Puro Krakow Kazimierz

A Wonderful Stay — Exceptional Comfort and Thoughtful Hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at PURO Kraków Kazimierz! We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. Such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable! The breakfast was lovely, and we particularly appreciated the convenient coffee and tea station by the lobby. It was a great little spot to relax, recharge our devices, and refill our water bottles before heading off on our Auschwitz-Birkenau tour that morning. It’s these thoughtful little touches that really make a difference when travelling. The hotel has a stylish, contemporary atmosphere, and its location in Kazimierz makes it a great base for exploring Kraków. A heartfelt thank you to the entire PURO team for the warm hospitality and making us feel so welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return on our next visit to Kraków. Front desk was also very helpful to give me instructions for getting to the local convenience store during our late check in for water and food. Thank you very much

Had the best stay at Puro! The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the hotel itself had everything I needed—there’s a café, restaurant, gym, and spa all within the premises. The Wi-Fi was also strong and reliable. The lobby is especially inviting, with a well-stocked pantry offering plenty of coffee and tea options. My room was spacious, artistic, clean, and comfortable, although I personally would have preferred a firmer pillow. I also appreciated that they provided comfy bathroom slippers upon request. One of the lovely perks was receiving a complimentary ticket to visit MOCAK, which was a great bonus to the stay. There are also plenty of activities for guests to enjoy, with information displayed in the lobby—such as movie screenings and yoga sessions. The location is excellent too, with many cafés, convenience stores, a shopping mall, park, and bars all within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable, enjoyable, and well-rounded stay!

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location in the former Jewish Quarter. The tram is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and is easy to use. My room was very nice and comfortable. I was near the elevator, which can be problematic in some hotels, but not here. The elevator doors glide smoothly and make no noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was greeted warmly and they made me feel at home. They happily answered questions, offered recommendations for places to eat. The breakfast, which can be included or purchased separately or on an as needed basis, was outstanding. If I return to Kraków, I will choose this hotel again.

I really liked this hotel. It is very modern, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The reception staff were very kind and accommodating. They allowed me a late check-out, which helped me a lot and was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I arrived very late, so the restaurant was already closed. Other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again :)
