Orlowska Townhouse

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at these apartments in Poland! From the moment we arrived (or rather, almost arrived!), we were struck by the incredible attention to detail. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay feel truly special. The stylish, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into making them a welcoming space. However, what truly set this place apart was the exceptional human-to-human kindness and understanding we received. Due to unforeseen weather issues and a cancelled flight, we were unfortunately forced to cancel our booking at the very last minute. This was a stressful situation for us, and we were worried about losing our reservation and payment. To our immense relief and gratitude, the hosts were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help us, offering to reschedule our stay. This level of flexibility and genuine care for their guests is truly rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you for your incredible hospitality!

These are really great apartments. They are very spacious, tastefully decorated and have all the facilities you could want. The owners are extremely responsive to all requests and very charming. It is much better than a hotel which offers less for twice the money at least. We really enjoyed our stay there and it is highly recommended.

We were looking for a place to stay in Kraków that had character, and we got it in spades here! The entrance is located in the Cyrano De Bergerac restaurant, and after you've checked in (Barbara was our excellent English - speaking host) you're led up the stairs (no elevator, sorry!), through a security gate and on up to your apartment. Ours was on the 3rd floor and looked out onto the street. Sun shines in the windows in the morning, which was great for us. The room is furnished with antiques and for us this was perfect (the kitchen, however, is modern!). There is plenty of room inside, with a small hall leading to the bathroom. The location is very convenient - we walked there from the train station in less than 20 minutes - as you go out the door from the apartment, turn right and before you know it, you're in the main square. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment (the Boudoir in our case) was as described; large, very comfortable and cozy with period features etc. Service was attentive and personal, from the old couple that welcomed us to Dominika. If back in Krakow, will definitely stay there again
