I am a business traveller and spent 2 night here. The hotel is overall nicely designed, at good location and well equipped. However there are a few remarks why I will not book again. I got a room for disabled, what should not be a problem naturally. The chair in the shower was not possible to turn up so I could not stand in the shower and finally the whole bathroom was wet. The stuff I should have cleaned the floor was partly broken. The soap dispenser is fixed to the wall and is fully diluted, so the soap was poured onto the floor. There was a door in the room towards the other room to be opened up, so I could here what is happening in the bathroom of the neighbour and I did not feel safe despite the door was closed. I was told breakfast is from 6:00, ans it was from 6:30. Because of the setup of the restaurant with big tables and and the fact that there are not enough seats and there was a group of ca 50 tourist, I did not find a seat to have a calm breakfast and needed to sit next to a foreign person. Lastly I really did not understand the concept behind the pictures of half naked poor boys at the reception. Come on, in 2026 such design should not be accepted... please check on modern interior desing guidelines and have a look on what kind of pictures you should NOT place in open area. Anywhere...

The location was perfect close to the train station and old town. We were at the back so very quiet. Breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant was very good. Loved the plant take to your room scheme. Never seen that before. Recommended.
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. This hotel is completely inconsistent and unprofessional. We requested an iron and ironing board to be delivered to our room, but the reception staff refused, claiming it was “dangerous.” This excuse makes no sense because we stayed at the same hotel before, made the exact same request, and it was provided without any hesitation. Our booking included breakfast, and we requested an early breakfast because of our departure time. Once again, the reception staff refused without offering any alternative or showing any willingness to help. To make matters worse, we were unexpectedly charged a security deposit, even though we were never asked to pay one during our previous stay. It is obvious that the staff are making up their own rules instead of following consistent hotel policies. The customer service is unacceptable, the staff are unhelpful, and the treatment of guests is inconsistent. This hotel is seriously overrated and does not deserve its rating. There are far better hotels that actually value their guests. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Fantastic hotel in a perfect location, just steps from the train station and within easy walking distance of Kraków’s beautiful Old Town. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the breakfast offers a great variety of fresh, high-quality options. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A great choice for both business and leisure travel. I would definitely stay here again.
This hotel offers some of the best service around! It all starts with a very convenient location - close to both the train station and the historic center. It continues with the wonderful staff at the front desk - polite and always ready to help. And it ends with very clean, well-kept, and spacious rooms. Breakfast is simply the best! It’s delicious - the buffet offers a huge selection of dishes to suit every taste. It’s convenient that the restaurant opens at 6:30 a.m. And thank you for being so accommodating when our train was delayed and we had to turn back. Such a kind and professional attitude! I highly recommend this hotel ⭐️ And if I ever need to travel to Krakow again, I’ll definitely be back here.
