We stayed here for 5 night and had a truly terrific experience. The staff are thoughtful, extremely professional, kind and attentive. The attention to detail, level of comfort and amiability of the staff surpassed any hotel we have experienced before. Next time we come to Krakow will stay here again.
Our room was courtyard facing and extremely quiet. Could hear the tram rumble by every now and then but it wasn't an issue. Room was very clean and up to date, housekeeping did a great job keeping that way.
Location is great for sightseeing in Krakow. Easy train journey from the airport, although we did taxi to the airport due to timing.
For the gym rats it is a terrific hotel gym one of the best I've seen.
One of the first times I've stayed at a five star hotel and it genuinely lives up to the reputation. Staff are exceptionally good and over a few different stays I've got talking to them, Sofi has been amazing at the breakfast each morning, and also the guys waiting for me at reception, specifically thanks to Jan for some of the advice about the town. Would love to name everyone I've met alongside them. Rooms are lovely, genuine only downside is the tram outside can be noisy if you want to leave windows open overnight but the restaurants and gym/pool/spa are second to none in the city. Happy to return regularly.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. A special thank you to Max, whose warm smile and outstanding customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. He was friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our four-night stay at the Stradom House Hotel & Spa in Kraków was nothing short of spectacular.
We stayed in the Chapel Suite, which was absolutely stunning and provided the perfect luxurious atmosphere for our trip.

Michał flawlessly coordinated beautiful floral arrangements, balloons, wine, and a wonderful fruit basket to welcome us upon our arrival. Along with. Customized tasting menu taking into consideration my wife’s dietary restrictions (gluten allergy).
Every single detail of the dining and celebration arrangements from the moment we hit the airport until the moment we left, was executed perfectly.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Stradom House Hotel. We were travelling with our 8-year-old daughter, and she was just as happy with the hotel as we were. The warm atmosphere and attentive service made our family feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
