We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Krakow. The location is very central, and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean. The lounge was especially outstanding. A special thank you to Robert, who took excellent care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Krakow. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and very comfortable, with excellent daily housekeeping. The breakfast was very good and offered plenty of variety — nothing was missing. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. We were traveling with our two daughters, and during check-in the bellboy kindly gave them a small game as a gift to keep them entertained, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel is beautifully designed, quiet, and the spa and fitness center are excellent. Above all, we really appreciated the genuine friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Overall, I would rate our stay 9.5/10 and would definitely return and recommend this hotel.
Check in was efficient. Titanium status - no upgrade, which was expected with summer travel being busy it is understandable but hotel didn't seem full, so they could just not have provided it. Room was decent. Welcome gift in room recognizing status. Cleaning was hit and miss, some days water was left, others not, some days all towels were left, others not but biggest issue was my room most times not being cleaned till 5pm or so. When I asked a few times to get it done in next few hours, response was we will see what we can do but it wasn't done so I give up asking. Buffet breakfast included with status which was good, a decent spread but after being there for 13 nights and same thing daily it became old. Hotel staff ok, some really good and some seem to not care much about jobs. Hotel seemed to be a free for all with kids doing whatever they wanted. My birthday happened during stay and no acknowledgement in room which is a first at a Marriott property. Not a big deal to me as I don't need to eat cake but for many years all the other places have always done something in room with birthday gift/treat/wine, etc., so was a little shocked but I wasn't surprised based on me being there a week already as I knew nothing would be done. I have never mentioned my birthday at a hotel previously. In the basement area, the gym was small but decent and enough to get a acceptable workout at. Decent equipment which was standard brand at most European hotels. Pool, sauna, hot tub area was good. Hot Tub was more like a cold tub but was good using in between sauna. Sauna was hot and good. No signs people should shower before entering the facilities which was gross as that is pretty standard but most did not. Only problem is the noise level with kids having free reign and staff not caring about it despite one wanting to relax in sauna. I never used spa based on how noisy the area was, I thought there would be no way to relax so used outside places 7x. Club lounge was decent. Food was ok, but same thing recycled a lot in the 2 weeks I was there. Some days I had a snack and some days I didn't. I am not a drinker but free booze in evening during a certain time. Lots of sweets in lounge which is not my thing either. Real food or healthy options low in my opinion. Of all the places I have travelled in Europe over the past number of years, this would be the hotel with lowest level of staff service / engagement. Personally, I would try a different Marriott property if I went back to Krakow.
Excellent and attentive customer service. The rooms are made and cleaned impeccably. Noticing we drank all of our in room waters, the left more the next day. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room AC is so strong and made us feel so comfortable after a hot day outside. The doormen were always attentive and helped with our bags everytime. I was greated warmly by every staff I walked past every single day. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. It had multiple cheese, cured meats, fruit bar, all the juices you can think of, multiple milk choices including soy, coffee and tea stations, made to order eggs or omelette station and more. The service was wonderful and our table was quickly clears of plates when needed. I believe this hotel is worth the $$$. I highly recommend. Oh also the location is prime with the river party and street festivals across the street. It’s so lively and worth visiting.
The Sheraton Hotel located near the Old town with stunning views of the river and Wawel castle. It offers everything you need for a great stay - cozy rooms, cleanliness, fitness, a delicious breakfast , good restaurant for lunch and dinner and a 24-hour club where you can find snacks and drinks even at night. The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center with a swimming pool, sauna, massage and jacuzzi. In summer, there is a rooftop restaurant and bar with an incredibly beautiful view, I highly recommend it! The hotel can also host a conference or event. But the main treasure of this hotel is its amazing staff! General Manager Mr. Papatolios and his team are fabulous people who are deeply passionate about their work. The level of hospitality and care about guests is exceptional ! I have stayed at this hotel many times and the staff always leave a lasting impression with their professionalism, friendliness and hospitality. In Sheraton Krakow hotel all managers, receptionists, club workers, concierge, supervisors, chefs, waiters, cooks, bell boys, housekeeping - everyone tries to do the best and you always want to come back as soon as possible. The general manager Mr Apostolos Papatolios, despite working hard , he is always visible and very open to communicate with guests to ensure they are happy to be here. The Sheraton Krakow team is the best Marriott Bonvoy team in Poland. Thank you so much and see you soon! G-d bless you!
