[English] We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The agency picked us up exactly at 1:00 PM at the agreed location, and everything was perfectly organized. The van was very comfortable, spacious, and had good air conditioning. Both the driver and the tour assistant were extremely kind, attentive, and always concerned about our comfort. We never felt crowded, and the journey itself was very pleasant and relaxed. The highlight of the experience was definitely the visit itself. When we arrived, we didn’t have to wait in any lines, and our guide was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely attentive, clearly passionate about what he does, and spoke impeccable English. His explanations were detailed, sensitive, and engaging. He managed to make us truly understand and feel the history of the place in a way that would have been impossible on our own. After the tour, everything was once again perfectly organized, and we were taken back to the same location where we had been picked up. I highly recommend this experience and the agency. Ao chegarmos, não pegamos nenhuma fila, e o nosso guia foi simplesmente excepcional. Extremamente atencioso, claramente apaixonado pelo que faz e com um inglês impecável. As explicações foram completas, sensíveis e envolventes. Ele conseguiu fazer com que realmente entendêssemos e vivêssemos a história daquele lugar de uma forma que dificilmente seria possível fazendo a visita por conta própria. Após o passeio, tudo continuou muito bem organizado e fomos levados de volta exatamente ao local onde havíamos sido buscados. Recomendo muitíssimo tanto o passeio quanto a agência. A experiência superou nossas expectativas. Nota 10/10. Vale muito a pena.

The Auschwitz tour was very informative, and we were picked up and dropped off as planned. The company however weren’t the best, we booked the 7am slot as this allowed us to get back to Krakow a few hours before our flight to explore more and this was confirmed with the owner of the company on the Thursday as well as being offered the 6am booking (he did mainly call me to ask if I would cancel my Viator booking and pay cash to them directly which was odd). By Sunday I had a phone call saying they only had tickets for the 3pm tour which then changed to the 1pm tour when I complained that wouldn’t be suitable as we needed to be at the airport for 6pm. They said they were doing us a favour as a lot of people don’t like be early tour, but we had booked that slot for a reason. I did manage to get a partial refund however it was not enough to cover the transfer to the airport we had to cancel or the extra we paid for a late checkout of our accommodation that we then didn’t need. Overall, I would recommend booking an Auschwitz tour however I would suggest using another company.

Recently returned from a lovely weekend in Krakow. We booked an Auschwitz-Birkenau tour months before our arrival but received a message 2 days before cancelling! A friend recommended 4Travellers who were able to accommodate us although more expensive but worth it as we had private transfers for our party of 7. They also provided a car seat for our 5 month old granddaughter. Great communication throughout and we didn’t have to pay until the day. Alex (our driver) was great. Nothing was too much trouble (even waiting for baby to be fed and changed!). Also offering to provide a packed lunch for a reasonable price (60 zloty each). Would thoroughly recommend.

Loved the sensitive tour of a difficult area. Kacper looked out for us from the minute of pick up to when we were dropped off. One of our travel companions got lost and Kacper was able to mobilize the team to get them back with us and made sure all was okay that is stressful in a tour guy and he handled it so well. I’d highly recommend this group.

Even though this tour was intense and heartbreaking, it was very well organized and our driver Max, was amazing. He texted me the day before to confirm my pickup and was so helpful throughout the day. It was raining all day but we felt safe and taken care throughout the drive and tour. I highly recommend them!

Max was wonderful and really friendly. We really enjoyed our ride, he took care of us really well. Also, the tour in the museum was really interesting and well explained. Length of visit was quite good, maybe the auschiwtz guide a little fast, we were lost at some points. Overall, fantastic visit.

Our experience was great from the moment we were picked up u till our drop off back at the hotel. Max was our driver and he was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly and accommodating for the whole group which made the experience so much more enjoyable. Our actual tour was great aswell, our guide was very clear and we learnt so much about Auschwitz that we wouldn’t have known had we just done the ticket where we walked around the groups ourselves. I Would 100% recommend this tour and transfer action to anyone looking to visit Auschwitz.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. It was really a fascinating day, the atmosphere was heavy after learning the true history of Auschwitz. Our driver Alex was amazing, clear and good communication. Picked us up on time and even dropped us into the old town after as we had not seen it. Our tour guide was attentive and you could feel her passion for this tour. The trip last around 6-7 hours, 1.5 hour in each camps and an hour travel from krakow. Definitely worth value for money when you consider the transfer is included. I would recommend this to anybody. It was a busy crow, lots of people but it was organised well so it ran smoothly.

