Absolutely amazing - our driver was so good kept in touch the whole time warm van smooth ride . Arrived and again so well organised the guide was very well spoken English very clear and told the story about everything very well , we were all very impressed even my 16 year old daughter enjoyed every minute.

Annija was a great guide. Very respectful and informative. Pick-up was very early at 6am but it meant that we had plenty of time to see everything and wasn’t rushed. Would recommend

Apart from a last minute change of pick-up time from 07:45 to 06:00 (which meant that we arrived early and had to stand out in the 4*C until it opened and the line made it inside), everything was brilliant. The driver arrived on time, was very friendly and helpful. The guide was very knowledgeable and delivered the information perfectly. The experience itself was very moving and one that will not be forgotten!

I’m extremely angry that my visit to Auschwitz-Birkeanu has been cancelled by this company a week before I arrive. I now can’t find any availability for any other company’s when I booked so far in advance.

Fantastic start to finish. My driver Zibi, was so lovely! I’m solo travelling and he made me free so comfortable. The tour itself was so informative. I don’t remember the tour guides name but we were in the yellow group, start time of 12:50. I would highly recommend visiting and learning about the horrific events that occurred 80 years ago.

This was a very well-managed and well-delivered trip. The minibus picked us up directly outside our accommodation, and the driver was friendly and helpful. Our guide was amazing. He delivered such an important message and shared the history and information with the respect and dignity it deserved. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative and helpful throughout the trip. The atrocities that occurred here should never be forgotten, and it was a very moving and important experience. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting the area.

We highly recommend this company for anyone visiting Auschwitz from Krakow. The organization from the moment we arrived in the city was top-notch—we immediately received a message confirming a 6:55 AM pickup for the following morning. The driver arrived on time, and after picking up two more couples, we arrived at the museum well ahead of our tour. The itinerary is very well thought out: after the first part of the tour, we returned to the minibus where our driver was waiting with our pre-ordered packed lunches (which was delicious). We were then driven to Birkenau to finish the guided tour before a comfortable ride back to our hotel. A completely hassle-free, professional experience. We would definitely use them again!

Picked up from apartment , even though it was earlier than planned but emailed the day before , got also opportunity to get packed lunch, which was well worth the money. Very emotional day, but glad that I went and saw it for myself, will stay with me forever.

Really great experience, driver was helpful, friendly and efficient and really looked after us. Packed lunch was great and definitely needed, we had a 6:10am pick up so was very hungry by the time we were given it. Tour guide really informative, answered questions thoroughly. Entrance is a bit different, must take your ID as there is passport style security to get in. Much more relaxed vibe at second camp where none of the checks were needed. 5*

Great service, friendly and organised. We got picked up at 7.05am from our apartment and was pretty much straight through when we got there.

Great experience with them, communicated with us from the start, the pick up and drop off was flawless and happy driver who was polite and friendly. We had a fantastic experience. Communication was fantastic. Our driver Sebastian picked us up at the hotel exactly when promised. He was very pleasant and informative. We skipped the massive queue at Auschwitz-Birkenau and went straight through with our group. We opted for the packed lunch and it was fantastic value for money. The driver was very helpful and on time. Inside the memorial we had a very nice guide, who spoke good English and gave us a lot of explanations. We recommend an organized tour to the museum, otherwise you need to stay in the line for a while.

Having been recommended to us by friends who had used Michael before myself and my wife booked Auschwitz for one day then Zakopane the next. Communicating with Michael was professional and prompt. He quoted us the exact prices in Euro and Zloty. Both of which where accurate and payable in cash to driver once they drop you back. On the Auschwitz day we had Robert who messaged me the day before along with Michael stating collection time from hotel. At the agreed time Robert was there. And provided us information on the journey to the Auschwitz museum. The level of service is fantastic. You're never worried about being left etc. Robert waited for us after the museum and Auschwitz 1 tour. Then he was there to drop us to Birkenau..after which I messaged him to say we where leaving and again promptly appeared to drop us straight back to hotel. At which we payed. We had Lucas for Zakopane and Thermal Bath.. Again lucas similar to Robert.. dropped us to location, advised us on how long we had to free roam and what time to be back at van. Lucas was brilliant too, very friendly and informative and happy also. The two guys are an asset to Michael and the tour company in general. Both easy going and friendly. I cannot praise the level of service enough. The guys are brilliant and would definitely recommend to others and use them again myself. Thank you for making our Krakow stay as memorable as you have.

Definitely recommend Michael Kr, found him on Facebook after seeing a lot of positive posts booked him myself, Communication was great, pickup driver lovely, packed lunch was good value!! Only negative being we felt a bit rushed around the museum, not through the company as the tours have limits but would love to go again and try without a tour!

