Wyndham Grand Krakow Old Town

An absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast is excellent, with a great selection and high-quality food. The spa is simply outstanding — a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The whole hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and I really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The only minor gripe we had was that a fridge was advertised but it is not usable as it's completely full of minibar products. This, however, world not stop us coming back.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by staff who were both professional and genuinely friendly, making me feel at home instantly. The hotel itself was stunning — beautifully designed and located right in the centre of everything, which made exploring the city effortless. The atmosphere was refined yet inviting, with every detail thoughtfully curated to create a sense of comfort and luxury. Dining was an absolute highlight: the food service was exceptional, offering delicious meals presented with care and efficiency. Each dish felt like a celebration of flavor, and the attentive service elevated the experience even further. Overall, this hotel perfectly blends elegance, convenience, and hospitality. It’s the kind of place that leaves you not only impressed but eager to return.

Loved the room. I was in the junior suite on my own and it was huge for 1 or 2 people. The room was a short walk up from the lobby. It was quiet & nearby to breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed the multiple massages I had in the spa. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much hassle. I think this has to be the best hotel in Krakow, location wise amongst everything else. Thank you - I will be returning to Krakow as I didn't have enough time so I will be coming back to this hotel for sure!
