Amazing location in walking distance to the square or Planty park. Had a gorgeous morning view of Planty park. Clean, quiet, comfortable stay. Online service desk was very responsive to inquiries and courteous. Would definitely recommend! Thank you

I'd avoid. No physical reception and I didn't receive any check-info so had to wait around and call different numbers until someone sorted it out. They claim to have an "online" reception but they can take anywhere from 2 hours to a full day to answer you. I had an issue with lights not working and some flooding in the bathroom and they didn't fix it until the next day. I asked them to restock basic amenities and they basically ignored the request until it was time to check out. If nothing goes wrong you might be ok but if you need something you're basically on your own. Rooms were ok. Not the best cleaning done but there are some decent amenities. Very loud street noise but they do provide you with ear plugs. Building is in worse condition and smells a little gross at the entrance. Location is great, but there's other options in the area.

We had a wonderful stay here and I’m very happy we chose these apartments. The location is perfect — right in the city center, with everything easily reachable on foot. There are also public transport stops nearby, which makes getting around very convenient. During the day, trams pass by the windows quite often, but unless you are very sensitive to noise, it shouldn’t be an issue. At night, I didn’t hear them at all. The apartments are beautifully designed, modern, and very comfortable. Everything needed for a pleasant stay was provided. The staff were especially helpful and responsive — they answered all questions quickly and were easy to reach at any time. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Good location but no breakfast on site. It is in a cafe at 5 min walking. It is a special dish, quite heavy. In the room light is horrible. Looks like a hotplate.
