I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Pavla and Aga at the reception — they were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. They made us feel very welcome and were always happy to help with anything we needed. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would be happy to stay here again! ❤️

We booked at Park Inn for a very large group during a conference, and I'd like to shout Piotr Prusak for his outstanding support. He dealt with our many changes and additions with grace and complete kindness. Feedback from the group was only positive, and it was truly a pleasure working with Piotr and his team. I had a pleasant stay overall and the hotel met my expectations for a quiet and comfortable week-long visit. The room was clean and practical, with useful amenities like a kettle, Chromecast-enabled TV, bathrobes, slippers, and good toiletries. I also appreciated the eco-friendly touch of using real glasses instead of disposable cups. Breakfast offered a good variety, so it was easy to enjoy different meals during a longer stay. The breakfast area was bright and comfortable, and the location was convenient, close to the river, in a quiet neighborhood, and only a short walk from the tram stop. There are a few areas that could be improved. The gym area could feel more organized and comfortable for guests, especially regarding access control, equipment cleanliness, and better locker management. The fridge in the room was not cold enough, and there was occasional noise at night, possibly from the gym. I also had some confusion about the breakfast payment on the first day, although it was resolved afterward. Despite these small issues, the staff were generally friendly and professional, and I would consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Park Inn Hotel in Kraków. The entire experience exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The staff was very young, but incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. Their English was excellent, which was especially great for my partner, since I speak Polish myself 🙂 Communication was always easy and pleasant. The food was delicious, with a great variety and consistently high quality throughout our stay. Everything in the hotel was spotless and very well maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you for the amazing time and warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again in the future!
