I really enjoyed my stay here. It's a very modern, beautifully decorated hotel, with very comfortable rooms. Located in a nice area, with very easy access to buses or trams to the city centre in less than 10 minutes. There's a handy Zabka convenience store across the road in the bus terminus, perfect for stocking up on supplies for a long day trip. I paid just over £300 for four nights, which I feel was excellent value. The only slight complaint I have is that the pillows were a little strange, they felt oddly bouncy, but also slightly rough. All in all though, totally recommended, and a hidden bargain.

The hotel is elegant, the room is comfortable, the staff cheats with the price, laughs in your face and tries to rip you off. I have never experienced this kind of behavior with a guest in a 4-star hotel anywhere in the world. It started with us having to pay immediately upon arrival, which is strange, but okay. We didn't receive any paperwork or statement regarding the price at the desk, An amount flashed on the bank card terminal for about a second, the receptionist told me to press the green button if I wanted to pay in Hungarian forints, but when the confirmation was made, no amount was visible on the terminal. I pressed it because we wanted to occupy the room at 10:45 p.m. However, the text message I received from my bank showed that they had deducted about 20% more than they should have. When I complained, the woman smiled and said that I had approved the transaction, yes, there was a conversion fee. It was almost 20% of the room rate and she didn't point this out anywhere, and she took off the screen on the terminal before I could even realize how much I was paying. The woman said that it was my fault, but they were willing to cancel the transaction, if I paid with the correct exchange rate, then I would pay again right away. My husband told the woman that they were charging extra for nothing, to which she replied - smiling - yes, I know. I have never encountered such arrogant behavior at a hotel. The woman (who claimed she was the hotel manager) was condescending to us and was clearly amused that we didn't like that they wanted to charge us about 20% more than the price we had booked and confirmed. She acted as if we were some poor beggars who couldn't afford the price. It's not even the money that hurts, but this shameless, cheap trick they play with the terminal. Is this really what a 4-star hotel needs? Such arrogance and cheap rip-offs?
Stayed here by motorcycle for an event at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre, and for that the location is hard to beat. It's right across from the hotel. If you're here for something at ICE, this is the spot. Just know that everything else worth seeing is in the old center, which is about a 30 minute walk. The hotel itself was great. Clean rooms, modern, no complaints. Breakfast was good too, with a wide selection. The restaurant was okay, not the best but good enough, and the cocktails were actually good. Staff were friendly throughout. The underground parking was great for the motorcycle, secure and out of the weather. And Kraków itself? Amazing. So clean, friendly, safe and beautiful. Worth the trip on its own. Would happily stay here again.
Location is not ideal but it's actually very comfortable. Room was great, we had a nice view to the castle and the ferry wheel, bathroom is nice. No shampoo or conditioner tho. I usually carry my own shampoo but that called my attention. I wouldn't say service was welcoming nor warm but it did it's job.
Hotel is very beautiful. Room was large and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was decent. There is a nice restaurant at the ground floor. There is also underground parking but you need reservation. Location wise it is not ideal.
