Ok first off rooms were actually good. Clean, comfortable and affordable. But they claim to have a fitness room and sauna and they both are complete garbage to be frank. Sauna is a 1 person box located in the same room as "gym". Also please adjust your automatic door closers, some doors slam way more than necessary.

⭐ One Star – Completely Disappointed The reception is now offsite — not at the hotel. There is no breakfast and no kitchen. Whoever decided to change this hotel to an offsite system needs to seriously reconsider. What made this place special was its simplicity and personal touch. Now you book a "hotel" only to find reception is either a hike across town or an impersonal phone call to an offsite office. It feels like just another self-serve, cost-cutting operation that’s joined the race to the bottom. They’ve taken what used to be the nicest hotel on this side of town and turned it into a generic capsule hostel with fancy linen. This is an apartstay, not a hotel. Also important: if you book through a third party, don’t expect the hotel to take your questions or concerns seriously. Very disappointing experience.

Nothing to complain about when it comes to the hotel itself. However, I did have some issues with the heating. The bathroom was freezing cold, and there was no way to turn on or adjust the heating there either. Access to the building requires a code at all times, as there were no staff present during the four days I stayed. The keypad was a bit slow to respond, so I occasionally had trouble getting in, which made it a bit inconvenient. Overall, I would rate the hotel 3 stars rather than 4, as a 4-star rating feels a bit too generous.

I stayed at Plaza Boutique Hotel in Kraków for a work trip, and it turned out to be a really convenient and reliable choice. One thing I wasn’t sure about at first was the lack of a traditional reception, but it honestly made no difference. The check-in process was simple, instructions were clear, and everything worked smoothly without any delays or confusion. The location worked perfectly for me. Being close to Podgórska Street made daily travel easy, and at the same time, I could quickly get to Kazimierz or the Old Town after work. It’s well connected, but also slightly away from the busiest tourist spots, which made it quieter and more practical during a work stay. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, exactly what you need when you’re traveling for work and just want things to function properly without any hassle. Overall, it’s a straightforward, well-organized hotel that makes business travel easy
