Auschwitz Birkenau Guided Tour Transport From Krakow

Well worth going, but make sure it's during daylight hour. It was late by the time we got across to the Birkenau camp and there was very little visibility.

Pick up was outside our apartment on time. Driver explained the journey and what to expect once we arrive. Was given lots of information before the day regarding taking ID etc. was offered a packed lunch but we refused so don’t know if it was value for money. The guide was very clear and gave us a lot of information throughout the visit. I would like to go back and take a slower walk about so we could read the information throughout the camp, but know when there is a lot of groups we had to move with the flow which was fine. Both camp experience was worth the visit and highlights the devastation that occurred throughout that time.

Unlike other tours I have been on, our driver was brilliant not speeding and I felt safe. We were lucky our driver was our tour guide as well. It was a very chilling experience and hard hitting hearing the suffering that people went through because of the Nazi. Definitely, a worth while trip.

Excellent tour, transport with lunches included and it was all perfect. We booked at the last minute and Julian and Jakub were both so helpful when booking and on the day, highly recommend.

The tour of both places was very humbling. The guide was very informative and was able to impart the importance of the site and for people to learn from it. In getting to the site our driver Max was very attentive to the tour groups needs. He was informative as well concerning letting us know about his experience with the sites. All and all a great tour and would recommend it.

Absolutely excellent experience from start to finish! Everything was perfectly organized, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We were picked up directly from our hotel in a clean, modern 8-seater minibus, which made the whole journey very comfortable. Our driver was fantastic and drove very safely, which made us feel completely relaxed throughout the trip. Everything was organized from A to Z, so all we had to do was enjoy the experience and focus on the visit. The guide was also outstanding. His English was excellent, and he had an incredible amount of knowledge about Auschwitz and its history. He explained everything clearly and respectfully, making the visit both informative and deeply moving. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kraków. If you want a stress-free, comfortable and professionally organized trip to Auschwitz, this is definitely the way to do it. Great service, great organization and an unforgettable experience. Excellent tour - hotel pickup appreciated and opportunity to pre order lunch meant less lineups. Driver Max was courteous and the Auschwitz guide excellent. Increased my understanding of the scope and scale of these atrocities. Walking through the buildings, gas chambers and crematoriums was very powerful.

Max was our guide and he was incredible - So sweet and kind and informative! My cousin and I loved him and he made the tour that much more enjoyable. The lunches he provided were delicious. All in all wonderful tour, and a great guide.

I highly recommend this tour! After another company cancelled our tour, we managed to book this one at the last minute, and everything went perfectly. The transport picked us up from the hotel on time, the visit to the museum and both camps was excellent, and we had an English-speaking guide throughout. The return journey to Krakow was also smooth. Everything was well organised from start to finish!

Had an exceptional trip with our driver Max. He did a great job with details, follow up & guidance. We really appreciated all his extra efforts. The tour guide was difficult to hear due to limited headset volume available & another tour guide so close behind talking in another language. Our tour guide’s English unfortunately wasn’t the best. I understand it is probably difficult to find English speaking tour guides. It was definitely a tour I would recommend to others. Very organized & on time. The pickup & drop off at our hotel was great!

Very good trip to visit Auschwitz and Birkenau yesterday. I was picked up from the agreed upon location. Communication between myself and Max made the pickup process very easy. He was an excellent driver and made sure we all got what we needed during the trip. Even stopping at a gas station about 10 miles away from Auschwitz to avoid the long WC lines at the location. Thinking of bringing my friends next time and would definitely try to set this up with Max if that happened.

Our visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau was professionally arranged through the agency and the best value for money. Max was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! He wasn't just our driver/guide - he made sure we understood everything and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the whole day! First of all, I wanna start with mentioning our driver and host Max, he was brilliant from start to finish. Very calm, reassuring and helpful. We had our tour booked to return back to our hotel, however I though that this might make us unable to make our return flight home. I asked Max if it would be possible to tell us the time we would arrive back at the hotel, I explained the predicament and he reassured me that we would be back in time to make our flight. I was still nervous as I didn’t want to risk it and miss our flight. I wanted to be fully immersed in the tour and not have to worry about this and not fully embrace the experience. Rest assured, Max said that the airport was on route back to our hotel and that if we like he will drop us off at the airport. I was delighted with that. Now I could fully focus and enjoy the experience and not have to constantly check my watch and see if we would make it or not. Needless to say we made the airport in-time, we actually arrived at 12:38pm at the airport before our party of 3 who were late due to a driver not knowing where the hotel was and going to the incorrect location twice. So as you can tell I am more than delighted with the tour itself and Max. He is a consummate professional and wouldn’t hesitate to book another tour if he was the driver and host. He made a fantastic experience so much more enjoyable and took the stress out of it so I could relax and immerse myself completely. I initially thought that I would need to leave the tour early, and pay for a private Uber to the airport out of pocket to make it in time. Spot on from all angles, I gave a tip to Max for his help and accommodating us. He was genuinely taken aback and grateful by this. I was not required to do so, but was happy to as he potentially saved me the cost of a private trip from the second camp to the airport, but he also provided me the peace of mind to do the full tour, get dropped off at a different location and also get to the airport before the other 3 in our group. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough 👍🏻

Tour of Auschwitz Birkenau was an unforgettable experience, something I’d suggest everyone able should do😢. We selected an afternoon tour which worked well as it wasn’t too busy later in the day. The tour guide Charles was very passionate and informative. Our bus driver Max was fantastic. His communication was excellent and his chat during the drive to and back was charming and entertaining.

We unfortunately had two tour companies cancel and were fearful on 24 hours notice that this tour would be the same, but luckily we had no issues. Our driver Simon was very kind and friendly, and made a smooth ride. Our tour guide at Auschwitz was knowledgeable, informative and perfectly resonated the gravity of the history of the camp while being honest and friendly.

The trip to Auschwitz Museum was smooth, perfectly organized and what’s the most important stress free experience since we met our driver. The visit in the Museum is an eye opening moment of reflection and we should never forget what happened in the past.

To be honest. This is more than I could ask from a local tour operator. Everything was spot on. Communication, approach and know how. Wish them the best and highly recommend them. ;)

Booking online was easy. The price is high. The driver contacted us by message the day before, which gives a lot of peace of mind. The vehicle was very comfortable and they picked us up in front of the apartment (they proposed another pickup point but we contacted the driver and he came to where we were staying). They changed our pickup time (earlier). The tour was very well organized and the guide was very good.

Interesting guidance. But we arrived at Birkenau when it was already dark, due to late pickup (later than planned). But otherwise everything was fine.

Our tour was canceled on short notice by another provider. After I contacted this company, everything went very smoothly. The higher price was definitely worth it. The driver, Max, was so sweet and explained a lot during the ride. Everything was very well organized overall and you felt good at all times. We can only recommend it!!!!