Fantastic experience We were able to book the tour at very short notice, communication was brilliant from start to finish with pick up times from the hotel to how the day would run. Our driver Max was super! Very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. He made us laugh and also shared information about the area which was a great touch. For us Max made the early start a lot more bearable. The tour itself was emotional and touching. The tour guide was extremely passionate and enthusiastic which added to the experience. Would recommend this to anyone and would advise them all to request Max as their driver :)

A must do experience, well organised and maintained

Alex our transport guy was great, he engaged with us and made us feel welcome and explained where we were going and what to expect. The entire tour was excellent and moving. Such a sad part of history but so informative and educational. I would absolutely recommend doing this

We had a very good experience with Max. Excellent communication throughout. Clear instructions about pick up and drop off. Punctual, very friendly and welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. Told us a lot about the area and its history. The Tour was reasonably priced for the experience with the added extra of a packed lunch being provided, if you wanted, at a very good price. The transfer was about an hour from Krakow and the visit to Auschwitz and Birkenau was about 3 hours in total. The guide at the 2 sites made the trip very interesting with lots of information provided. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an engaging and informative experience.

Alex introduced himself via text the day before and gave us information about the itinerary. The day of the trip he text before he collected us and was there as he said he would be. The drive over was relaxing and he pointed out things of interest. On our return we asked him for a lift to the airport which he did for us. He's a really nice guy. Book with him with confidence. Great day out but also a sad day with the history that took place here but also help with the friendly workers especially the tour guide and taxi driver.

Damian our driver was great. He picked us up with no delays from our Hotel instead of the meeting point which helped us out a lot. We also opted for the pack lunch as it was too early to get breakfast and a busy day with the tour. It was great value for money. £12 for a big baguette with any filling, a croissant, apple juice, crisps, water, chocolate and fruit! The day ran smoothly and our tour guide was amazing. It was such a sad experience being there but definitely worth a visit. Seeing it in real life was such a surreal feeling. We were told lots of information and any questions we had our tour guide would answer as best as he could. His English was great . Overall definitely worth the visit. Thank you guys !

I must say Damien was fantastic, the whole trip was very well organised, he even messaged the day before to see if we would like a fresh sandwich lunch pack at a small cost ofcourse (vegan option also available if required). Highly recommended and definitely worth the little bit extra cost for a smaller group tour. Kept us updated on his arrival time to collect us from the hotel. Booked last minute whilst in Krakow. Communication via WhatsApp was very easy. They booked our tickets on our behalf with no upfront payments. Picked up from hotel at said time. Group tour was well organised. Extra detail of buying a packed lunch was such a great idea, and for price, it was worth the extra. One of my group did struggle with mobility so didn't finish 2nd walk, I messaged driver, he arranged to collect us, took us to a local cafe whilst rest of group finished the final tour. Another one of my group left a hat on bus, next day, it was put behind our hotel reception and message left telling me it was there. Great service from start to finish.

Excellent Experience – Highly Recommended! Alex and the whole crew were extremely accommodating and so friendly from start to finish. Their guidance throughout the day was excellent. We were a group of 11 women from Ireland, and they made sure everyone felt comfortable and well looked after. We would highly recommend the lads for any day trips — a fantastic experience all around! Great experience - booked last minute due to another provider letting us down. Transport arrived on time, driver Simon was polite and explained how the day would go. Tour went without issue (740am start), tickets were ready on arrival and swift transport back to Krakow afterwards. Couldn’t fault anything. Thanks again :)

We had a very educational and interesting day at Auschwitz and Birkenau. We had already seen a lot about it, but this truly hit hard; the sheer scale of everything was impressive (or overwhelming). ​Everything was well organized by you; the pick-up and drop-off at the hotel was great. ​Just one minor point: I felt we went through it very quickly. I would have preferred to take a bit more time myself, but all in all, it was well taken care of.

Very well organised, picked up on time, no waiting once we got there, met the tour guide and straight on with the tour. Very informative, got to see both sights, was a good amount of time to learn about it and back just after lunch so had the rest of the day to explore.
