Auschwitz-birkenau Museum Guided Tour

Early pick up but everything was fine, driver drove safetly, guide answered for our questions, Museum is must have to visit in Poland

Amazing to see but so sad to see what people went through . Max our tour driver was so lovely and helpful, he was so informative and gave us so much information about other stuff as well. He even offered his jacket to my elderly sister in law as she was getting cold! The car we travelled in was immaculately clean and nothing was too much trouble for him. Would definitely recommend and give 10/10

Marcel was a great driver, guiding us where to go at the Museum when we arrived. He also kindly made a quick pit stop on the return so we could feed hungry kids!

Gr8way was a huge help for us – two tourists from Finland. We were completely confused by the insane information given to us by the Holocaust museum when we tried to book a visit. First they said we can visit today, then they said we can't visit today, then they said book tickets online, and then the website didn't allow us to book tickets online, and of course, even though there was room left, they wouldn't allow us to book the tickets on the phone. Then we decided to book a trip with Gr8way and their driver Max. Thank goodness! Max took us to the museum and was a huge help for us. We got a fast ride in a comfortable private car, and Max even helped us out with our ticket problems. First he made some phone calls, and when we got to the museum, he went to the ticket office and handled everything for us. Without him, we would have given up on the entire trip.

Krystian was provided a Very professional service and was a friendly driver. He was on time and makes sure our visit start well. He drives save, I even felt asleep…

Bartek was on time and drove us safely from our hotel to Auswitz-Birkenau (and back). He was a nice guy and if you like soccer, he is your man. He also recomended a few places in Krakow for having diner (were actually good). Everything you need from a taxi driver.

The driver picked me up at the hotel on time. I had no issues and no complaints. The return trip was fine as well.

Everything was simple to book and well organised. I feel the information of pick up, times and 'needs to know' could of been sent across earlier. Bus was clean, comfy and we were able to leave larger bags on the bus. The tour guide was super friendly, organised and very passionate about her job which helped to make the experience even more incredible.

The only hiccup was an issue with my hotel pickup. Thankfully I was booked on another tour the same morning and we were on our way. Our tour guide was awesome. She was this little older Polish women and she was very good at sharing details and stories about all the spots she took us to. It was very moving and something everyone should experience. We were there the week of the anniversary so there was a lot of preparations being made for all the survivors and dignitaries.
