busy but that’s understandable as it’s a popular place to visit but was so refreshing and relaxing! The 16+ bit is lovely, the only downside being when the little walk to and from the outside pool it’s freezing 😂 but again it’s minor for such a nice time. Overall was a great little outing for me and my partner & again thank you to Kaja for the great communication, clear instructions & making everything smooth and simple, highly recommend!

The tour guide, Simon, was very helpful and kind. We were late because of traffic, but he still waited for us and explained everything clearly. Highly recommended.

My visit to Chochołowskie Termy was truly an outstanding experience. The atmosphere was vibrant and relaxing at the same time, and the feeling of swimming in high-temperature thermal pools—especially while the water temperature gradually changes—was simply incredible and energizing. The outdoor pools were my favorite part, offering a unique and almost wild sensation of warmth, comfort, and total relaxation. Everything was well organized, clean, and thoughtfully designed to enhance the overall experience. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr. Paweł, who went above and beyond to make my visit smooth and memorable. His friendliness, professionalism, and readiness to help truly elevated my experience and made it unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zakopane or the surrounding area. I will definitely come back again!

It is great place to relax yourself in thermal waters. A bit crowded though but aside from that all great. There is a lot of pools to be in

Everything was good, except when reserving it said all day pass, but in reality we got 3h pass and had to pay for extra time.

A relaxing and refreshing experience. The spa is clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent thermal pools . Simon was really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Our host Mirek was fantastic! He met us on arrival and gave us our bands which are used for the lockers and payment for everything within the Spa. You pay at the end for anything you’ve used your band for. The spa itself is amazing! We spent the majority of our 3 hour session in the outdoor pool which had stunning views of the mountain. I highly recommend visiting if you are in Krakow. You can get a Flix bus directly from Krakow to Zakopane for around £10 and then a local bus for around £2 or an uber for around £13 to Chocholowskie Spa. It was one of the highlights of our stay.

I have never booked through get your guide before so I was very dubious about doing so, we were booking last minute for the next day to Zakopane from Krakow. The booking process was straight forward and we received confirmation straight away and we also got a message within the hour from Simon our guide for the day trip with details pick up time and lots of knowledgeable info and also gave us his contact number. On the day everything was perfect, pick up was on time and Simon was a fantastic guide, funny friendly,informative and helpful I think out of all the many trips I have done world wide this one is one of the best and Simon was the best guide, he really gave 100% to making the day fun and enjoyable.He sent us several text full of helpful tips throughout the day eg where to visit on the trips where to eat,drink, the do's and don'ts he even sent a message after the trip full of tips and things to do, eat, visit when back in Krakow. The trip was well worth the money 3 amazing stops I will deffinately be using thousands miles again on future trips and will use get your guide in the future. Simon deserves a big well done for making everyone feel welcome and at ease, he was really funny but informative at the same time.

Felt like a waste of money. Skipping the queue worked fine but the ‘host’ was no help at all, handed us the bracelets, gave no useful tips on how to make the most of our time beyond what we’d find out from any receptionist, only offered more info when asked specific questions and then, with a cynical smirk, announced ‘I’m done here’ and disappeared. We had lots of attractions booked in the area and this was, by far, the most rude and useless bit of customer service we came across. Not what I expected from a ‘host’. The place itself was extremely busy and overcrowded.

Got to skip the queue and our host, Niko, explained to us where all the main pools were. He was very friendly and informative, made the experience a lot easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend this company!

Mirek, our guide, was very professional. We arrived 10 minutes late due to roadwork and he was waiting for us. Communication with him was great, in English and Polish. The thermal center was spectacular. At the time we went, it was not very crowded with people, therefore, even better.

The hot springs are overcrowded in August; it is difficult to relax. Although their services, their size, and the variety of pools and waters are worth it.

We went to the thermal baths and the service from Mirek was excellent. He helped us at all times. I highly recommend the experience

The place where they are is wonderful, a really beautiful landscape, a sort of plateau about 900 meters high; when we were there there was still enough snow residue and some slopes were still open.

Place is good there is enough parking, parking is inexpensive 10 pz all day. The very place inside is a large many pools with hot water there are also saunas and a Jacuzzi many attractions for children. The only problem with opening a locker is no pens and everyone is tormented.

Nice spa, but unfortunately far too many people. Sometimes there was no room for bathing, so crowded it was. When leaving the thermal baths at the cash register very, very long waiting time.