Flawless service! We did both Auschwitz and the salt mines but on different days and can't fault the service by Michal Kr, I booked both trips through Facebook and the communication was fab, recieved a message off Michal 24 hours before and then on the evening before I recived texts from the driver confirming times! The drivers were both punctual and the car very clean! The drivers made sure they showed us where to go and were to meet them after the tours! Honestly cannot fault the service and would highly recommend anyone going to Krakow to use Michal Kr

Well from start to finish we booked with Michael K amazing service the driver picked us up on time and right outside our hotel, the day before we received a message to confirm we are still interested as yet we have not parted with any money so trust is on both sides, night before we received a text asking if we would like a packed luck, great value for money and very nice. Picked up on the dot when we arrived the tour guild was amazing and very knowledgeable, a very good organised trip and service from start to finish

From booking through to dropping us off at the end of the day, this trip was excellently planned. We were picked up on time by our friendly driver Zibi who texted the evening before confirming pick up time. He was knowledgeable about the area and showed us some sights on the way to Auschwitz. It was seamless. On our arrival there, Zibi sorted our tickets and introduced us to our tour guide Kamil who again, was very knowledgeable and very sensitive about the topic. It was a moving and unforgettable day. Zibi was waiting for us after our Auschwitz tour and we had a short break for lunch before he dropped us off at Birkenau where Kamil met us again. My only suggestion would be that for the second part of the tour in Birkenau, it would be great if we could have had the headsets that we had in Auschwitz as struggled to hear Kamil at times without it. I would certainly recommend this trip and this tour operator.

Booking with Michal you get 5 star service, I booked through Facebook, didn’t pay anything until the day. Got messages the day before confirming exact pick up time. Communication was excellent, we opted for packed lunch and so glad we did this was so tasty and you get so much for your money. We did 3 trips over 3 days and had the same driver for all he was amazing so friendly and helpful and waited at each trip for us to bring us back home. I would not book with anybody else. We were dropped of back at Hotel our choice but we could have been dropped off at any point in Krakow. Would definitely recommend Michal for tours

We booked this trip before leaving the UK due to various recommendations via a Facebook page. The trip to Auschwitz was like clockwork our driver Igor was really friendly and very informative with regards to what would happen and when whilst on the trip, which was useful in the sense that all tickets were prebooked and we had scheduled times to go into the museum. On arrival it was extremely busy however due to the timings Igor more or less ushered our group of 8 into the queue for security. After the museum Igor met us at the exit gate and we were then transported to Birkenau. The guide we had for Auschwitz was the same guide for Auschwitz Birkenau and we undertook this part of the tour with the same crowd of people. After this tour we made our way back to meet Igor. I would recommend booking with this company as they are obviously very aware that communication is key as we were kept informed at every stage. We also used this company for private transfers to and from the airport, again faultless and it ran like clockwork! Thanks to Michal, Igor and the other drivers we had for the excellent customer service...a job well done ✔️

I did this tour with another tour agency, but the bus left me behind at Birkenau. I was picked up by bus driver and the tour guide (Daniel), they were very kind to me for bringing me back to Krakow. Thank you guys, very much appreciated

We went yesterday and found the expierence from pick up to drop back at hotel very professional..the trip is an hour to n very well done .bit harrowing at times but very informat by our guide.would highly recomend this tour

Was a well organised tour can’t fault it from start to finish our driver Mario text us the day before to let us know what time he was collecting us from our hotel he offered us a packed lunch at a reasonable price The day of the tour Mario collected us and introduced himself and answered any questions we had we collected another family then was shown a video about the tour on the way once we arrived at the museum Mario the drive took us to the front of the queue meet our guild and helped us with our tickets The guild was very knowledgeable one we done the first museum the drive was waiting outside with our lunch where we had a short break We then went to the second museum where the same guild was waiting outside for us there is a lot of walking in both museums and the ground is very uneven so make sure you have suitable footwear Once we finished the second museum the driver was waiting for us to take us back to the hotel great value for money the whole trip can’t fault it

Michel krupa can't fault the service. Picked us up at hotel to Auschwitz and dropped us back again. No worries about tickets and tour guide all was arranged. You can order a packed lunch if you want which we did. We also did the saltmines on a separate day again no issues.

Worth the visit, a very eye opening experience. A guide is definitely the best way to get the full experience and the drive from Krakow is over an hour, our driver was very welcoming and offered a great lunch for very little cost

Booked the Auschwitz trip with my daughter and friends. Kept informed about pick up etc by what's app and pick up from hotel. Drivers on time also used this company for airport transfers. Packed lunch also arranged and good value as very short break in-between and not enough time to queue for cafe etc due to time schedule. Auschwitz very moving and tour guide very informative about everything. Would use this company and recommend to others going to Krakow. For a few extra pounds it's just takes the hassle out of organising everything yourself when your only visiting for a short break.
